This place is NOT a BB (Bed & Breakfast) with garage as Baan Siam advertises in booking.com. This is a FAMILY HOUSE. You are told to check in at 16:00 (which is late) but they only opened the door at 18:00 (so we waited outside on the street). As we walk up to our room inside this house (is not the photo in booking.com, it is a normal terrace house in the middle of a street), the family bathroom/toilet is starting to be cleaned...... Further to this, I am notified the previous day that the garage is no loner available as the previous customer damaged it LAST WEEK. so why only tell me the previous day? I only booked here as it had a garage. Now I am stack with my car with nowhere to go..... The room is so hot and no windows, there is a door to the balcony and the curtains do not cover the whole glass door, therefore no PRIVACY and to top this up you cannot LOCK the bedroom. My wife did not sleep because of this and we just feel we were tricked with the advert. Can anyone make sense of the WIFI password by the way??? Finally, I have been to Belgium before, never I have been asked to leave cash for "Bedroom tax".

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Très bon séjour grâce à l'emplacement, à seulement 10 minutes du centre de Bruges à pied, idéal pour visiter sans les contraintes de stationnement. La propriétaire a été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de louer un garage pour 10€ la nuit, un vrai plus pour se garer en toute tranquillité.
Le principal bémol pour ce niveau de prix est d'avoir une salle de bain partagée. Autre point à améliorer : la chambre, orientée sud, souffrait d'une isolation thermique insuffisante et restait chaude même la nuit alors que les températures extérieures avaient bien baissé. Un ventilateur était à disposition mais nettement insuffisant pour rafraîchir la pièce.

Bij aankomst om 17 uur (Inchecken vanaf 16.00) niemand aanwezig. Telefoon wordt herhaald niet opgenomen. Pas na installatie booking app via klantenservice om 17.30 binnen gelaten. Heeft een gemeenschappelijke badkamer met het enige toilet, was ons en onze directe buren niet duidelijk. Koffievoorziening bestond uit 1 pad voor Senseo apparaat. Ontbijt niet mogelijk (B&B ?), er waren alleen een paar oude koekjes . Toen wij er waren was de poort naar het centrum afgesloten wegens wegwerkzaamheden, daardoor was de weg voor de B&B erg rustig. Mogelijk is dat niet meer als de poort weer open gaat. Wij komen niet meer terug.

Tuvalet ve banyo diğer odalarla ortaktı ancak temizdi. Ortak kullanım olanı olduğu rezervasyon yaparken ya ben farketmedim ya da yazmıyordu emin değilim. Ancak farkında olsaydım tercih etmezdim bu da size kalmış bir seçim.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Lokal w cichej okolicy, pokoje - ten od strony ulicy jak i od strony ogrodu - można spać przy uchylonych oknach, cisza i spokój. Wygodne łózka. Mankamentem w pokojach jest brak stolika - jeśli pada lub mocno wieje, śniadanie na balkonie lub tarasie jest utrudnione;). W pokojach jasno, TV i wi-fi działają bez problemu. My byliśmy 4 noce i naprawdę jesteśmy zadowoleni. Do centrum Starówki - 20 minut spokojnym marszem, podobnie do stacji kolejowej. W pobliżu piekarnia, carrefour. Zwracam uwagę na to, że pokoje są na piętrze, schody - brak windy, więc dla osób z problemami natury ortopedycznej może to stanowić kłopot. Dla nas nie. Na wyposażeniu czajnik i ekspres do kawy na "poduszeczki" (nie kapsułki). Na dzień dobry w koszyczku zestaw kaw i herbat. Lodówka bardzo wydajna: wstawiasz piwo i za 20 minut oszronione. Łazienka bardzo czysta, przestronna, ciśnienie wody super, gorąca leci od razu, nie trzeba czekać nie wiem ile.

La foto principal del anuncio corresponde a la plaza de Brugge lo que puede inducir al error al pensar que allí estaría el alojamiento o que sería un hotel, cuando es un cuarto de habitación en una casa y está a 15 min del centro y/o plaza. Lo cual resultó en expectativa vs realidad.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Buen alojamiento, nos guardaron las maletas antes del check in sin embargo no nos quisieron prestar el baño (baños compartidos). Está ubicado a unos 30 minutos del centro caminando, en el sector están haciendo arreglos lo que puede ser un poco incómodo para algunas personas.

