בעלת המקום מאוד נחמדה, מדברת אנגלית, לא היה לי איתה יותר מדיי תקשורת, כי הכל היה אחלה, פשוט מאוד חייכנית וחמודה כל פעם שנפגשים. צמוד ממש לבית חב״ד שזה סופר נח, מרפסת נוחה לרחוב.

‏זה היה ממש קרוב לבית חב״ד הצוות היה מהמם ועזר לנו עם כל מה שהיינו צריכים.

שירות ויחס מזלזל: יחס מזלזל מצד הצוות. התנצלות שנעשתה בדיעבד ממש לא מפצה על התנהגות כזו. מפגע תברואתי (פשפשים): המקום סובל מבעיית פשפשים קשה! יצאנו משם עם גירודים קשים בכל הגוף. תנאי סניטציה ירודים: המקלחת ישנה מאוד ומוצבת ממש בתוך השירותים, ויש במקום ריח עובש מחניק. מיקום ורעש בלתי נסבל: המקום ממוקם ממש על הכביש הראשי, ויש רעש חזק ובלתי פוסק של מכוניות. חוסר נוחות בסיסי: אין במקום מעלית ואין מזגן. לסיכום – מקום לא ראוי למגורים או לאירוח. ראו הוזהרתם, אל תתקרבו!

Very convinient location for Beith Habad and a nice resturant inside the guest house. The staff were really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very nice lady running the place, she waited for us to arrive off a late bus and was very welcoming.

We had a really nice stay here. The owner was super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our overnight bus got in very early in the morning and they kindly let us leave our luggage and even rest on the sofa, which we really appreciated after the long journey. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location is also great, close enough to Sapa center to get around, but still in a quiet area so you can relax away from the noise. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

this place is a perfect place to stay in sepa not too far away from the center, with dedicated and welcoming hosts going above and beyond to make a stay perfect. i felt truelly like at home.

there is really nothing the host can do about, and even offering me the topmost room which was so nice, there is frequent noise from the street.

La propriétaire est super gentille, très attentionnée. Chambre proche du centre ville. Possibilité de se restaurer, les tacos sont super bons. Vue sur la montagne du petit balcon.

La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un coup de rafraîchissement, c’est vieux. Mais pour le prix c’est ok.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful! We got to the accomodation early in the morning after a night bus and they opened the door fast so we wouldn't wait out in the cold. They let us rest in the lobby until our room was ready and we had the possibility for an early check-in. Food and coffee was nice and laundry service fast. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed, we especially liked the warm bed.

Es war ein simples, sauberes Zimmer mit einem herrlichen Bergblick. Die Gastgeberin ist bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und hilft sehr bei organisatorischen Belangen. Tickets, Fahrten und ähnliches. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hervorragend. Vorne raus ist auch eine viel befahrene Straße, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat, aber falls Leute einen leichten Schlaf haben, sind Ohropax ein geeignetes Mittel. Die Gastgeberin empfing uns übrigens noch vor 6.00 morgens, und wir bekamen spontan einen "early check in".

We had a great stay! The host is amazing,she helps with everything and takes care of her guests. The location is good too. Our room had an amazing view on the mountains and there were everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back. Highly recommended place!

Big room and good hot water

The shining star of our stay was the amazing host, she not only checked in with us to make sure everything was okay every day but offered clean bedding and towels, breakfast and dinner and always helped us when we had any questions. The rooms was very spacious and included a private bathroom and kettle with an extra double bed and a balcony area. We loved our stay here, and it was a 10 minute walk into town

Delightful family, comfortable and clean rooms, heated blankets!! Excellent value, and even better with the price.

Shower and hot water worked, you just need to preheat

The location was very central, the room clean and big enough. The highlight is definitely the host, who did everything she could to make my stay as nice and comfy as possible!! I also appreciated the heated blanket, as it was very cold during my stay, and the options to order food and do laundry at the place.

Only thing is the shower, which takes time to heat up and becomes cold very quickly. It's a basic accommodation, so don't expect anything too fancy (except for the heated blanket, that was very cool!!)

