Struttura particolare ma abbastanza accogliente, fortunatamente la mia camera aveva il bagno privato, sicuramente più comodo rispetto alle altre soluzioni. È presente una piccola cucina dotata di macchinetta del caffè e altri accessori. Posizione ottima.
Cattivi odori provenienti dal bagno, sembra che lo scarico del lavabo non avesse il sifone. Pulizia generale non proprio impeccabile.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Un petit hôtel situé dans l'action. Plein de beaux restaurants. Il est situé dans un mail piétonnier,facile d'accès. On a une salle de bain privée mais qui n'est pas dans notre chambre. Il y a aussi une cuisine commune avec frigo et cuisinière. Le proprio nous a envoyé des consignes claires pour notre arrivée.
Vraiment rien.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025La qualité des échanges, rapides et très agréable L'emplacement, facile d'accès depuis la gare, rapide depuis l'aéroport. C'est au coeur de la ville. Petite arrière cours pour prendre un café au calme
Les portes grincent beaucoup donc dès que quelqu'un rentre ou sort on l'entend. J'ai réservé la chambre avec salle de bain à l'intérieur et je préfère signaler l'humidité importante que l'on ressent malgré la fenêtre ouverte et le ventilateur pour mieux respirer. A faire attention pour les personnes asthmatique par exemple

We had a truly terrible experience during our stay The bathroom constantly smelled musty and there was no way to ventilate it properly Mold spots were visible on the ceiling and walls especially near the tiles and corners which made it feel unhygienic and neglected The ventilation system was either broken or completely ineffective and the presence of mold was not just unpleasant but also a health concern The plumbing was visibly corroded and poorly maintained and there was white powdery residue along the floor edges possibly from damage or decay Even the TV setup was dusty and messy with cables hanging loosely showing a lack of care in the overall maintenance The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable it offered no support and left our backs aching every morning The noise from the upstairs neighbors was unbearable at times making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully The guesthouse claimed the noise was due to renovations but in reality it was just children running stomping and screaming above us every day To top it all off the photos shown online did not match reality at all what we found was far more run-down and neglected than expected This place was far below expectations and definitely not worth the price

The building looks rather old and furnishing is reduced to the minimum. No effective isolation from the noise of the street.

1.The place is not well isolated so you hear any kind of sound from other guests (keys, doors, speaking, also family neighbours with kids upstairs) so room should be more isolated in my opinion. 2.Maybe a little shelf more, I didn't know where to put my stuff. 3. Toilet cover smaller than toilet itself, really uncomfortable.

Our room was on the street side. It gets a bit stuffy in the room however the windows open on the street so you can’t leave them open as anyone could come inside from the street. I believe the other rooms are not facing the street.

Voisins du dessus très bruyants. Manque un miroir dans la chambre. Lit pas très confortable. Pas ou très peu de ventilation dans la salle de bain.

La chambre est pourvue d'une petite terrasse mais il est assez acrobatique d'y accéder par un petit escabeau instable.

Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle, siendo un bajo, y no se podían abrir las ventanas durante la noche porque cualquier persona se podría haber colado. Pasamos un calor espantoso. Deberían poner barrotes.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025La struttura si trova in un posto centrale, ma con gli stessi soldi si trovano strutture nella zona più pulite, accoglienti e con personale qualificato. Ignora le foto della camera perché non è così nella realtà!
La stanza era piccolissima, abbiamo pagato per una camera doppia ma in realtà due persone non ci entrano. Non ci sono finestre, è presente solo una che pero affaccia su un terrazzo condiviso e quindi dovevamo tenerla sempre chiusa. La stanza puzzava perennemente di chiuso. Sporca e piena di formiche. Per il problema delle formiche abbiamo contattato il proprietario ma non ci ha aiutato.. a detta sua aveva effettuato un intervento di derattizzazione ma al nostro rientro ne abbiamo trovate di più. Sopra il letto c'erano dei quadri che ci sono caduti in testa mentre dormivamo. E STATA UN ESPERIENZA ORRENDA E I PROPRIETARI SE NE FREGANO DI TE,DEL TUO BENESSERE.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Óptima localização, quarto espaçoso e a cama era confortável e grande. Tem um pequeno pátio com mesa e cadeiras de jardim, agradável para tomar pequeno almoço. Funcionárias bastante simpáticas!
O quarto tinha o piso irregular e havia até uma zona onde o chão cedia. Há vários problemas estruturais no edifício. Falta de isolamento sonoro e térmico, as paredes em geral mostram muitas infiltrações e há vestígios de que de inverno se forme bolor facilmente.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Stanza ampia e comoda, faceva un po’ caldo ma era presente un ventilatore da utilizzare. Siamo state fortunate perchè il bagno privato esterno era la porta di fronte alla nostra camera.
Bagno piccolo e afoso. Ci è stata fornita solo una salvietta a testa e mancava il tappetino per la doccia. L’ulteriore assenza del piatto doccia agevolava la fuoriuscita dell’acqua in tutto il pavimento.

I was surprised with the size of the bedroom, the bed was small and only have accessed by one side the other is leaning to the wall plus it was like an oven so hot inside. Only have face towels and hand soap. Slept with the fun in maximum to reduce the heat but the noise was very annoying.

Si vous souhaitez vous reposer la nuit, je déconseille fortement malheureusement… Pas dormi de la nuit entre les bruits de voisinage et les colocataires de la maison d’invités qui ne respectent absolument pas les règles de vie commune : bruits après 22h des personnes rentrent dans le logement et discutent bien fort dans les couloirs devant les chambres, pas du tout de respect pour les personnes qui essaient de dormir… du bruit avant 7h du matin (musique, des personnes qui cuisinent et qui écoutent du contenu sur le téléphone…)

la stanza è molto semplice - il bagno è esterno e va chiuso a chiave ogni volta che lo si usa - le pareti sono molto sottili e si sente tutto quanto succede nella stanza accanto - il piccolo spazio esterno per sedersi un attimo o fumarsi una sigaretta è piccolissimo e chiuso tra alte mura e c'erano appese lenzuola ad asciugare

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Está ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico, el alojamiento es de construcción colonial, pero remodelado y no le falta nada. El baño es amplio, la cama es muy cómoda. Queda a unas cuadras de la terminal de ómnibus.
La ventaja de la ubicación es que está en un lugar hermoso y está el centro de toda la ciudad, pero la desventaja es que está en un lugar donde no se puede entrar con auto.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2025Está bien ubicado, en el centro pero no en un sitio concurrido así que no había ruido por la noche y al lado hay para aparcar en zona azul, así que muy bien. La cama era cómoda, estaba todo limpio y además tenían una cafetera con cápsulas de café que podías tomar. Todas las habitaciones tenían baño privado pero fuera de la habitación.
El baño sin ventana olía un poco a cerrado, y es un bajo, entonces las ventanas daban a la calle por lo que no podíamos dejarlas abiertas por la noche.

Camera molto piccola. L'odore entrando è forte di umido. L'unica apertura del bagno da sul terrazzo di altri ospiti, precisamente su una poltrona. La luce del bagno e la ventola si accendono continuamente anche di notte, basta un leggero movimento essendo la camera minuscola. La serratura è difettosa e abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiusi dentro. La cosa peggiore di tutti sono i rumori continui e forti durante tutta la notte: muri E porte molto fini e vicine tra loro.
