There was a bit of a problem with the airconditioner on our second day but as we were leaving the next day, we didn't ask to be transferred to another room.

Everything was very comfortable—the room was great, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning and hot water, which made our stay even better. The location is also very convenient, right next to a 7-Eleven and close to public transportation, which we really valued. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and kind—she even assisted us in arranging a tuk-tuk to get to our bus station. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026I love that the property is accessible to the commute routes and public transportation in Kalibo. I also like that the staff are accommodating and the food is great. The facilities are also great. I also love that it has parking, and right just beside a 7/11 store.
I didn’t like the water really much because the first few flows were dirty. We really had to wash out first the gunk before we can use the clean water.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2025Was travelling with my family of 7. Got in very late at airport and it was quick ride ( under 5 minutes) by tricycle to room. Check in super friendly and fast. Gave us 2 rooms next to each other on ground floor. Comfortable And scenic courtyard to relax in and 7/11 right in front of pension was great for snacks. Also a good local bakery right next door to 7/11. And only 1 block from Aklan park less than half mile to ceres bus depot to get to Boracay port. Definitely comming back here. Fabulous value and location. Very safe

Reviewed Jul 17, 2024Near convenience stores and groceries. It is also value for money. Transportation is also accessible in the area. They also offer affordable breakfast. Free hot and cold water is also offered for free.
There are many mosquitos in the area which oftentimes go in the room when we open the door. This maybe due to the location of our rooms which is in the farside of the property. There were also cockroaches in the toilet of our room.
