Es cómo estar en casa. Desde el trato, el lugar tan acogedor, la habitación súper agradable, con cama cómoda, muy limpio y amplio. Por la mañana tienen siempre café y fruta gratis y si quieres puedes pedir por un extra el desayuno que está delicioso. Y si te gustan los gatos, este lugar te va a encantar. Super super recomendado y a 10min del centro caminando.

Estuvimos 4 noches y queríamos quedarnos dos más, pero hay que reservar con tiempo! Si tienen lugar, no lo dudes!

Jero Griya Ubud was easily the best stay of my trip. It offered a beautiful, authentic look into a traditional Balinese family home. The location was superb, close enough to the town center for easy access, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle so it was nice and quiet at night. Ayu was an incredible host, so welcoming, courteous, and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. The breakfasts were delicious, laundry services were cheap and quick, and free bottled water was always available. One of the family members even generously gave me a 20-minute lift when he didn't have to! To top it off, Ayu sent me on my way with a fresh bunch of bananas. Her kindness also extends to the local neighborhood cats, which she feeds and takes care of. Such a wonderful, generous family. I will definitely return one day! Thank you!

The location is great, it’s very quiet at night but also it’s within walkable distance to Ubud centre. Very clean room with a spacious sitting area with tables downstairs. Ayu has got a dozen of very friendly cats living on her property, most of which are rescues.

혼자 묶었던 숙소 였는데 사장님이 너무너무 친절하시구 숙소 컨디션도 넘 좋아요 테라스 뷰도 좋구 정원에 고양이 들도 너무 귀여워여☺️ 그리고 샤워기필터 교체사용 가능하구 관리 잘해주셔수 모기랑 벌레도 없어요! 필터도 3일 하나로 사용했는데 큰 차이 없었어요ㅎㅎ

L'appartamento è in un cortile interno meraviglioso, è spazioso e comodissimo sia per posizione, leggermente fuori dal centro che comunque resta a 10 minuti a piedi, sia per servizi offerti.

주인분이 매우매우 친절하시구 잘 챙겨주세요 조식도 양 진짜 많고 맛있어요! 고양이 12마리가 있는데 엄청 말 많고 애교많고 귀여워요 매일매일 수건이랑 배딩, 청소 새로 해주셔서 좋았어요 특히 망고스틴을 주셨는데 엄청 달고 맛있었어요

도마뱀이 방에 있어서 좀 당황했어요, 무섭다기보단 신경쓰이는.. 천장이 너무 높아서 잡긴 어렵고, 힘없는 모기들이 날아다니는데 그런거 먹는거 같더라구요 ㅋㅋ

Struttura perfetta per un ottimo soggiorno, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dall’Ubud Palace. Abbiamo soggiornato inizialmente nelle stanze al piano inferiore e, successivamente, siamo tornati e abbiamo soggiornato al piano superiore. In entrambi i casi, le camere erano perfette, pulitissime e dotate di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Inoltre ci hanno tenuto i bagagli per 3 giorni senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Lo staff è stato semplicemente eccezionale. La proprietaria, la signora Ayu, è stata davvero gentile e disponibile e ci ha aiutato in ogni momento di bisogno, insieme a suo fratello. Non abbiamo mai trovato uno staff così gentile e disponibile come in questa struttura! Inoltre, offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia a 15.000 rupie al kg. Ci ritornerei sicuramente e consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Ubud. Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto!

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Ubud. Die Gastgebererin in total herzlich und bereitet ein fantastisches Frühstück zu. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Las personas que lo gestionan son maravillosas, intentando ayudar en todo momento. El sitio es muy bonito y lo tienen todo muy cuidado. El desayuno también es estupendo, tienes diferentes opciones para escoger. Si quieres ir a Ubud y sentirte como en casa, este es tu sitio.

호스트가 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 커피와 과일을 아침에 챙겨주십니다. 망고스틴을 먹고 싶다고 했더니 맛있는 망고스틴도 시장에서 사다주셨습니다. 가격 대비 시설이 좋고 가성비가 좋습니다.

위치가 조금 아쉽지만, 관광지로부터 멀리 떨어져 있지 않고 왔다갔다하며 우붓거리를 돌아볼 수 있습니다.

Jero Griya Ubud is in a great location, and the property is so beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean, and the water pressure was great. The staff is very attentive and ensured that I was taken care of throughout my stay. They provided me with complementary coffee and fruit while I waited for my bus, and assisted in carrying my luggage. They have several rescue cats which was an added benefit. Overall, this is the best place I have stayed on my trip so far and I would recommend a visit!