My second time staying here says it all , Location , and WiFi were both excellent , room was clean and good , the owner is a very nice person , everything was perfect .

First, the owner is quite friendly, good english speaking and also negotiable. Second thing, the facility is good, you have the hair dryer, the warmer and also the wadrobe. The location is strategic for muslim as it is near to Halal restaurant.Walking distance to Sapa Sunplaza.

+ This was definitely one of the nicer options we saw in Sa Pa for such a low price + The location is quite good, as it's not right in the middle of town centre (thus a little quieter), but still close to things and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance + The host is keen to help you with any questions and she can book various extra services (tours etc.) for you; we didn't make use of that as we like to save money and explore options ourselves, but I'm sure other travellers will be very happy to pay for the convenience and it's nice to see that it is being offered + In winter, the guesthouse is VERY cold, but the beds can be nice and warm if you sleep in your hoodie and warm them up before bedtime with the electric blankets provided + There is a homely look and atmosphere in and around the guesthouse that reminded me of nostalgic trips to the Tatra mountains +/- Most of the areas seemed quite clean, but the bathroom mirror and sink could have been cleaned much better +/- The location and how it's incorrectly displayed on Google Maps makes it a little difficult to find the guesthouse, but fortunately the host sends you the exact coordinates when you book your stay

- Our room (located on the first floor just above reception) had a leaky sink, which had flooded half of the bathroom floor by the time we got back to the guesthouse for the night - The water pressure on the bidet gun was violently strong, making it almost unusable - Outside of the heated bed, the rooms are totally freezing if you go in the winter - The host, though at first seemingly cordial and polite, pressures guests a bit too much in order to receive a perfect rating and thus skews the reviews on here somewhat. Not long after we left, I received the following message from the host: "Thank you once again for choosing Viet Duc motel, are you satisfied with your stay at my house, if you are satisfied, please encourage me to rate 10 points on your booking, is there anything that doesn't make you happy? Please give me feedback directly, I will fix it, but don't rate it on your booking. Wishing you both a safe and happy trip. look forward to serving you again." You be the judge and choose if you think this is OK, but I found this a little too much and a bit dishonest. In writing reviews, guests shouldn't be told to not leave negative comments about things they didn't like nor should they ever be pressured to give perfect ratings. We saw that the host tends to respond to guest reviews, so we would also like to leave a message here for her: Thank you for having us, overall we're fairly satisfied with the guesthouse and think a good 7/10 rating is appropriate. We informed you of what we could remember needed improvement when leaving just like you asked. The leaky sink didn't bother us that much since we stayed such a short time and we trust it will be fixed for future guests. But we're very disappointed with that message and how much you push for perfect ratings by also telling your guests to leave out any negative opinions in their reviews.

Mrs Ha was great she gave us great advice with what to do in sapa pending the weather conditions, we had great breakfast there and she went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay.

The staff waited for us and let us check in in the early morning around 2am. Thank you! I booked this guest house on the same night as we had a sudden change of plans and came to Sapa a day earlier.

I had an incredibly enjoyable experience during my three-night stay at this homestay in Sapa last week. The host, who spoke exceptional English, went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Upon our arrival, she promptly helped us book an amazing trek, arranged our onward travel to Hanoi and a moped so that we could go straight out and see the waterfalls which are about a 20 minute drive away., and even provided a delicious breakfast the next morning so we were energised before our trek. As we were about to depart, she efficiently took care of our laundry and miraculously restored our muddy trekking shoes to their original condition after months of hardcore backpacking. The room itself was perfect for our needs, offering a comfortable night's sleep and a refreshing hot shower. It is also in good walking distance from the main town so no worries there I have no complaints and am grateful for her outstanding hospitality.

This place was great value for money - just a short walk from the town centre, the lady who runs it was so kind and helpful, she even has a contact at the top of Mount Fansipan who can tell you if it’s foggy up there! She provides a laundry service and also can book treks, Fansipan tickets etc.

The room itself was cold with no heating, but plenty of thick blankets provided so actually it wasn’t too cold in bed. The shower was powerful and nice & hot, but only about 5 minutes of hot water. The bed was very firm so quite uncomfortable, but I still managed to get a good nights sleep. Overall, definitely worth the money!

