Location was perfect imo - quiet, but within short walking distance to the Walking Street. Didn't want to leave and ended up staying longer than planned.

Original bungalow was really beautiful, however the upgrades offered more morning light and I knew I would love waking up to that. The breakfast was amazing. The hosts were kind and gracious. I enjoyed my two-day stay.

As soon as i booked online i had a WhatsApp message asking if we’d like a transfer to the resort in which they sorted straight away. They were also very kind and helpful with suggestions of the local area. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also included in the stay and we had breakfast freshly cooked for us which was a lovely touch. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay!

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Leuk verblijf. De gastheer en vrouw zijn aardig en regelen alles voor je, zoals taxi of uitjes. Ontbijt was prima. Er is ook een lieve hond. Het is op loopafstand van de walking street.
De douche rook af en de handdoeken roken soms een beetje muf. Ook is er geen airco, dat kan warm zijn, maar in Pai is het in de avond altijd lekker koel, dus was voor ons niet echt een probleem. Hoewel de gastheer en vrouw wel engels spraken, was communicatie soms een beetje lastig. Maar ze deden echt hun best voor alles!

L’emplacement est idéal à 5 minutes de marche de la walking street et pourtant c’est hyper calme on entend pas de bruit. Les bungalows sont grands, pas de Clim mais avec les 2 ventilo c’est suffisant et les nuits sont fraîches. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasses est top tous les matins. Le lit est super moelleux et confortable, quand on veut se reposer c’est vraiment un plus

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Great location, few minutes walk to the main walking street but out of the way so it’s peaceful. Great views and the garden is immaculate. Breakfast was great! We really enjoyed it & has been the best so far since backpacking around Thailand. Have the options of various style eggs or granola fruit bowl (which we had 🤩) & help yourself to toast, coffee, etc… Owners were super friendly, always smiley and welcoming and the accommodation was comfortable & has everything you need for your stay.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Sehr nett und zuvorkommend privat geführtes Resort. Die Anlage liegt zentral zur Walking Street (5 min. Zu Fuß über die Bamboo Bridge), die abends sehr lebhaft ist. Das Resort liegt dennoch sehr ruhig im Grünen mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Toller Blick auf die Berge und ins Grüne. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Sogar ein Wasserkocher und Nescafé waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück war lecker und für uns genau richtig. Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt und sehr wohl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Das Hotel liegt ruhig abseits der Walking Street und dennoch in der Nähe von Rollerverleih und Wäscheservice. Man wacht mit Naturgeräuschen auf, und der Ausblick nach dem Frühstück ist ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Ventilatoren, die völlig ausreichend sind (nachts ca. 13–15 °C im Februar). Die Hosts Auy und Ying sowie das Servicepersonal kümmern sich liebevoll um Frühstück (4 Menüs plus Toast, Marmelade etc.) und die gesamte Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten hier wunderbar neue Energie tanken.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026As people have mentioned, it is a very quiet place. Being at the end of a dead-end path means no through traffic and even the nearby road is hardly used. And with just yard and fields behind it is extremely peaceful. You can hear some music from the hostel on the hill but it is far enough away and doesn't usually keep going late. All of that but still just a short walk across the river to the main action is pretty amazing. Also, the room is spacious and comfortable, wifi and breakfast are good and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Los anfitriones son muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo posible. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros durante toda nuestra estancia. La habitación está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para facilitarnos la estancia. El alojamiento está muy cerca del centro pero no en plena calle principal por lo que no hay nada de ruido y pudimos descansar bien.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026L’accueil de l’hôte qui parle et écrit très bien en anglais et très professionnel. Les lots sont quasi neufs. Malheureusement, les loges ne sont pas équipés de climatisation, globalement les logements sont propres, mais l’eau n’est qu’à moitié chaude, et les sanitaires, rempli de champignons et de moisissures au niveau des joints de carrelage et autres… Nous nous sommes levés un peu tard, le premier jour à cause du décalage horaire, et nos bouteilles d’eau et notre rouleau de papier toilette quotidien ont été déposées sur la table à l’extérieur, la chambre n’a pas été refaite dans la journée après notre départ à l’extérieur de la propriété. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon ni copieux. Le jus d’orange est un jus d’orange industriel, et vous n’avez que quatre choix de plat dont un à base de fruits Tout ceci n’est pas en illimité. Contrairement à ce qu’on a l’habitude de rencontrer ailleurs, Si je devais revenir à Patay, je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement.

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück perfekt, die Bungalows sehr schön und sauber. Am Neujahrsmorgen haben uns die Gastgeber ein kleines Geschenk gegeben, was wir sehr süß fanden. Vielen Dank, wir würden wieder kommen.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Von der Atmosphäre her, war es das schönste in unserem Urlaub. Und wir waren in zwei Ländern und 12 Unterkünften in 5 Wochen. Schön ruhig und doch zentral. Schöner Garten, genug Platz auf der Terrasse und im Garten um zu entspannen. Der Haushund „Thanos“, was ein schönes Tier. Da kommt mal kein ungeladener Gast freiwillig aufs Grundstück und stibitzt was 😂, aber lieber geht es fast nicht. Die Besitzer sind immer auf Zack und kümmern sich um alles, beide super lieb. Weiter so 👍💪
Zwei riesige Ventilatoren auf dem recht übersichtlichem Zimmer sind zu viel, da ist Orkanstärke 10 nix gegen. Die braucht es echt nicht, lieber ein Schrank für das Gepäck unterzubringen. Der Ventilator im Bad ist auch mal krass stark, also über schlechte Düfte kann sich da keiner beschweren. Aber man erfriert unter der Dusche, da der Ventilator meint er muss für die Nachbarn direkt mit lüften. Wenn man den regeln könnte, dass wäre top. Man stell sich mal vor da kommt jemand mit Toupet rein, dass Ding hält nicht, egal wieviel Kleber da drauf ist.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi e pronti a venirti incontro per ogni cosa, noi siamo arrivati in tarda serata e non ci sono stati problemi per il check in. Comunicazione ottima. Molto buona la colazione, è possibile scegliere un piatto cucinato al momento e buffet di frutta e pane tostato. Ci saremmo fermati più notti ma purtroppo non c'era posto. Consiglio!