הכל היה מושלם, החדר מרווח וגדול וגם נקי , כל יום אנשי הצוות מנקים אותו ומסדרים אותו ומחליפים למגבות חדשות ונקיות , במקלחת יש גם ראש עם פילטר לסנן את המים שזה ממש נחמד . המיקום נהדר בלב העיר קרוב להכל בהליכה ברגל . החלק הכי טוב שהיה בשהות שלי זה האירוח המדהים של שתי המארחים שמשנייה הראשונה דאגו להכניס אותי ולארח אותי כמו בן משפחה אם זה להציע לי לבוא לשתות ולאכול בבוקר אם זה לתת המלצות לאן ללכת ומה כדאי לעשות ותמיד היו עם חיוך וידיים פתוחות לכל שאלה וכל בקשה . הם גם משכירים אופנוע במחיר ממש טוב ביחס לשאר המקומות באזור ובאותו היום שעזבתי הם אפילו הסכימו לתת לי את האופנוע ללכת לבית קפה לאכול ארוחת בוקר לפני שיצאתי ליעד הבא למרות שכבר החזרתי אותו . בקיצור מקום 10/10 גם החדר עצמו גם הניקיון גם במיקום והרבה יותר מכולם זה השירות והאירוח המדהים של שתי המארחים במקום , מומלץ לכולם וזה המקום הכי טוב שישנתי בו בכל הטיול שלי לאינדונזיה והייתי בהרבה . אחזור רק לשמה כשאני חוזר לאובוד .

La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. La proprietaria è molto accogliente ed è stata disponibile a trovarci il driver per i nostri tour. In camera puoi trovare ottimi consigli su come impiegare il tempo a Ubud e per qualsiasi evenienza è disponibile ad aiutarti. Ed è anche un' ottima cuoca (anche Agus)! Grazie di tutto❤️

Ayu et Bagus sont incroyablement gentils et attentionnés afin que notre séjour soit parfait. L’endroit est au calme et en pleine nature tout en étant à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Ubud. Vivre au sein d’une maison balinaise est une belle expérience que nous vous recommandons. La literie est très bonne. Les chambres ultra propres. Le petit déjeuner ultra frais et délicieux. Nous reviendrons encore et encore dans cet endroit où nous nous sentons comme chez nous.

I was amazed by the beautiful view from my window and the size of the room. I stayed in the Deluxe Apartment, and it was incredibly spacious, with everything I needed for a perfect holiday. There was Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and YouTube, making my stay even more comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the balcony itself was large and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely love to come back again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! 🌿

Perfect place to start my backpacking trip! Large comfortable bed, facilities cleaned everyday, and hot water in the shower. Easy 10 minute walk to Ubud Palace, Art Markets and Kecak fire dance, with lots of great food stops along the way. The breakfast was delicious and generous and everyone was so keen to help me, they will look after you like family :). I will be booking again on my next trip to Ubud!

This is my second visit with staying lovely Balinese Jero griya family in Ubud. I've done solo travel before and now I am with my family. Stayed on the second floor with great comfy bed(the best !) and AC. As I am travelling with teenager the cute cats are the joy of our journey just melting my hectic mind. Ayu taught my son how to cook nasi goreng and He really enjoyed the kind vibe of her family. For me, Bagus taught me how to ride a scooter to feel the true beauty of north side of ubud. (also coco). Tesisin sahibi Ayu bizimle çok ilgilendi. Her zaman güler yüzlüydü aileden biri gibi hissettik. Bize kahvaltılarda harika pankekler yaptı. Her kahvaltımıza farklı meyveler getirdi. Tesis Ubud Sarayına yürüyerek 10 dadika hem merkeze yakın hem de merkezin kalabalığından uzak.

Ayu is so wonderfully warm & welcoming, she really couldn’t do enough for me! My room was very spacious & comfortable. Also in a great location just a short walk away from the main areas & stores. Would definitely stay here again thank you! The breakfast was also very good

Nous avons adoré la quiétude en plein centre de Ubud. Le logement est super bien situé pour la visite des sites du coin. La propriétaire est vraiment adorable et serviable. Elle s occuppe à merveille de son hôtel. Vous pouvez prendre le petit dej, il sera cuisiné minute. Nos enfants ont pu apprendre les offrandes avec elle. Ils ont aussi beaucoup joué avec les chats en nombre dans l hôtel. Elle nous a aussi trouvé des bons plans pour un cours de cuisine, nettoyage des vêtements et chauffeur. Elle est tjs prête à aider. Un plaisir de la rencontrer. Nous recommandons.