The location was great, the beds were comfortable and they provided big blankets which were needed while we were threre as it was very cold. The family who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. They don’t automatically change your towels, but you can ask to replace them without a problem. Same for more toilet paper. They also offer laundry service for 40k VND/1kg and you get it back the same day.

It gets quite humid in the room so we had to open the windows to try to air it out a little even if it was cold outside. The bathroom is a bit on the small side. I didn’t mind, but you’ll get most of what is in there wet when you shower.

The owner that runs this guest house is the loveliest host. She went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed Sapa. She had great recommendations for us of things to see and do, as well as ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

You get what you pay for, the room is basic but has all of the amenities you could need!

The location is very good. It is near from the city center you can just walk like 5 minutes. The room is nice so clean and comfortable. You will find a very helpful and nice landlord. The price is a good deal. I recommend you this place to stay at sapa.

We had a wonderful stay, they had very warm blankets for the cold weather, let us check in late because we arrived on the sleeper bus at about 2am and had warm water for showering. We had a delicious breakfast. After our trek they let us come back and leave our stuff. They helped us book our sleeper back bus to Hanoi and organized all the transportation to the bus. Overall 10/10 the host is so so lovely, welcoming and kind. Would stay here again if I return to Sapa.

it was lovely place very pretty and extremely good value

The owner of this place is what differentiates this place from the others. She cares a lot about her customers wellbeing and comfort, and we really liked our stay here. She even arranged for the transport of a piece of jewellery we forgot to another city!

We booked last minute and were able to check-in 10 minutes later. The owner was super friendly and the room had everything we needed: a warm shower and a comfortable bed!

Very comfortable room with good beds, tv, desk , bathroom etc, in quiet location with lovely views, but still close to centre. Could walk everywhere in town, and also do long walks out of town to neighbouring villages. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very nice hosts, tasty home cooked meals available on site too.

We stayed 3 nights there and we liked our stay , its not far from the center. The family is really nice and kind, we rent a motorbike and the owner booked us a bus to Mu cang chai. She also changed our towels. The breakfast is also really good. I recommend

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Sapa in April 2023. It is a friendly and affordable place and I fully recommend it, we actually prolonged our stay for a couple of days. The owner, a very hospitable lady, speaks English very well and is very nice and helpful. We booked our trip to Fansipan via the hotel and we also repeatedly rented scooters for some further away trips. It's also not in the very center of Sapa town, which is actually a good thing; Sapa town is quite small and everything is within walking distance (so not being in the very center is not a nuisance) and you can enjoy much calmer environment in terms of noisiness and hustle.

I can't think of anything right now. Maybe some furniture in the rooms could be newer, but that's not what you travel to Sapa for. Overall it's great value for the money and I would stay here again.

A very welcoming and comfortable stay. A short walk from the main town on a quiet road with good views of the hills (when it wasn’t cloudy!) The owner was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She had brilliant English and we enjoyed chatting with her. On the day we woke up very early for a trek she made us takeaway breakfast pancakes - we were so grateful. We were also able to do some laundry, with a quick turn around, during our stay.

For a first comer to Sapa, it was a little hard to find.

The owner of the guesthouse is quite nice, she rent a scooter to us for a reasonable price.

We loved it here. This was the perfect place to land in Sa Pa. We hadn’t had any trekking pre-booked so we were so grateful that Ha, the owner, helped us. She is an incredible host and you just feel welcome and taken care of. She helped us book an amazing 3-day trekking tour, and found us a bus to our next destination very last minute. Breakfast was excellent as well — she makes the best omelettes! We liked it so much here that we stayed an extra night when we came back from the Trekking your. the rooms are big, the showers hot, and all for a very affordable price.

Hotel staff was very friendly and speks English very well. Also helped us with booking a bus to cat ba, transfer to the bus stop included. The rooms are very big, cozy blankets and a good hot sure with enough pressure :)

We travelled all the way from the South to the North for 6 weeks and nearly 40 overnights. The homestay has by far the best shower head and water pressure in all of Vietnam. The location is superb and the owners super friendly and helpful. Fast laundry service.
