Reviewed Sep 16, 2026I highly recommend staying at this homestay. It's centrally located but without the inconveniences of the noises. The room was big, clean and confortable. Breakfast was great every morning and the hosts lovely. Will stay there again if I go back to Ubud.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La familia muy amable. La habitación grande, cómoda, limpia, había agua caliente (aunque nos fallo el último dia de 5), cama muy cómoda, buen aire acondicionado. La verdad un 10 y volvería!. Además todos los dias nos dieron un desayuno diferente y super abundante. Muchas gracias!!!
Todo perfecto. Solo por decir algo para quien tenga problema con esto, solo se accede por escaleras, son pocas, unos 15 peldaños, pero para quien sufre con ellas, que las considere.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Perfectly locate behind the palace it is in a quiet spot, and within walking distance with all amenities. It is also an area that is a little less touristic and more locals lives there rather than only tourist oriented. I got the top flat with view of the volcano on a clear day. The rooms are clean, nice and lovely. The pool is nice and the garden delightful! It is not luxury but well worth the price. (Ps. The owner is one of the Gamelan player at Ubud Palace, you can spot him playing there at night and the neighbours in the smalls houses around are lovely people)
I forgot to take photos of the room as it felt like home (not it is not a negative point at all)

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Wir reisen seit 25 Jahren durch die Welt und dies war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir jemals hatten. Einzelne liebevoll ausgestattete und dekorierte Bungalows in einem grünen tropischen Garten voller Blumen. Ein wunderschöner kleiner (Infinity-)Pool mit Blick über die Stadt. Es ist ein Traum für Kinder (und Erwachsene) sich nach einer Wanderung durch die Reisfelder oder die Stadt, dort zu erfrischen. Trotzdem ist die Lage super zentral mitten in der Stadt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück auch sehr gut. Zudem gibt es einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind groß und luftig. Gerade für Familien unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Der Pool war schön, sowie der mystische Garten und die Architektur. Wir haben unsere Ruhe total genossen. Und das obwohl die Lage perfekt war und man sofort im Trubel und Stadtkern war wenn man das Gelände verlassen hat.
Man sollte wissen, dass man ein paar Stufen gehen muss. Das war für uns aber kein Problem

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Het is niet meer geschikt voor EU verhuur. Zeker niet voor een vrouw alleen. Het zit in een vies achteraf straatje maar well vlakbij de rijstvelden en het centrum. Er wordt volgens mij al een tijdje niets verhuurd. Het is verpauperd en er staat overal troep. De entree is een schuif garagedeur.. vanaf de straat echt niet te vinden. Als je binnenkomt zie je wat wij bedoelen. Beddengoed is oud, vies en goor. Matras zitten bedwantsen in. Heb bijna niet kunnen slapen. We zijn in de ochtend heel vroeg weggegaan om daar niet langer te hoeven blijven. Helaas hadden wij deze stap de avond ervoor al moeten nemen.

Service....hot water is not always available....only on call....no toilet jet ...no shampoo. It would have been good if these were provided . As it's a homestay one can't expect commercial service. If one can ignore them it's ok which we did and enjoyed our stay.

We booked 4 rooms, in one of them the toiled was damaged and didn’t flush correctly. The bathrooms were not so clean, it looks old and with details on the cleaning that make it feel like a bad place. In one of the bathrooms the toilet was almost on the same space of the shower, so it felt like a smaller space. The smell on all the rooms is bad, it’s humid, and as they keep them closed there’s no ventilation, so bad odors are concentrated. When booking it was not clear when the room has AC or not, we booked two rooms without it and we didn’t know it.

Das Badezimmer ist eben so, wie man es oft kennt: etwas runtergekommen und schimmelig an manchen Stellen.

Cadre magnifique, piscine très propre entourée de végétation...🌿 Les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Ici les critères de propreté de ne pas comme chez nous, donc oui on peut dire qu ils peuvent faire mieux, surtout la poubelle dans la salle de bain, le frigo, les interrupteurs, sinon tout le reste est nickel ( le linge est d une blancheur immaculée !) Les pancakes du petit dej sont excellents et les personnel d une grande gentillesse.🥞 J y reviendrai et conseille l établissement aux voyageurs qui recherchent la tranquillité...

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025熱帯の植物に囲まれたプールは大きくはありませんが、雰囲気は最高でした。 庭には小鳥や鳩、蝶がやってきます。 スタッフの対応は暖かく、フルーツの盛り合わせ付きの朝食がおいしいので毎朝楽しみでした。 部屋もテラスも清潔で広く、電気ケトルがありました。 ガムラン演奏と踊りの公演が観られるウブドパレスは徒歩圏です。 近くにスーパーやコンビニがあって便利でした。
ドライヤーとシャンプーがありませんでした。 シャンプーは持参、髪はそのうち乾くのでたいした問題ではありませんでした。

Le manque de communication et personnel difficile à trouver, le matelas du lit peu confortable mais lit propre. Si nous devions pinailler il manquerait des verres et couverts.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Eine grüne Oase mitten im Zentrum von Ubud, das Personal war unfassbar zuvorkommend & nett - uns wurde am letzten Tag sogar ein extra frühes Frühstück vorbeigebracht, da wir früh abreisen mussten. Frühstück war sehr simpel aber trotzdem ausreichend und sehr lecker. Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert.
Das Bad war sehr alt und sah deshalb sehr schmutzig aus, obwohl es täglich gereinigt wurde. Leider gab es auch hier viele Ameisen, das ist für Indonesien aber ja nicht unüblich und das nimmt man für die grüne Oase außenherum gerne in den Kauf.

Difficult to find access as Maps/Google dont shoe the correct street. Not enough signs when you enter.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Locatie; in de rust, ondanks dat je hartje centrum zit. Klein, maar fijn zwembadje. Voelt alsof je "in het groen" zit. Prima ontbijt, per dag wisselend.
Kamers roken niet fris. Het pand heeft duidelijk.een vochtprobleem. 1x warm water gehad, verder steeds een koude douche....
