Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Very quiet area with a convenient eatery right next door. The staff was very accommodating and allowed to stay one night without paying because I hadn't money exchanged my currency to Thai Baht yet. More of a slow away from downtown feel which I enjoyed.
I was surprised that Booking.com didn't inform me that the room wasn't actually paid for, only reserved. I had to pay the hotel when I arrived. Not a big deal, just wasn't ready for the out of pocket expense.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a luggage lift, so we did not have to carry our bags upstairs. The room was spacious and had a sofa and a table. Cups were also provided. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the location is fairly convenient for the airport.
The property was dirty, and the bed linen did not seem clean. The water heater was not working. There was no shower gel or shampoo, only two very small bars of soap.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Good Location and nice staff in the front counter. Good Value for money.
The hotel housekeeper was rude, gossiping about customers in front of them, and throwing pillows and bed sheets on the floor after I called to complain about the room being unclean, having hair on the floor as if it hadn't been swept or mopped, and the bed sheets being dirty. She made a displeased face and said loudly, "You're angry this early in the morning!" The question is, what did the customer do wrong? And she spoke sarcastically every time she saw me. The front desk staff, however, were polite and professional.
