On arrival they told us that there was a double booking and that they didn't have space for us and they forgot to inform us. We where so lucky because the neighborhood looked so dodgy and the place ass well. We felt very unsafe. On the outside on the corner next to the entrance there was like 6 lady's that was dressed very inappropriate standing there. The place inside look very bad with the ceiling hanging. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

You guys just need to replace the tiles with wood it’s very cold and it’s slippery when getting out of the shower I almost slipped twice oh and get air vents in the bathroom so that the room doesn’t drip water and add herbal soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper and enough towels for the floor and guest . It will be cool if there was a draining system by the shower then the whole floor wouldn’t flood and then guest has to walk on wet tiles in the cold and try to invest into air condition it’s like R700 for one on Takealot and please fix your guys tv remotes and WiFi myself and my husband always look forward just to relax and watch a movie .

Memory is a hard working woman, friendly and warm person who shows Respect for others. She welcomes everyone and makes you feel at home immediately. I wish all geust could share in my appreciation for staying at such and affordable, clean and comfortable and warm atmosphere.
A group that stayed over recently and left the entire kitchen in a terrible mess. I was shocked to see that Women could not have respect for Memory's hard work in providing and welcoming them into a Clean and Fresh environment like they found at The White House. Management should ban such people because they will ruin the business reputation

I just had a problem with the curtains a bit old so it couldn't close the window properly. Also the bad room doors omgosh It broke and almost fell on me when I try to close it. You need to upgrade those please!!!!

Pool is much smaller than in picture. You do not have the freedom to go in and out of the gate on your own, the friendly reception lady needs to open. We showed up 30 minutes earlier and they let us check in, which was nice of them. However, the only clean part was the room at that point in time. Everywhere else was still dirty from the previous stays. Rooms are a bit cold this time of year but cosy

What i didnt like was the fact that when I arrived on my day of booking, they told me that my rooms were taken by someone else and they had to look for another place with available rooms after hours of traveling. This was a bit frustrating because I already payed 50% unrefundable deposit. Their excuse for allowing someone to occupy my rooms was unreasonable honestly, this was a really bad experience
