Centralissimo e accogliente!

Great location and comfortable room

- the location is excellent (near the metro area+ cerntral area, although steep hills should be expected) - the room is clean and compact - the pincode for lock door and room door are nice concept - There is water dispenser in the lobby for free

- I stayed in room 101 and I can hear everyone getting in and out at night. So, please wear earplug if you're light sleeper - the bed is little bit sinking in the middle - I think the AC is set to certain temperature. So, It will turn off after certain time and keep working again, I find it annoying because It become warm at night and hard to sleep.

Good location for walking proximity to the centre and very clean. Super easy to check in.

Lots of small dark rooms crammed into each floor to maximise profit I assume. Window had only a net curtain so it let light in at sunrise. Extremely loud old building with no sound proofing. You can hear every movement, use of bathrooms, and every word from other guests. There is little privacy in this sense. People having loud phone calls at 1am. The front door is incredibly loud when it closes as it slams shut. The street noise from local bars and clubs is very noisy and you can hear music until early hours even mid-week. There is option to pay for “city view” but there is no view and it just means you are closer to the noise. I did not sleep the first night and I moved to another hotel on the second night to sleep properly before my hike. So I’ve wasted £80 per night which isn’t cheap! I would not stay here again. It’s better paying £20 and staying in a hostel dorm if you can deal with noise and being disturbed

La ubicación.

No tienen recepción 24h. Entonces cualquier cosa que pase tienes que esperar a que empiecen su turno de trabajo, sobre las 6am. En mi habitación aparecieron dos enormes cucarachas de madrugada campando a sus anchas por mis cosas, la cama etc. Escribí al WhatsApp del hotel que aparece en la reserva, mandé videos, fotos pero no obtuve respuesta hasta que como digo, empezaron su turno de trabajo. Solicité el reembolso total de mi estancia, esto pasó la primera noche, y me devolvieron el importe total de mi reserva. El hotel lo entendió perfectamente, no me pusieron ninguna pega ya que vieron con pruebas lo que estaba contando. Busqué otro hotel y me fui. Quitando esto que me pasó a mí, la habitación es pequeña pero cumple, iba yo sola. El baño es pequeño y el lavabo diminuto, para lavarse los dientes complicado...

Best staff at any accommodation I’ve stayed. I accidentally locked myself out of my room late at night and they were so helpful. Super incredible location, central and across the road from an amazing viewpoint. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area too.

Lit de qualité moyenne et odeurs d’égouts dans la chambre. Je signale également que la climatisation fonctionne très bien mais qu’une veilleuse de forte intensité est gênante pour dormir.

Small but perfectly clean, air conditioning, perfect location, great for solo travellers, very nice staff, allowed me to leave my luggage for a couple of hours after checkout

Brilliant location and a decent building. The toilet flush was a bit funky, but overall, it was a clean and nice place within walking distance of many attractions.

If there could be a fridge and a table, it would be brilliant.

The location of the hotel is good, it is quite central and one can reach a lot by foot.

There was an enormous cockroach in my room at the last night of my stay. I could not change the room for the night when finding it, as it was already late and no one at the reception (not 24h reception). I texted the property via booking but they were responding so delayed that I needed to sleep in the room, as I was leaving the following day early in the morning. The promised to give me the money back for this last night, given my inconvenience, however the promised payback was not transferred until today.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral einem belebten Platz. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Der Anstieg zum Hotel ist mit dem Koffer ist sehr anstrengend. Das liegt aber ehr an der Baustelle, die aktuell da ist. Das Zimmer ist recht klein. Zwei Koffer konnte man nicht gleichzeitig öffnen. Es kam leider auch sehr wenig Licht in den Innenhof.

The hotel is in a great location and price was affordable. So it's a safe area for single traveler like me.

Mooie en simpele locatie aan de buitenkant van bairro alto en daardoor geen geluidsoverlast. Prima voor een nachtje in Lissabon.

On entend vraiment tout, la chambre était mal faite (chambre 402). Mon mari étant grand de taille ne pouvait pas bien se déplacer. Beaucoup d’humidité pour une seule petite chambre. Il y’a un bar à côté donc bon courage pour dormir si vous craignez le bruit, de plus bon courage si vous avez des voisins de chambres bruyants.

Muy céntrico, en una calle muy tranquila. Ideal para una estancia corta si buscas una excelente relación calidad/precio.

Ottima la presenza di un distributore per l’acqua, la pulizia della stanza.

C’era parecchia umidità in camera, ma fortunatamente c’è la possibilità di usufruire del deumidificatore.

O quarto e bom

Nao tem ninguem para receber a gente ,o turista precisa de uma ajuda uma hora e la nu ca tem ninguem.

Camera accogliente. Tutto pulito e posizionato super centrale. Una chicca inaspettata è l'erogatore dell' acqua.

Disappointing. We saw a huge cockroach in the hallway and it's been there for two days without anyone cleaning it up. The bathroom has a terrible smell, so we have to keep the door shut at all times. Also, no one has cleaned our room, even though we hung a "Please clean" sign on the door for two days.

