Personnel très accueillant, la fille de la famille parle très bien anglais et tout le monde est très gentil. Hotel très propre. Très belle terrasse pour voir un beau coucher de soleil

Preis/Leistung toll und unglaublich freundliches Personal. In der Gegend geht es meiner Meinung nach nicht besser und ich war schon häufiger dort.

Bien placé, petit déjeuner en libre service

Les logements sont au 1 et 2 étages. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec 2 grands lits. La chambre était très grande, propre et lumineuse. Rien à dire qualité/ prix au top. Petit déjeuner avec douceur cambodgienne à découvrir. Une belle expérience. La fille de la propriétaire parle un anglais parfait et elle nous a aidé à organiser un trip avec guide anglais et la suite de nos transferts. Gentille souriante et disponible. Top. Proche de Koh kEr environ 1h de voiture.

Tout était bien. Nécessitée de fermer les fenêtres car proche de la route pour le bruit mais double vitrage, Clim et fan dans la chambre donc pas un problème

Absolut kompetente Rezeption. Im Ort gibt's nicht so viel zu sehen. War ja auch wegen Koh Ker da. Und das war für mich einmalig. Sind ja mehrere Tempel. Praktisch keine Besucher - außer am Haupttempel. Aber auch nur eine Handvoll.

Only stayed for one night to visit Preah Vihear temple and had comfortable stay. English speaking receptionist very friendly and helped us with booking a driver for the day, local food/shop recommendations. A nice simple breakfast also provided. If you are stopping off in Preah Vihear City you must stay here!

No soap in bathroom.

Simple and light suitable for a day in the hot sun climbing ruins and visiting rainforests.

The second floor sitting area; some furniture is a bit old. But it was comfortable. And for the price not a major issue.

The owners very very nice and helpful. We rented a motorbike and that helped us a lot with that. There is also a balcony on the top with was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was not the best, and the sink very small, but still ok.

Room was large & clean, with aircon, family room at first floor.

Breakfast option could be improved a bit rather than bread, jam & coffee!

We stayed one night in transit. The place is close to the bus station so you can walk there. The room was well equipped and very clean. The receptionist speaks excellent English. They had arranged a taxi for us the following day.

No elevators and narrow stairs. Nobody to help carry the luggage. Very basic breakfast.

Unexpected in Preah Viehar town, owners are super friendly, helpfull and the younger lady speaks very good english. The whole places is very clean and functionnal, rooms are very nice and with a view on the town

Simple and good.

Our host was very friendly and her English was excellent.

The room was comfortabe and quiet with air condition. The sunset was beautiful from the window. The common balcony was nicely decorated with fun games like darts. The staff was fluent in English and the friendliest we ever met, they organised everything for us.

Nothing

No rooms available as per our confirmed reservation. Moved us to another property which reminded me of a short time hotel. Noises and smelly.

Lovely staff. Clean room, lovely smell. Parking. Etc.

Breakfast has nothing other than bread and a toaster. Coffee and tea available. No milk. An almost empty jar of conserve. I went down and the gave me some margarine and lemon curd. Could have done with some fruit at least.

The hotel is a great stopover for visiting temples like Preah Vihear from Siem Reap or Kratié. The room is good value for money. Comfortable, clean, with air con and ventilator, and little fridge. Nice self-service breakfast with coffee, tea, toast bread and jam. The staff very helpful and the young lady speaks an impeccable English.

Everything worked out well, so being picky for review sake. The shower does not have a separation, so the bathroom will get wet and its mixing system of cold/warm water wasn’t ideal (two different faucets and two different shower heads accordingly. The room door wasn’t insectproof. Soap not available.

The price we paid included breakfast which consisted only of bread / toast and jam with coffee or tea without milk. This was very disappointing considering what other hotels have offered. Many previous reviews have commented on this and I’m not sure why the hotel doesn’t act upon the feedback they receive.

In this area definitely the best hotel. Has everything you need (incl. aircon and hot water with enough pressure). Nice relax area. Walking distance to restaurants and the market. But the best is the wonderful manager, she is just by far the best host I've seen in Cambodia. Makes your stay just great.

Breakfast is very simple. Consider one of the 3 coffee shops nearby if you need more.

Great location as an overnight stay to explore Phear Vihear and Koh Ker from Siem Reap. Value for money. Hot shower. Staff friendly and communication excellent.

No soap but we had our own so not an issue.

Cheap but fresh and comfort

It has a fridge and a hair dryer in the room, which is so convenient.

Wifi wasn't working

Really nice place, very clean and welcoming. The lady is very helpful and speaks a very good english. We recommend 100% to stay in this hotel!

Comfortable room

The management was soooo helpful every step of the way. Every bit of help made our stay that much more fun.

Personally, I am not fond of the showers that include the entire bathroom, but it was clean and dried quickly.

My room was excellent. Very big room with fridge and kettle and it was very clean too. Very good shower and nice parking area round the back.

Very helpful staf. Clean, spacious, modern bath- bed room. Nearby very good restaurant.

Cannot mention

Comfortable room where everything worked as it should, nice open view from the window. Excellent shower temperature and pressure. Comfortable bed, little fridge and kettle. Maybe a bit dated but still nice comunal terrace with hammock chairs and moon chairs. Safe place for the bicycles.

Our room was on the last floor that involved some steep staircases to navigate carrying our panniers and bags, essentially not a problem just a bit of a hassle for 1 night. Breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. Yes, there was tea coffee available but we had to ask for toast bread as the one left there was rather more like a cardboard. It is almost better to say no breakfast available. As toast with jam and tea or instant coffee hardly makes up a good breakfast.

The common spaces and the furniture were great, I love this wood, class and solid. Complimentary bottles of water.

Maybe I missed something but there was no hot water… No mountain view but a roof… Maybe the view was only from the terrace, not the room. This place has huge potential if only the rooms can be renovated. For example, the common spaces and the rooms were quite different in terms of quality: very nice wooden furniture and staircase. Only the bed was at the good standards.

the staffs, especially the young lady who runs the place is extremely helpful and really care for customers.

breakfast can be better.

The guest house was a good stop during our way to Laos. The personell was very helpful. She help us with the transport.
