Excellent petit déjeuner et très bon accueil de nos hôtes. Très agréable jardin au calme avec piscine et véranda. Une jolie adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Tout était très bien. Eventuellement offrir la possibilité de charger une voiture électrique sur place moyennant paiement serait idéal !

De vriendelijke bewoners & hun hond, en de rustige groene omgeving waarbij een schoon zwembad inbegrepen was. En het ligt toch dichtbij het centrum van Spa.

Enkel meerdere keren last gehad van enkele muggen in de nacht.

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf. De hosts waren heel vriendelijk en Philippe gaf goede info over Spa en omgeving. Op de kamer was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden, ook koffie- en thee faciliteiten, ondanks het warme weer was de temperatuur er aangenaam, ruime badkamer. Een grote troef was ook het zwembad met ligbedjes, parasols, badlakens en poolhouse. 's Morgens kregen we een krakend vers ontbijt op het terras. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sympatieke ontvangst van de gastheer en Mevrouw. Mooie kamer met uitzicht op de tuin/ zwembad waar je ook gebruik mag van maken.

Zeer rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. De kamer is zeer volledig ingericht : het ontbreekt er aan niets ! Zeer mooie tuin met een mooi zwembad . Vriendelijk gastheer die zeer goed Nederlands spreekt ! Op wandelafstand is er een fijne brasserie !

Jammer dat het nabijgelegen Lac de Warfaaz droog staat ( er zijn werkzaamheden aan de gang)

Le petit déjeuner était parfait et frais du matin, et concernant l'environnement c'est très calme et relaxant. Les gèrants sont très gentils et toujours la pour vous donner des conseils concernant les activités a faire.

Tout était vraiment parfait , la chambre est en faite une suite complètement indépendante et digne d’un grand hôtel. Cadre très calme , piscine nickel avec le salon extérieur couvert.

Tout était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Isabelle et Philippe sont des hôtes exceptionnels, chaleureux, attentionnés et toujours prêts à rendre service. Leur gentillesse a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour notre voyage de noces et nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. Le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule chambre dans l'établissement est un véritable luxe : calme absolu, intimité totale et sérénité garantie. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil et pour avoir contribué à rendre ces quelques jours si spéciaux. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs. Yasmin et Ali ❤️

Herzlicher Empfang, super nett aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Frühstück genau auf Bedürfnisse abgestimmt Sehr erholsam. Der Pool und die Sonnenliegen haben schon auf uns gewartet, Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. René & Sylvia

We had a lovely stay at Villa Sparadis. The place was very clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ ride to the spa and nearby restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The host was super nice and friendly. He took the time to explain the best places to visit in the area, which we really appreciated and made our stay even better.

During our stay, the toilet did not have proper ventilation during our stay.

Erg mooi verblijf met aardige gastheer! We konden lekker ontbijten in de tuin met gezelschap van Lucky (hond) en hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt dankzij de tips die we kregen.

Prachtige locatie! Heel gastvrij ontvangen! En een heerlijk ontbijt! Goede tips gekregen van de gastheer over wat er allemaal te doen is in de omgeving! Heerlijke tijd gehad! Kom zeker terug🤩

Tout, la chambre,le confort et surtout l'accueil du propriétaire.La.nuit est d'un calme et n'oublions pas le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.

Nous avons tout aimé ! L'accueil chaleureux et les bons conseils "balades" de Philippe. La chambre est impeccable, spacieuse et équipée vous assurer le confort maximal. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Dans un tel endroit, on aimerait que le séjour dure plus longtemps mais il faut retourner au boulot ☺️

Emplacement, hôtes, petit déjeuner,... Tout était impeccable.

Aparte ingang met parking quasi aan de deur. Heel gerieflijk en gezellig ingericht. Vriendelijke gastheer en hond. 😉 Veel info op de kamer alsook via de gastheer te bekomen. Ontbijt inbegrepen. Rond het nabijgelegen meer kan je mooie wandelingen maken, al deed ik maar een korte (voor het ontbijt) omdat we nog een langere in Spa gingen doen. + Onbeperkt koffie is heel makkelijk.