공항에 늦게 도착해서 숙소에 02시에 도착했는데도 기다려주시고 세세하게 다 챙겨주셨어요ㅠㅠ 숙소도 깔끔하고 벌레 모기 하나도 없었고, 숙소 인테리어도 완벽한 정글뷰처럼 아주 보기 좋았어요! 한국인 리뷰 많길래 와봤는데 진짜 괜찮았습니다. 샤워기 필터 안 써도 될 정도로 깨끗하고 너무 좋았어요! 여기서 4박 했고 다음에 또 우붓가면 가려구요! 아 맞다 그 옆에 새로 짖고 있는 방있는데 거기를 한국식으로 할거래요ㅋㅋㅋ 나중에 또 들릴테니까 건강하세요! 잘 쉬다 갑니데이 :)

Hébergement très bien situé, a 5 min à pied du centre. Le jardin des magnifique et la personne qui vous accueille est d une gentillesse. Nous adorons les chats donc nous étions comme a la maison..Hébergement propre et assez grand pour 2. Il y a beaucoup de lézards mais cela ne nous a pas déranger..

Le bruit, même si nous sommes en retrait, il y avait tout de même des aboiements de chiens mais comparé a d autres logements que nous avions, c etait correct. Un petit déjeuner serait un plus

J’ai adoré séjourner à cet endroit ! Le gîte est magnifique et typique balinais! L’accueil est vraiment super et chaleureux. Ayu a été aux petits soins tout au long de mon séjour ! Elle tient au confort des gens et que leur passage se déroule au meilleur ! Son petit déjeuner est aussi délicieux ! La chambre est grande et spacieuse ! Rien ne manque et tout l’équipement est fonctionnel! L’endroit est bien situé , près des restaurants , boutiques et du palais . Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y retournerai certainement !

We liked the friendly hosts who were keen to know if we had all we needed and were very responsive to fixing a couple of issues that arose. We enjoyed the close proximity to the rice paddy walks and the busy town centre close enough.

Ayu and her family took such amazing care of us! The rooms, location, facilities and everything about the place were all fantastic - comfortable, close to the centre while also quiet at night, and great value - but what really makes Jero Griya Ubud special is the family who own it and host guests. Ayu was so kind, helpful, warm and welcoming, she made our stay perfect. Suksuma! We hope to come back some day :)

The property is absolutely beautiful: authentic and carefully maintained, with family temples inside that give it a truly unique charm. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — just a 10‑minute walk from the center, along a street lined with many restaurants. The host Ayu truly makes all the difference. She is kind and always ready to help with anything — from taking clothes to the laundry, to booking a restaurant, and even helping to recover a bag lost in a taxi. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to this wonderful person. A stay that combines beauty, comfort, and unforgettable hospitality. I can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic accommodation.

Ayu is an amazing host, she prepared a special celebration for my birthday and I will never forget it. If you want to experience a really local accomodation in Ubud, this is the place!

The room was great with working AC, hot water, and a nice balcony. Special thanks to Aya and the sweet cats for making our stay lovely!

During our stay, there were lizards in our room which made us feel very uncomfortable. We asked the host for assistance in removing them; however, the issue was not resolved at the time. On our first night, there was a lizard in the room. We were provided with insect spray and expected to deal with the situation ourselves. We were advised that an alternative room would not be available until 28 May, despite arriving on 23 May. On the night of 25 May, another larger lizard appeared in the room. We requested to move rooms immediately, but were again advised that no alternative room was available until 28 May. We asked the host whether there was any nearby accommodation available for the night, as we were very uncomfortable remaining in the room, and were advised that nothing was available. However, we were later able to secure alternative accommodation ourselves that night at our own expense. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room and had to arrange alternative accommodation at our own expense. Throughout the situation, we felt there was very little practical support available to help us manage what was an anxious and stressful experience. We repeatedly raised our concerns and explained that we were uncomfortable remaining in the room, but no immediate solution was provided, leaving us to make alternative arrangements ourselves. A replacement room was offered several days later, but by that stage we felt the solution came too late given the impact on the first part of our stay and we had already moved elsewhere. We requested a refund for the unused nights, particularly the three nights before the room change was available, as we were unable to stay comfortably in the room we had booked and had to pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. The request was declined, with the host repeatedly referring to the non-refundable booking policy, even though the issues that led us to leave the property happened during our stay.

