Очень понравилось! В номере было все необходимое для уютного пребывания, об уборке номера вас предупредят заранее, не будут нежданно появляться у вас в номере. Девушка на ресепшене очень приветлива и всегда поможет в решении любых вопросов. Мы всегда могли припарковать машину на территории виллы. Теперь расскажем немного про пляж. Удобное местоположение, 7 минут от виллы до океана. На пляже есть удобные переодевалки, душ с пресной водой, туалет. Также вдоль пляжа располагаются несколько парковой, а также ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек и палатки с уличной едой. Рекомендуем остановиться именно здесь!

Appartamento arredato bene con cucina molto comoda. Tutti i giorni mettevano a disposizione il dispenser dell'acqua e la lavatrice in comune. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Brave persone!

La posizione non mi è piaciuta perché di sera a piedi è troppo buio e senza marciapiedi si rischia di essere investiti.

There was kitchen attached and we could cook our food. Location is excellent , 8-10 minutes walk to beach. Only suggestion for improvement - provide at least one litre of drinking water daily

Рядом с пляжем, много кафе и автобусная остановка. Все просто и без излишств. Ставлю 4, т.к жила в Бель Омбр и за эти же деньги, было душевнее.

Le seul point négatif, c’était qu’il manquait, deux rideaux, un dans la porte des toilettes dans la porte de la chambre, trop de lumière, des 5h du matin

Номер просторный, чистый, перед входом столик со стульчиками, тихое место. Есть холодильник, телевизор, фен, туалетные принадлежности, большая кровать, розетки, зеркало. Хороший wi-fi. Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. До пляжа, магазинов и кафе 10 минут пешком. Очень понравилось здесь отдыхать.

De ne pas avoir une chambre avec coin cuisine et l'accès à la piscine parce que c'était réservé à un seul résident et sa c'est dommage parce que c'était pas précisé sur le site

Y si vais, aseguraros de que no os van a dar la habitación en la planta baja Nos dieron un cuarto al lado de recepción. Tenía dos ventanas: una justo en la bajada de las escaleras desde la que todo el que pasaba veía la cama, y la otra a la zona común donde hay mesas y sofás donde la gente podía sentarse y veía el interior de la habitación y que era el paso de la calle a recepción y aparcaban los coches La habitación era como un escaparate y tenías que tener las cortinas de plástico corridas día y noche Pedí a la chica de recepción que nos cambiara a una de la primera planta y nos dijo que estaba todo ocupado Le dije que si me hubiera enseñado la habitación antes de pagar no nos hubiéramos quedado y que iba a poner una queja. Muy sonriente me dijo que muy bien y se marchó mientras yo me quedé haciendo unas fotos Al rato, la chica fue a la habitación y le dijo a mi marido que había llamado a su jefe y le había dicho que yo estaba haciendo fotos y le había dicho que nos devolvía el dinero y que nos marcháramos o llamaban a la policía Era de noche, intentamos buscar otro alojamiento y no encontramos Volvimos a hablar con ella, le pedimos que nos dejara quedarnos esa noche y nos dejó dormir allí y salir a las 9 de la mañana Pasamos una noche con mucho calor y la mañana siguiente nos fuimos a un apartamento estupendo por el mismo precio enfrente de la playa Niv está en una carretera oscura y hay que andar hasta la zona de restaurantes y a la playa.

Нам все очень понравилось! Мы арендовали авто (кстати у них также есть эта услуга) и в плане локации все было удобно, пляж, супермаркет, аптека, обмен валюты, пешком также все близко. Очень гостеприимный персонал, приветливый, всегда готовы помочь, чисто в номере, убирают, меняют полотенце и белье! Рекомендуем!

The apartment is good value for money, 7 minutes from the ocean, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, and the WIFI was fast, which was a bonus. They also let me check in early, which was a bonus.

The walls are a little thin, can here people upstairs

I had a bad experience with regard to transportation with them. 1. I requestedan airport pick up, whin they agreed but they wanted to over charge me instead of 2000rs he asked for 2500rs.. when inasked why he told me that it was because the pick up was at night... i arrived 19h. I declined and called my previous driver who just charged me 2000rs no matter the time.. and i didnt even inform him about what the other driver from the hotel was asking me... Secondly when I requested to hire one of the cars. I was told that the owner of the car business doesn't hire cars to Africans... I got so 😠 😡 😤 mad and found it very insulting.. I asked why don't they add this mention on the wall where the advert is, why they don't they add it in all their collaterals so that people know.. and why do they take bookings for accommodation from Africans and take the money but refuse to hire the cars... I tried to contact you so that i could cancel this accommodation and change the accommodation, but i wasn'tsuccessful... then I went out to eat. When I came back, I was told that the owner accepted that I hire the car but I should leave 200Euros deposit... which i did. I first took the car for 2 days and then extended for 2 more days... on my last day I was supposed to drop the car at 1h30 I dropped it at 3h45 he charged me 500rs..... I asked again for if they could organise a taxi for me..the concierge guy Lorenzo said yes..but after he contact the guy again, the same guy wanted to charge me again 2500rs... same reason coz now my flight was too early...lol I just called my previous driver again who drop me without any issue of flight being too early or too late...

Propert is nice, peaceful area. Helpful caretaker. Full fledge kitchen. Comfy bed, good parking Negative- There is no AC or even fan in living room & kitchen. It gets very hot, even during rains. Need to install atleast a pedestal fan

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. The curtain was a bit short so the water was splashing out while showering

the staff is very nice especially Guy the receptionist and I met the owner and manager too on my last night and they were very nice, the apartment is large enough and has all what you need even for a long term stay and there is a travel agency nearby that arrange tours for a good price.

You have to walk around 10-15 minutes to the beach but that’s fine
