La ubicació és molt cèntirca però es troba en un carrer amb molt pendent. Zona complicada per agafar taxis o motos. Pel meu gust falta un moble per guardar roba!

Un accueil impersonnel : un mail indiquant le code pour rentrer dans le bâtiment puis une clé dans une serrure.... Personne pour vous accueillir, c'est un peu dommage.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Above all, I want to praise the location and the staff, they’re such kind and helpful people. It’s a cozy place to stay for a short time, comfy bed and cozy lighting. There’s an interesting garden inside the hotel.
Our room was right by the hotel entrance, so we could constantly hear guests coming in. There was also a construction across the street, so it was noisy; the other guests had rooms facing the garden, which was better, be careful when you book the room. Also, breakfast was very basic, just a couple of ingredients, no vegetables, no other vegan options, but I guess that's ok for this basic hotel price. And unfortunately, the room has that old, musty smell.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ulica u kojoj se nalazi objekat je nepristupačna, taksi nije mogao da nas doveze na lokaciju, već nas je ostavio u ulici paralelno. Sam kraj deluje na prvi pogled nebezbedno, ulična rasveta ne postoji, eksterijer objekta neprepoznatljiv na osnovu slike na Booking-u, jer su pločice sa spoljašnjeg zida skoro potpuno otpale. Soba je bila lepo uređena, adekvatne veličine i čista, ali se vlaga osećala sve vreme. Što se kupatila tiče, potpuno nepraktično, nije moguće zatvoriti vrata iznutra, a lavabo se nalazi u sobi, a ne u kupatilu. Doručak ulazi u ponudu, ali u pitanju su namirnice koje stoje u frižideru, od gostiju se očekuje da doručak spreme sami. Aparat za kafu je ispadao iz funkcije više puta. Osoblje ljubazno ali ne razume engleski jezik, pa je komunikacija bila otežana .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Lage ist toll, man muss aber darauf gefasst sein, die steilen Straßen von Lissabon hochzugehen. Es ist schon sehr steil. Von dort aus kann man schon gut in die Innenstadt spazieren. Das Frühstück ist super – man kann es sich selbst aussuchen und z. B. Eier selbst kochen oder braten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es wirklich top!

NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, disponía de un ventilador. La cama es de MUELLES, por lo que no era muy cómoda para descansar. El hotel se encuentra en una calle muy empinada, y estando embarazada de 8 meses, me suponía un problema, para volver al hotel tenía que coger en taxi. El baño tenía humedades en la pared, aunque no sea un dato relevante.

E além disso os espaços comuns terem todos ventoinha, e frigorífico! Solicitámos varanda no pedido inicial e foram excecionais quanto ao pedido. Obrigada!
Infelizmente, não sei como pode este alojamento estar avaliado como Fabuloso! Pois tem imensas falhas… As imagens são muito enganosas! O quarto “Alecrim” possui soalho de madeira, pelo que o quarto é IMENSAMENTE quente! Não se consegue estar dentro da habitação sem se estar SEMPRE com ventoinha ligada, e direcionada a nós. O “pequeno almoço” fornecido foi uma marmita com 4 fatias de queijo e pouco mais de fiambre. Somente 1 sumo, e TODAS as águas fornecidas, tanto do pequeno almoço como da área comum, são da TORNEIRA! Péssimo. O microondas não está na área comum, mas sim na cozinha onde se realiza o P.a. , pelo que se se pretender aquecer alguma comida, terá de ser no período horário do pequeno-almoço, incômodo. Não tem televisão no quarto, e ouve-se tudo de uma divisão para outra. O jardim bonito mas não tão grande e limpo como na imagem, pois nem sequer estava limpo! A relação qualidade preço deixa muito a desejar, pois por 100€/noite ficaria num hotel de 5 estrelas! Com o triplo das comodidades. Obrigada.

