The location is excellent, with convenient access to essential facilities such as a petrol station, food outlets, and ATMs nearby. The place is very neat and clean. This is my second time choosing this room.

The hotel is clean. The front staff are very welcoming & professionals . The location is near every thing restaurants and shops. There is a parking space for your car . Very good value for money.

Little away from Haram

Very big apartment. Available parking. Near to all restaurants, grocery shops, and not far from Haram Nabawi.

Distance to Masjidul Haram was really a little long because of road construction. But if you find the road to masjid via Zamzam restaurant it will be easily accessible. The stay was worth the price.

Location and size

Condition of furniture is very bad a lot of stuff broken and in very bad condition. The cleaning staff are not trained and doesn’t know anything about cleaning. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance and professional cleaning. The do not clean anything during your stay at all.

The rooms were very spaceuse. Restaurants and local shops just at the building basement. Great location.

Reception was close and not ready for check-in so had to wait half an hour for someone to come. Can happen under ramadan. This is funny... In all the four hotels I stayed in Saudi, none did accept credit cards. Call it a unic coincidence that they all took the rest of my payment with an excuse that they had no coins to return and then forget.

Two separate bedrooms

Stained sofas, no name board on the building, no front desk or reception. You have to call the number given on their address after which a person comes to give you the room keys. There was no one available in person or on phone at the time of checkout.

Apartment was spacious, however, one of the bathroom drain system was not working properly.

The gentleman at reception "Jahangeer" was very helpful and understanding.

the caregiver was not accommodating. He called us 2 day prior to the date we booked and asking us to transfer the payment immediately even upon booking it says we can pay at the property and he even threatened us to cancel the booking if we will not give the payment.

Big spacious rooms, kitchenette and quiet place

the booking was cancelled by the provider as my request to late check in was only refused on the time of check in when called the house upon arriving by train in Medinah. I was left with family in a limbo trying to find alternatve plce to sleep at as the property was leased to another people. Bad experience! Moreover, the signage for the property was not seen when arrived by taxi to the area and hence has to call to inquire and was informed only then that message was sent to cancel the booking of my stay.!