It was extremely clean and the location was great! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived much earlier than expected and went to leave my bags, but as my room was already ready, they allowed me to check in early. The room was even better than I expected and absolutely spotless. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

I would have loved a kettle for coffee in the morning and a mini fridge, especially because it was so hot. However, I knew these weren’t included before booking, as it was clearly stated in the description.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was small, but quiet and had everything I needed. The location was great. A walk to everything I needed and at the same time away from all of the noise.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, tak naprawdę wszędzie mieliśmy blisko, w zasięgu 10-20 min pieszo. Pokój bardzo czysty, codziennie możliwość sprzątania pokoi i wymiany ręczników, w pokojach jest klimatyzacja. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Idealne miejsce dla młodych osób, hotel jest położony w dzielnicy o aktywnym życiu nocnym, wokół bardzo dużo barów, ale w pokoju było cicho, nie przeszkadzały nam nocne hałasy, a spędziliśmy tu 5 nocy w tym weekend. W obiekcie brak windy (budynek ma 4 piętra).

The hotel is located in the city center, near the terrace which opens to the city view. The subway is nearby, as well as many cafés and restaurants. It wasn't loud at night, although the hotel is located in the "night life" neighborhood. The design of the room and the hotel itself is very nice, I liked the colours of the walls in the rooms. There was a well-functioning AC in the room. Downstairs, there was a water dispenser with cold and hot water. The check-in and check-out were easy, as they were done through codes sent online. The room was clean when I arrived.

Cockroaches!! One day I woke up and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Apart from that, the room itself was small and narrow. The window faced another window of another building, with barely no sunlight passing in. Gladly, AC was strong, so it was possible to bring fresh air into the room. The sink in the bathroom is quite small, so the water splashes everywhere. The walls are thin, so I could hear my neighbours talking.

Location is perfect, and central. Just couple of steps away from the beautiful Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. Very clean and modern room. Properly working AC. Ionized water dispenser at the entrance for guests. Very historical building yet modernized with modern furnitures. They provided early check in and check out time was very reasonable too.

Room was a bit humid but I guess it is because of Lisbon is a humid city. There might be nothing the hotel can do.

Great location, everything was clean and nice, highly recommended!

The only thing is that you can hear everything in the hallway, so if people are coming back late, there has to be a sign or a way to tell them in advance to respect other guests. I felt that people were not respectful and made a lot of noise coming back late and waking everyone,

È una struttura molto carina situazione in un punto strategico per visitare la città di giorno e uscire la sera. La camera era bella e pulitissima. Il personale dello staff è stato molto gentile, abbiamo potuto lasciare gli zaini in struttura prima del check in e ce li hanno fatti trovare in camera; abbiamo comunicato che la camera era umida e al nostro rientro c'era un deumidificatore in camera. Sono stati molto attenti nei nostri confronti.

A great location. 100 mtrs from the Barrio Alto park and viewing point. Many bars and restuarants near by. Tram stop at the park for access across the city.

It isn't a surprise, it's clear when booking, but our room was compact with little room for putting things down. Fine for us for three nights.

Gunstig gelegen, vrij rustig , wel dichtbij centrum en uitgaansgebied. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De hosts reageren adequaat wanneer nodig. Goed schoon en hygiënisch. Mooie kamer en goed bed en fijne badkamer. Perfect werkende krachtige airco.

De kluis bevatte geen batterijen, en de host zei dat ik dan de moedersleutel moest gebruiken en bij me dragen. Dat is niet hoe een kluis hoort te werken denk ik.

The property did not have a lift and our room was on the fourth floor. This was not made known on the booking site and dragging our heavy luggage up the 54 stairs was not ideal after a long day of travel. Also it was quite noisy at night with the fiesta area very near by.

Ich selbst bin kein Fan von Bäfrrn, die nur durch Glasschiebetür vom Zimmer abgetrennt sind.

チェックイン前と後に荷物を預けることができました。トイレシャワーもとても清潔で良かったです。 チェックアウト後は、4階から荷物を運ぶことを億劫に思っていましたが、従業員の方がやってくれてとても助かりました。

Equipe super prestativa, ambiente limpo e muito confortavél. Chegamos antes do previsto e a equipe deixou fazermos Check-in mais cedo. Na saida foi super conveniente, pois também conseguimos deixar nossas malas depois do check-out até o momento do nosso vôo, super recomendaria e voltaria novamente

a localização é otima, perto de tudo, entretanto não é de fácil acesso para quem tem mala, pois é mais afastado do metro e as subidas e ladeiras não são tão amigáveis, então recomenda-se que vá de uber/bolt/táxi. Fora isso, apesar do local ser muito bom, as escadas podem vir a ser um ponto, pois não existe elevador para os andares de cima, entretanto a equipe foi super prestativa e se ofereceu para levar as malas para nós.

It was a small but comfortable room. It was near the bus route. No noisy neighbours, albeit surrounded by restaurant and nightlife. The price was right.

There was a damp smell on entering the room. The room diffuser was overpowering and woke me up when it squirted at night. Had to disconnect it. Only one pillow per bed. Used the rolled up duvet as an extra pillow! Should have asked housekeeping for extra, but used the do not disturb sign as suitcases were left open. For 2 people sharing, there was only space on the rack for 1 suitcase. The other was on the floor. We worked our way round this!

El espacio contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía. El baño estaba limpio. Y la cama era cómoda. La casa estaba cerca de un mirador muy bonito en Barrio Alto.

Die Lage des Local House Lisbon ist wirklich super. Von dort kann man die Stadt problemlos erkunden. Das Hotel ist sauber und der Check In funktioniert problemlos ohne Personal.

Man muss wissen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Wir hatten zudem das Zimmer unter dem Dach was mit 1.90m Körpergröße ein wenig mit Vorsicht zu genießen war.

Situation centrale. Propreté. Efficacité.
