Very clean and modern, lovely pool, in a good area that is close to but just off the main central busy street. Family were lovely and the breakfast was good also. Would stay again.

Superbe établissement sur tous les points : Emplacement idéal pour rayonner au centre d’Ubud à pied. Au vu des embouteillage, c’est appréciable de pourvoir limiter les trajets en voiture. La chambre est nickel. Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner, servi en chambre, est exceptionnel. Un grand merci aux propriétaire pour s’être adapté et nous avoir servi le petit déjeuner plus tôt que prévu.

La chambre propre et spacieuse, literie au top. Rien redire. Le personnel est au petit soins. Service de nettoyage extra. Et petit déjeuner +++. Niveau emplacement j'ai adoré. Pas dans le centre même, , pas de brut. Un début de vacances extra.

Juste dommage que l établissement etait en "travaux" pour faire de nouvelles chambres et donc pas possible de profitez un peu de la piscine

Ils nous ont réservé un taxi pour le lendemain à la dernière minute, et à un prix correct (le meme qu’on aurait payé sur Grab). Le logement était bien entretenu, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, et la piscine était très belle (les serviettes pour la piscine sont fournies).

Le petit déjeuner à emporter. Sachant qu’il y a plein de personnes qui partent assez tot (nous sommes partis en même temps qu’un autre groupe), ils pourraient faire un peu plus d’efforts sur la boite qu’ils offrent quand on part plus tot. Les options de plats sont soit 2 oeufs durs, soit du pain de la veille avec un peu de confiture (vraiment pas bon, nous n’avons pas pu manger ça). Nous avons quand meme apprécié qu’ils nous ont donné les jus de fruits le soir (meme si au départ cette option nous n’avait pas été présentée).

Great property loved it!

The location was perfect. Very central in Ubud. Up a quiet little street and the apartment was away from the road which meant the place was so quiet and peaceful. The owners/family were so kind and helpful. The villa & pool was so beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be returning here if we come back to Ubud again.

The bed was a small bit hard. But honestly, still very comfy.

Heel centrale ligging in een zijstraat van de hoofdweg in Ubud. In het drukke Ubud is deze guesthouse een oase van rust. Een mooie locatie, heel proper en zeer goeie bedden. Super vriendelijke uitbaters en personeel. Een aanrader!

Alles was perfect! De locatie was super, je stond in 5 minuten lopen in het centrum van Ubud maar toch had je geen last van de drukte. De kamer was heel ruim, de badkamer was modern, het bed was groot en lag goed! Maar het beste vonden wij de gastvrijheid en de service van de eigenaar. Wanneer je terug komt wordt je altijd vriendelijk ontvangen en elke ochtend maakte zij zelf vers het ontbijt, wat erg lekker was, en zij deden enorm hun best om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken! Zelfs toen wij erg vroeg weg moesten was ze speciaal eerder op gestaan om nog ontbijt voor ons te kunnen maken! Echt een aanraden om te verblijven in Ubud!

Posizione centrale se si vuole visitare Ubud. La struttura è curata nei dettagli e la colazione che offrono è gustosa. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, compreso il telo per la piscina se ne si vuole usufruire

Alle 7 di sera volevo lasciare le chiave alla reception ma non c’era nessuno nei paraggi.

Heel fijn rustig hotel met ruime, schone kamer en een balkon. Het verblijf was precies zoals op de foto’s en de locatie is top. Keuze uit meerdere lekkere opties voor ontbijt dat ‘s ochtends op je balkon wordt geserveerd. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en super behulpzaam. Ik zou dit verblijf opnieuw boeken!

Absolutely everything! It made for a dream holiday with perfect accommodation and hosts the best you will ever find. Great location with a few excellent warungs just outside the front gate. Only a two minute walk to ubud CBD. The recently added wing of 4 rooms fist class.

Funcionários super simpáticos, ajudaram em tudo o que necessitamos. Excelente relação qualidade preço. O hotel fica muito bem localizado mesmo no centro de Ubud. Da para conhecer os pontos principais do centro de Ubud a pé.

This is a family run business and we fell in love with the family immediately. The rooms were newly furnished and care was taken to provide the beat experience possible. The location was perfect. You could walk to everything in central ubud. That was one of the beat selling points.

The location is right in the middle of Ubud main strip. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast on your balcony was delicious. The rooms are so clean and lovely and modern. The pool is gorgeous and gets the sun at least early morning. Cute little place over the way for a lovely meal on the bbq and a mini mart practically next door.