No air conditioning and the walls were dirty of hand prints from previous guests. The cleaning staff left the windows open while they cleaned, letting two wasps in my room, which I am allergic to. Very poor noise insulation. There’s hardly ever anyone at the house so if you have a problem you’ll have to message the staff on booking.com

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Atende a proposta oferecida. Eles oferecem café da manhã, mas você mesmo prepara sua refeição. Deu tudo certo, tinham boas opções de comida, mas acho que se o hotel estiver cheio pode tumultuar demais. E queria ressaltar que a funcionária Michele é uma graça de pessoa.
Não ter placa de identificação na fachada do prédio. Chegamos tarde e tivemos dificuldade de achar. Como o chão é de taco, fica um pouco barulhento.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026I stayed in the lovely Alecrim room with large windows and a spectacular bathroom with a pretty bath tub, shower, and bidet. The outdoor seating area is calm and peaceful surrounded by trees and plants where you can relax, work and have your meals. This bed and breakfast is perfect for the quiet solo traveler or for a couple. I just loved the concept where there is a communal kitchen area where you prepare your own breakfast, coffee and tea. It’s located in an affluent neighborhood with designer shops and restaurants. You can easily walk around many of the city’s major attractions. The train and buses are nearby.
There is a steep hill to get to the house but it was worth it! I got a good workout every day

Byłoby wspaniale gdyby gospodarz udostępnił ekspres do kawy i czajnik poza godzinami śniadania. Ale to szczegół.

La atención de Joao y el personal impecable. Para destacar, nos permitió dejar las valijas ya que teníamos el vuelo tarde. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos allí. Gracias!

Reviewed May 20, 2026Frühstück war genial, zwar Selbstbedienung aber es gab sogar Eier und Pfannen, neben allen anderen Dingen die man für ein Frühstück erwartet. Leider war im Badezimmer immer Wasser am Boden, das aus der Deckenlampe tropfte, sonst hätte die Unterkunft ausgezeichnet abgeschnitten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist weder zu nah noch zu weit vom Zentrum, liegt leider auf einer Anhöhe, die mit Auto sehr schwer erreichbar ist, man muss häufig die Anhöhe erklimmen, weil die U-Bahn-Station doch im Talbereich liegt!

La lumière dans la chambre et la salle de bain Manque d’intensité. un miroir en pieds serait aussi agréable. Par rapport au standing attendu, le petit déjeuner nous a déçus. Nous avons d’ailleurs pris le petit déjeuner du deuxième jour à l’extérieur. Il fallait se servir dans des frigos, cuire soi-même ses œufs. Le pain était basique et sans variété (pas de pain gris, pas de croissant…) Il y avait néanmoins un bon cake au citron. La machine à café ne permettait pas de faire des cappuccino. Les fruits étaient peu attirants, pas de saison, et les poires n’étaient pas mûres.. Pas de jus de fruit frais. La photo de la façade de la maison sur le site était en belle céramique verte. Manifestement des travaux sont en cours… ou doivent être faits

Unfassbar steiler weg zum Haus, weshalb wir meist mit Uber zurück sind. Unsere Badezimmer Tür war so kaputt, dass wir nicht reinkamen um unser Gepäck rauszuholen. Wurde repariert, aber nur sehr oberflächlich, so dass das Problem wahrscheinlich wieder kommt

Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber leider haben wir das eine Zimmer direkt zur Straße bekommen, wo es etwas laut nachts wird.

Reviewed May 2, 2026It’s a beautiful building, the rooms are spacious and clean. Really lovely communal areas. Location is great, 20 minute walk into town. Easy to find.
No aircon so it does get quite hot and the neighbour is slightly loud so can’t really open the balcony doors.

This quaint, beautifully decorated home coupled with a cozy 2 layered lush outdoor sitting breakfast/evening area made it incredibly enjoying. The attention spent for the breakfast included a super fancy coffee machine, fully cooked breakfast options were a perfect start to the day. We made the silly mistake and didn’t book the last day and missed checkout by 2 hours, the hosts were gracious & understanding of our stupidity, unfortunately did not have a room for us. We highly recommend this place to stay.

Pas vraiment de meuble dans la chambre pour ranger ses vêtements. Serviettes changées systématiquement même pour 3 nuits alors qu'elles n'ont pas été mises par terre, pas très écologique....

No amenities, strong smell in the rooms to cover the smell of mold. Breakfast on a do it yourself basis. Generally the building shows first signs of run down such as wallpapers that are peeling of the the wall, chairs that are falling apart, doors and shutters that don‘t close properly, etc.

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, con davvero poco si può fare la differenza. Inoltre l’odore di muffa nelle camere e nella palazzina, poco piacevole.
