Me contestó en inglés, a pesar de que le escribía en español. El alojamiento no es cómodo, es pequeño y no reúne las condiciones adecuadas. El baño es muy pequeño, incómodo...

En general el alojamiento estuvo bien . En cuanto a calidad- precio muy coherente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y muy bien equipada.

Extremste strenge Check in Zeiten und beim Check out hat man versucht eine Stunde früher rauszubekommen. Im Großen und ganzen hat man sich nicht Willkommen gefüllt.Ist kein Hotel. Das ist eine relativ kleine drei Zimmer Wohnung. Sehr hellhörig. 1 oder 2 Nächte ok.

La ubicación está lejos del centro pero cerca del metro. Debajo de casa hay un mercado en el que comer.

Las instalaciones de la cocina eran precarias. Se escuchan todos los ruidos del resto de habitaciones y del patio interior (ventiladores y salidas de aire de restaurantes). Aparecieron varios picotazos en el cuerpo de a saber qué. El baño privado de la habitación era de un metro cuadrado. Muy muy pequeño.

A acomodação é simplesmente impecável, o Miguel é extremamente prestativo e educado. O checkin simples e descomplicado.O quarto muito limpo, com banheiro e tudo muito confortável e organizado, não tem nada que me faria não ficar nessa acomodação novamente. Me senti em casa e recomendo muito, além da localização excelente, podem ir sem medo

Location was good

The place is totally abandoned and lacking of care. One thing is to rent affordable and another to pretend guests can be treated with minimum comfort. It was not pleasant from the the very entrance of the building, but it went worse once inside the apartment: abandoned feeling, lack of ventilation, funny smell, dirty kitchen, holes in the wall.... Never again

— Que indica que hay horno en la cocina y realmente no hay horno, contacté con el dueño y dice que el horno es el microondas, cuando el microondas está mencionado a parte en los detalles del alojamiento. — Que las escaleras de la entrada hasta el alojamiento estaban llenas de cucarachas corriendo. — Le vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento, en la habitación había alguna cosa pendiente de reparar, como los colgadores de las toallas y el pestillo de la puerta. — La cocina era muy pobre, teniendo en cuenta que este alojamiento suele estar casi siempre ocupado, podría dedicarse algo más de dinero a mejorarlo.

Um alojamento boa relação preço, com uma boa localização, o que ajudaria a aumentar a nota e ao entrar no prédio está num estado horrendo parecendo uma casa assombrada, logo que o Miguel justificou que não os pertencem logo não tem culpa nenhuma… de resto estava tudo impecável

The property is tired, especially the entrance foyer. Space in the room was very limited.

It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Since our arrival, something has been breaking almost every day, which has made it very difficult to enjoy our holiday. On the first day, the toilet was leaking and pulling up water, though the owner repaired it quickly. On the second day, the fridge stopped working, and all our food went bad — we had to move it and change the outlet ourselves. Later, the washing machine also started leaking water. We turned it off and cleaned up as best we could. We reported all these issues to the host immediately, but after the last problem with the washing machine, he replied that he was afraid of our stay because everything had supposedly worked fine before our arrival. This response was quite disappointing and unhelpful. The room itself is very small and becomes extremely hot, so it’s essential to keep the air conditioning on during the day, even when we’re out. However, the owner asked us to turn it off. Without it, the room becomes unbearably warm and develops a strong, mouldy smell. The entire building is old and has a persistent damp odour from the moment you enter. Additionally, the area is very noisy, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. Overall, the stay has been stressful and far from what we expected.

The host was a very proactive communicator, with all the details for a flexible check in. For us it was great for one night, close to the airport. It was handy to some supermarkets, and access to the metro was good. Interesting kitchen in an older building, with equipment for most types of self-catering.

The shower is very small - probably something not able to be easily remedied. May I suggest turning the temperature of the hot water down a bit to avoid accidental burning in the small space. Other than that - the place was fine.

The area was a bit scary. We couldn't park our car, so we had to use paid parking.

Jó az elhelyezkedés (zöld és piros metróhoz, buszokhoz közel), sok kis bolt a közelben, kávézó és étterem. Olcsó. Jó volt a matrac, tiszta a szoba és fürdőszoba.

Túl pici fürdőszoba, nagyon régi bútorok. Az ablakból a kilátás egy piszkos udvarra nézett.

The location was good and the fact that it had a small air con unit was good for summer.

The location was very quiet at night and there was everything we needed in the local area, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a market.

Our door was a bit noisy but other than that we had a comfortable stay

Everything was as perfect as could be, from Miguel’s clear, thorough communications to the bedroom and bathroom facilities. Self-entry a snap. Spotlessly clean, with top-notch bedding. Perfect solution for a one-night stay en route to the airport.

Stayed in room V. Nice room with comfortable double bed and a full length mirror. Tiny functional bathroom and enough space for luggage and hanging out clothes.

Several aircon or vents from buildings outside the window turned on every half hour or so, quite noisy, luckily I had earplugs with me do I slept well regardless.

The beds were comfortable, towels were provided.

The room was pretty small, didn't have any kind of wardrobe. There were issues with the light in the kitchen. I also wouldn't trust the kitchen enough to cook in it, even though it looked clean on the surface. Also people from adjacent rooms can be heard perfectly so I would recommend bringing airplugs.

The owner, Miguel, was absolutely helpful and kind. The place has everything you need for your stay. A small en-suite room, including everything that you need, meanwhile very clean and affordable. The location is perfect, as it is near bus stops and metro stations.
