Wir waren auf der Autofahrt von Manila nach Legazpi und haben eine Nacht dort verbracht. Dafür war es ok.

Die Dusche war etwas ungewöhnlich. Im Schlafzimmer war nur ein Bett und eine Matratze. Die Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut.

Layout of room and staff was excellent.

Shower had little water pressure.

The place is clean, the attendant is very accommodating and helpful.

It's like a full serviced apartment hotel; Even comes with a breakfast. -Located near a convenience stores, a mart, accessible location for food delivery apps -Place is clean and well maintained -Spacious even for 4 persons -Wifi speed was decent - There's just one aircon for the big unit but surprisingly the space was still cold enough even on a summer day -Kind staff

The place is accessible and with nearby stores and hospital. The place has a parking spot which is very convenient if travelling with a car. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The place is spacious and super clean. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. The free breakfast is delicious! I would highly recommend this and i would likely stay at this place again if returning to Quezon Province.

Bed mattress is a little hard. The AC is not cooling the full room properly, although there are 2 ceiling fans that supports it.

I like Nanay who making us food she is very nice and kind.

The other woman is very rude, she is shouting on us and angry to us because of the aircon, the aircon keep turning off all the time we are there, I'm from Denmark and aircon is very important to me, but the aircon where we stay keep turning off every one hour, and the other woman seems it is our fault why aircon is like that, which is not very rude lady.

Check-in and check-out were easy; breakfast was delicious (I was able to custom-order some perfect sunny-side-up eggs); breakfast was served in my room at a beautifully set dining table; the “room” is really four sections - dining area up front, living area, bedroom, and kitchen/bath (note that I didn’t use the kitchen, so I can’t comment on how well-equipped it is); bed was comfortable; I liked the location for proximity to restaurants, convenience stores, etc., all within walking distance

The building is close to a busy street, so road noise is incessant (although it’s quieter in the bedroom, and traffic does settle down at night). It took awhile to figure out how to run the shower. I suggest that the host shows guests how to use the shower.

Very beautiful, large room. In the entrance area, there's a large sofa corner. Right next to it is the dining table. The bedroom is separated but is not a separate room. Everything that happens in the living area (TV!) is clearly audible in the sleeping area. There is only a visual barrier. Next to it, there is a kitchen and a small bathroom, both functionally designed. The staff is extremely nice and friendly!

The main road can also be heard quite loudly at night. You can't really complain about a breakfast for 3 USD for 3 people. But you should get your breakfast elsewhere: rice with garlic and onions, sweetened ham, and sweetened sausages.

Super clean, everything you'll need to be able to rest and recover. The caretaker is very kind and helpful. Thank you po! This is now our official pit spot everytime we will travel to Quezon again.

The room was clean. Indoor slippers are provided. Beds are comfortable. Towels are provided. no toothbrush and toothpaste. Shampoo and Bath Liquid Soap are also provided. Breakfast was superb. Tocino, egg, and sinangag with 3-in-1 coffee.

During our stay, shampoo container was empty.

Commendable customer service, they adjusted the breakfast time at our convenience and responded to queries promptly. The place was very clean and spacious. Location is apt if you're planning to go around Lucena and Lucban area.

I would love to take a hot shower but the water pressure was pretty weak :(

Very warm and hospitable receptionist. Parking is good. Near to market and groceries.

Breakfast was warm and taste good. The place is clean and well kept. There is water heater, refrigerator and microwave. Utensils and a small cooking area is available. The ceiling fans helped to cool down the entire place.

Breakfast was delivered a few minutes late than the set time of 7:30am which consisted of 1 sunnyside up egg, 2 pieces of thinly sliced 2" diameter meatloaf, few pieces of beef tapa and small cup of fried rice with 1 sachet of 3-in-one coffee per person. We must have felt hungry than usual so bought more coffee and dessert. thereafter. The bedroom wall is open at the top such that you would hear everything happening in the living area with the TV, the conversation in the dining room, the flashing of the bathroom & any noise from tiny kitchen. The bedroom door had squeaking sound every time it opens or closes. Location is in the main road so you will hear trucks and noisy motorcycles from the street as they passed by.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The place was a 15 minute drive to the exam site. We appreciate the effort given by Jeselle in providing breakfast as early as 3 am. My daughter's PRC board exam had a call time at 5:30 AM. So it was really a big help to have a heavy breakfast complete with fruits available that early. I don't think any hotel can do that.