The owners were very warm, friendly and helpful. They can arranged for Mt Batur trek as well as other activities too. Property is really beautiful and rooms are very clean and spacious. And Ayu is the sweetest person ever :)

La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir caminando a la calle principal de Ubud, está a 6 minutos aprox caminando del palacio real. Ayu es muy atenta, nos proporcionó moto, lavandería, coquitos de bienvenida y un detalle por nuestro aniversario. Limpiaban la habitación cada día y cambiaban toallas. Un 10 de 10. The stay and the host Ayu was so lovely. It’s a 10-15 min walk down to the main downtown Ubud area, lots of food and shops around. Ayu was so warm and welcoming and I looked forward to seeing her smile and saying “welcome home!” every time I walked in the door. Also as a young female solo traveler, I felt super safe here and would come back in a heartbeat! The room was also clean and quiet with gorgeous views. Thank you!!

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr familiär, man konnte über alles offen reden und einem wurde stets geholfen bzw. den Aufenthalt schöner gemacht. Besonders lieb (und für uns nicht selbstverständlich) war dass uns eine schönere Lage im Obergeschoss angeboten wurde und all unsere Koffer hochgebracht wurden. Natürlich auch die leckere frische Fruchtplatte die einem beim Nachfragen sofort gemacht wurde. Oder dass man mit uns bis zum Schluss gewartet hat bis unser Fahrer kam. Man merkt dass das Wohlbefinden der Gäste an erster Stelle ist. Außerdem kann man vieles gut zu Fuß erreichen! + keine Mücken oder Geräusche von Geckos nachts :) ++ tägliche Reinigung inklusive +++ Tolle Hausbeschützer 🐈

처음엔 3박만 예약했는데 추가로 더 머무르다 갑니다 우붓 중앙 도로와 멀어서 조용하고 도로 가에 바로 숙소를 찾을 수 있었어요! 무엇보다 Bagus & ayu 두분께서 우붓에서 편안하게 여행 다닐 수 있도록 진심으로 도움 주시려고 하는 마음에 정말 고마웠습니다 그리고 발코니에서 조식 먹을 때 고양이들이 같이 밥친구해줘서 좋았어요 체크아웃할때는 계단까지 마중도 나와줬어여ㅠㅠㅠ😊🥰🥰

I had a lovely stay here. Aya and Bagus and the team are wonderful —always helpful, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The accommodation itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. It’s just a short walk in to Ubud, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway. I was there for Nyepi, which made the calm atmosphere even more special. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. A warm, relaxing, and memorable experience.

3박을 머물렀는데 물이 일단 깨끗하고 테라스뷰가 초록초록해서 너무 좋아요. 그리고 사장님이 엄청 친절하시고 응대가 빨랐어요. 에어컨이 갑자기 안나오는 사고가 있었는데 사장님이 바로 방을 바꿔주셨습니다. 저는 고급 호텔보다는 현지 분위기를 물씬 느낄 수 있는 숙소를 선호하는데 그런 점을 만족시켜주는 곳이었어요. 고양이가 많아서 귀엽고 조식먹을 때 듣는 새소리가 참 좋았어요. 오토바이 소음도 잘 안들려요. 아 그리고 운좋게 코코넛을 누가 따주셨다고 해서 신선한 코코넛을 맛볼수 있었는데 빨대로 다 먹고 칼로 반 잘라주셔서 안에 과육도 먹었는데 정말 좋은 경험이었어요. 우붓의 매력을 잘 느끼고 갑니다.

아직 공사 진행 중인점은 좀 아쉬워요. 낮에는 약간의 소음이 있었습니다(거의 밖에 나가있었지만) 화장실은 약간 낡은 느낌이긴 했는데 괜찮았어요.

Good location and convenient for everything. The owner is very kind and goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. She also woke up early to help us make breakfast, which was delicious.

Ayu was a most gracious and helpful host and her cats are all kinds of lovely :) She was very prompt to help me and guide me whenever I asked. Very hospitabe and kind. The room itself is big and and balcony has a beautiful view and vibe. I loved the location because the central market area and local rice fields were always just a short walk away. :)

This may or may not be an issue at all but there were some sparing cracks visible on a few walls and for a little while I was worried about the structural integrity because there is a lot of construction going on around (to expand the property I assume).