3年連続で宿泊しています。今回は日程が変更になってしまい、5泊しか予約が取れませんでした。1階に2部屋、2階に2部屋の4部屋しかなく、人気すぎて予約が取り辛いゲストハウスでした。それがプールを挟んで向かいに、もう1棟(4部屋)が新しく建っていました。前より予約が取りやすくなるのではないかと期待しています。 目の前にはコンビニ、両替所、レストランがあり、並びにもカフェ、レストラン、バー、ワルン、ランドリー店があり、本当に便利です。 それなのに、部屋の位置は、とても静かです。 朝食はメニューも豊富で、どれも美味しくて、時間通りに用意して頂けます。 オーナーさん家族やスタッフの方が、とても親切で気さくに声を掛けて貰えて、家族のように接して下さるので、また戻って来たくなる場所です。

強いて言えば、もう1棟新しく建ってしまったことで、素敵な広いお庭がなくなってしまったこと。とはいえ綺麗なプールと手入れの行き届いた植物の眺めはステキです。

Bed was a little hard

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Goede locatie in het drukke Ubud centrum, het zit in een zijstraatje wat rustig is in de avond. Hele aardige familie, wij zijn zeer warm welkom ontvangen. wij mochten in de vroege ochtend wk voetbal bij hun kijken voor het inchecken en konden ook gelijk ontbijt bestellen. De kamer is groot en ziet er echt heel mooi en schoon uit, word elke dag schoongemaakt, zwembad handoeken incl. Zwembad is fijn en in de ochtend/middag schijnt de zon erop. Pancakes en de smoothiebowl als ontbijt zijn erg lekker. Ontbijt kan je bestellen tussen 07:30 en 10:30. Wij gingen 2x 7:00 de deur al uit. De eigenaresse had toen zelf 2 ontbijt pakketjes voor ons gemaakt en afgeleverd, erg lief! De jongens in dienst helpen met je koffers en als er wat is zijn ze altijd bereid om je snel te helpen. Aan de overkant zit er een supermarkt. Goede prijs en kwaliteit verhouding! Ik zal de guesthouse zeker aanbevelen.

-Geen muggennet om het bed, die hadden wij zelf meegenomen. -ontbijt is fijn en lekker maar karig. Je krijgt bijv. 2 kleine sneetjes droog goedkope brood met een mini kuipje jam. Wat lekkerdere/luxere brood zou fijner zijn. Als je grote eter bent heb je zeker niet genoeg -Ze hebben uitgebereid met 4 kamers , er zijn 4 lig bedden bij het zwembad, we hebben hun aangeraden om bijv. Zitzakken neer te zetten zodat iedereen plek heeft en dit niet zoveel plek in beslag neemt

Le logement est neuf, toute est très propre,les personnels sont très gentils, le ménage se fait chaque jour, il est prêt de toute commodités, tout est correct, merci pour tous.

The property is in a family backyard, so it brings character. Yet, the rooms are clean, comfy and quite lovely. I had a super stay. Walking distance from the market and a great burger place right outside the gate. Breakfast is yummy too! Highly recommend.

Ground floor room does have some bugs as there is a lot of greenery on the property. I am a little scared, but this is natural in Bali climate, so if it does not bother you, then you are good to go!

This was one of my favorite stays in all of Indonesia! The location is really central and walkable, while also being off the main street some so that it's quiet. Still accessible by a car if needed for luggage. The staff are SO friendly. I wasn't feeling well, and they continued to check on me to make sure I was okay. The kindness was amazing, especially when you're alone not feeling well. The room is so incredibly nice and comfortable. The free breakfast that comes straight to your balcony is absolutely amazing.

お部屋は広々としていて清潔で静か、朝ご飯が美味しい！オーナーのご家族もスタッフさん達もとても親切でWhatsApp で即対応してくださいます。面しているJl SANDAT は少し細い道なのですが、このお宿には広々とした駐車場があるため、ツアーやお迎えの車が待機できるのが良いです。ウブドのお宿って、車が入れない所が多い中、すぐそばで乗り込めるのはポイント高し😊新に4部屋増設されるそうなのですが、やはり予約を取るのは難しそう。宿泊中に、来年の予約を取りました♪

Wir kamen erst spät in der Nacht an und wurden trotzdem so freundlich empfangen.Das Frühstück wird auf der Terasse serviert mit Blick auf den Pool.Eine kleine Oase mitten in Ubud.

The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they even got up at 0430 to collect our delayed baggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Locatie is top! Om de hoek van het centrum. Nieuw complex, mooie kamers.

Beetje gehorig maar de plek is vrij rustig dus niet heel veel last van. Je hoort het wel heel duidelijk als de buren op het balkon zitten te eten bijvoorbeeld of als het personeel beneden aan het vegen is.

Amazing place to stay in Ubud! Great location and great rooms. So clean, comfy bed and an amazing hot shower. Breakfast every morning at our room was brilliant also. So yummy! The staff were excellent, and friendly also, helping us organise our trip to Mount Batur. Would 100% return next time we’re in Ubud!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is close to the center. The wifi was fast. The pool was clean and a nice temperature.

They are currently building four new rooms so there was construction noise the entire time that we were there. It made it hard to relax in the room or by the pool. There should be a partition like roller shades on the balcony/terrace to provide privacy from your neighbors when you're sitting outside. The towels looked old and dingy. It's probably time to replace them.