Eigenlijk niks. Elektrische poort sluit automatisch dus niet te lang wachten met vertrekken. Ontbijt om 9u is voor sommigen misschien een nadeel maar zoals reeds geschreven kan je leuke ochtendwandeling maken vanuit het verblijf. Dat we er niet wat vroeger waren zodat we ook konden genieten van tuin en zwembad. 😁

Goed bed, goede douche en mooie grote tuin in rustige omgeving. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook fijn dat je auto op eigen terrein kan worden geparkeerd.

Gezien we geen rokers zijn viel ons op dat het appartement wel erg naar sigarettenrook stonk. Na heel goed ventileren trok de geur wel weer weg.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, mit schönen Bad und Ausblick auf Pool und Garten. Sehr schön war auch der separate Eingang zum Zimmer. Es sind auch nur 3km bis in die Stadt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett, geben viele Ausflugstips.

Das elektrische Tor ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Ein tolles Frühstück, der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich, das Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem, im Garten gibt es sogar einen beheizten Pool

Our stay at “Villa Sparadis” was exceptionally lovely. Isabelle & Philippe were great hosts -super friendly and helpful. The perfect place for those who like a quiet holiday. We really enjoyed staying here, the space itself and the surrounding villages. Very quiet and peaceful weekends. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

L' hébergement est situé dans une aile de la villa des propriétaires mais en est complètement indépendant. La chambre est bien équipée, la literie est de top qualité. Salle de bains spacieuse. La propreté est irréprochable. Les hôtes sont charmants et très accueillants. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Last but not least, la piscine à température idéale, de quoi se relaxer avant ou après une journée d" activités. Nous reviendrons....

We had a wonderful stay in an incredibly cozy and peaceful setting that made it easy to unwind and disconnect from the daily rush. The host was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. If you're looking for a quiet retreat to recharge and reconnect with nature, this place is an absolute gem. The owners were amazingly welcoming and helpful and helped make the stay perfect. Facilities were great and the breakfast was really good - we couldn’t make breakfast a couple of days because we left early and when we got back they had left us a small basket of fruit and snacks. Would absolutely stay again if ever back.

Fantastic stay with a lovely couple and their dog :) Pool was warm, breakfast was lovely and it has ample parking. would thoroughly recommend.

Friendly staff very welcoming with tips to see and do in the area, beautiful location (5-10min drive from city center Spa) and surroundings, clean rooms. Comfortable bed and modern walk-in shower. Delicious and diverse breakfast.

Didn’t bother us too much but there’s a fridge in the room which sometimes is a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper.

Very nice place in calm and green environment. The host was very friendly, gave us plenty of information about the area (hikes, restaurants…). I highly recommend!

Quiet place in a super cozy town. Breakfast is amazing and home made by the hosts themselves, who were super lovely! Greatly recommended for couples looking for a quiet retreat. We will be back!

very friendly hosts. Being on a work travel, I could unfortunately not find time to also use the pool, but it looked all very nice and relaxing. The hosts were taking care about my stay and being comfortable. At the end of my stay they offered me a lift to the train station.

It was in a nice location, close to Spa. The location offers a parking spot for your car. The room and bathroom were really new and were very luxurious. The beds were more comfortable than my own bed. There was an outside terrace were we could sit as well. The owner brought us breakfast every morning at 9 am (can be discussed how late you want). It was enough for 2 big eaters and contained some fruit which we brought with us on our hikes. Furthermore, the owner helped us getting around in the area. We did a few nice hikes in the area and went to the Peak brewery.

The room is surrounded by the property's garden, which makes it very quiet. The abundant breakfast is brought in the room by the owner through a connecting door. The owners are very communicative and flexible when arranging the breakfast time. Also they provide a great amount of information about the surrounding area, giving you advice on what to do. Overall a great experience.

The breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. Phillipe and Isabelle were delightful hosts and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious and much more like a studio apartment with a separate entrance and parking. We were met upon our arrival and given lots of great tips and things to do in the area. An exceptional place to stay!

I have been going to the Spa Francorchamps for many years and stayed in various hotels etc. This is , by far, THE BEST PLACE I ever stayed in Spa. You feel at home, this says it all. The owners will do anything to make your stay as confortable and nice as it possible can. I recommend the Villa Sparadis to anybody. I am going back in September for the DTM race......
