En tres días no te hacen la habitación, ni vaciar las papeleras. No hay agua de cortesía.

El Sr. Marrero y su personal de limpieza fueron muy accesibles, fácil comunicación y cumplió con todo lo que yo esperaba en el hotel. Wifi is miserable. TV does not work. No floor mats at the entrance to the apt - floors are spotless white and tend to get dirty when you are back from the ppol or beach

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Fantastic location in this super cute beach town. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our early check in and late check out request. We had a room on the 2nd level corner so lots of light. There was also a nice table and chairs right outside our room to sit and enjoy the fresh air. The restaurant downstair (Pork Belly) was great for dinner - and had a delicious Pina Cola! That's also where we got ice.
Would have been nice to have someplace to get coffee in the morning. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or mugs. Also, no place to get ice.

This hotel was exactly what we hoped for, I have no negatives to add.

Reviewed May 13, 2024The location was great, near restaurants and the beach. The bed was comfortable and there were chairs and tables on the balcony to enjoy coffee during the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Angel found us some beach chairs and towels and helped us with our laundry.
We stayed for a week and Luichy's does not offer daily housekeeping, but offered us one day of service and regular towel exchanges. We had to regularly empty our trash (no flushing of toilet paper) and service our own room.

We stay during the hurricane Fiona we had everything we needed the host even gave us food and ice we never went with out electricity or water and felt safe at all times. This place is amazing the location is great your right in front of one of the best beach of the island, overall a great place to enjoy with your family