Les touristes prennent une chambre avec baignoire, c'est aussi pour avoir la chance de prendre un bain. Et se relaxer après une bonne journée de marche. Et en retirant le bouchon de la baignoire, c'est compliqué de la remplir. Sinon, le séjour était agréable malgré le temps et le personnel très gentil et accueillant

The cover photo advertised is misleading to what you actually get in reality. The shared bathroom was not cleaned, nor the bedroom for the 2 nights there, no extra coffee water or tea supplied. Door locks and TV were difficult to master. The back of the TV was covered in dust, balls of wire behind the fridge that I had to pull out to plug in the kettle. No places to put your things in the room, no bed side stand for a cup or personal things, only the top of the fridge which was already crowded with coffee machine and kettle etc. these are my observations and the owners can make the improvements if they wish 😁

We had to share the bathroom and toilet with another room and we did not expect that because it was not clear to us from the description when we booked it. Also, bedsheets had stains and some holes.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Locatie was relatief dichtbij het centrum. Kamer was schoon en ruim. Host was zeer vriendelijk. We mochten voor de inchecktijd onze auto al parkeren. Let wel een grote auto wordt krap in de garagebox die de host als parkeerplaats verhuurd.
Geen ontbijt. Het was ons niet duidelijk dat de badkamer gedeeld diende te worden met de andere kamer. De verhuurders wonen zelf ook in het gebouw, dit staat niet vermeld in de advertentie. Kamer is tussendoor niet schoongemaakt en we hebben geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen.

Harde bedden. Wij hadden gevraagd om een uur eerder in te kunnen checken. Dit was goedgekeurd maar er werd niet bij verteld dat de eigenaar dan zelf niet aanwezig zou zijn. We werden ontvangen door zijn zoontje van ongeveer 10 jaar oud. Eigenaar zelf niet gesproken tijdens ons verblijf. Het is een B&B maar alleen een bed zonder breakfast en een gedeelde badkamer. Wij wisten dit van te voren maar vonden het achteraf toch niet prettig.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025Çalışanlar çok ilgili, güler yüzlü, sorularıma yardımcı oldular, kendimi çok rahat ve güvende hissettirdiler :) Oda büyüklüğü yeterli, çay su kahve gibi ikramlar bırakmışlar, banyo tuvalet ortak kullanımdı ama çok temizdi, gürültü yoktu, ben çok memnun kaldım, merkez tren istasyonundan 60 numaralı otobüs ile ulaştım. Teşekkür ediyorum :)

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Everything was very nice and pleasant the host was very very friendly and helpful in every way possible, we struggled with opening the door every time and he made sure to open the door for us even during late hours. No complains at all, we’ve never staying in a b&b and was a little worried about the shared bathroom but we didn’t bump into anyone during our stay and everything was okay. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed, a fridge, toiletries. And snacks at low cost. Brilliant

It was not clear on booking .com that it was a shared bathroom , it did not cause us any problems as only shared with one other room and just put side room door , however was conscious not to disturb the other guests when using the toilet during the night

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025The location was good as I enjoy walking. Only 15 minutes to town square. The large balcony off of the room was a bonus.
I saw the host very briefly when I arrived. Never saw or heard from him again in my 3 day stay. My room was not entered the entire time. I had to ask for coffee pouches after day 1. The shared bathroom was never cleaned or had the damp, used towels removed. I had to rinse tub before I showered. Most importantly (and the host knows this from previous reviews) the front door is tricky to open and the locks on the room doors are old skeleton key types that clunk loudly and noisily. The room doors need to be replaced or adjusted as you can hear every creak on the stairs, every cough and every muffled conversation.

I got locked out due to finicky lock and their young son came out and showed me the secret (pull when you unlock haha) but that's okay, it happens! I loved the private patio to enjoy the sunset with a drink and the remote control shutters for a comfortable sleep. Bathroom was nice and clean although shared. Will be back no doubt!

По моему мнению можно было бы улучшить замки в дверях, так как надо иметь определённую сноровку чтобы их открыть