We loved our stay here in Ubud! The owner is super lovely and really makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The breakfast is AMAZING - we had the biggest fruit platter (each) every morning with fresh watermelon, papaya, dragonfruit and banana plus massive (and deliciously fluffy) banana pancakes served with honey (they also have other options like omelette and Indonesian dishes). Everything is prepared in the open air dining/kitchen area and if you choose to have your breakfast down there (you can also have it on your balcony or terrace) you’ll chat with the owner while she cooks more or less in front of you or you can pet one of her many cats. She has about 14 that she’s rescued (it’s like a cute little cat sanctuary as well as her family home - while we were there, there were even two kittens which were very sweet). The location is pretty central, only a 10-minute walk down one street to the main road where the palace and shops/restaurants are. The owner also makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble and like she’s always happy to see you and greets you with a “welcome home!” every time you come back from whatever you’ve been doing that day. The room is well air-conditioned and the balcony was nice to relax on with nice views of jungle and traditional houses.

Ayu, 너무 친절하고 좋은 서비스를 제공해주섰습니다. 숙소는 귀여운 고양이들이 가득하고 정글 같은 분위기의 멋진 뷰를 갖고 있어요. 매일 맛있는 조식을 먹을 수 있고 언제든 요청하면 맥주를 방까지 가져다주십니다.

지금 공사 중으로 소음이 약간 있으나, 여행객이라면 크게 영향을 받지는 않을 것 같습니다.

Quiet location and walking distance to Ubud Palace (10 to 15 minutes). Clean room , has got fridge, water boiling kettle. Genuine, friendly, very good English communication owners. Delicious Nasi goreng for breakfast. Drink coconuts fresh from their lovely garden with a little pay.

Ayu's home was our 1st in Bali and it couldn't have started in a better way....best bed we have ever slept in:)...it felt like home....she made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. We used Gusti as our driver and he was absolutely amazing....we saw many waterfalls, went to the monkey park and a traditional village and Mount Batur sunrise trek....totally worth the very very early pick up timw of 2am.....And Gusti was our driver for most of the rest of our trip. Ubud is a city, lots of restaurants to choose from and lots of options for massages.

Wij hebben 3 nachten in deze prachtige homestay mogen overnachten. Wat een heerlijke locatie, dichtbij het centrum met een lieve host. Ze denkt goed mee en helpt waar nodig met het regelen van activiteiten. De kamer is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker aanraden bij vrienden!

What a gem of a Balinese boutique hotel! It’s quiet, clean, and has so much to offer. Tucked away from the busiest streets, there’s no noise at all—yet the location is fantastic and easy to get around from. Next door, there’s a great coffee shop, along with a herd of lovely cats. The Balinese garden is beautiful, and the whole place has a wonderful vibe. The owner, Ayu, is such a lovely woman—super nice and easy to communicate with. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I also forgot something in my room, and Ayu’s brother traveled for hours just to bring it to the airport for me. I can’t thank them enough for that.

Favourite place we have stayed in Bali! Lovely staff and incredible location. We felt very welcome the entire time. We did not want to leave. They also have cats they have rescued which were very sweet and friendly.

The room is in a lovely traditional house. The owners lives there an they take care of the temple and all the facilities

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The highlight though was the very friendly service from the staff and the many cats throughout the villa!

Experiencing the tranquil, like a house atmosphere of Ubud, along with the host's hospitality and a clean,comfortable,modern space,makes for an unforgettable trip.

It takes about 12 minutes to walk from the Ubud place,but it is not that far, and is easily accessible via rice fields walking paths,so you can easily travel to other parts of Ubud using Grab and others.

We had an exceptional stay at Jero Griya Ubud and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, Ayu and her family made us feel completely at home — the kind of genuine hospitality that’s hard to find and makes all the difference. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area but still close enough to walk into central Ubud. You get the best of both worlds — calm mornings with greenery and easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely Balinese feel. Everything worked well, especially the air conditioning (important in Bali!), and the whole property has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and they happily accommodated requests. The hosts also helped organise transport and local tips, which made our stay effortless.

The owner is very attentive and incredibly warm, making mfeel welcome. She even help arranging my ride and tour. And she served good breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits. I will definitely choose the same proprty if I'm back to Ubud.

The bathroom could do with some more additions like towel hangers, shower panels and soap dispensers.
