Le camere sono grandi, dotate di tutto ciò che serve, pulite e comode. Molte di esse sono dotate di mini-balconcino. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutati in ogni modo possibile. Grazie!
Per chi è dotato di bagagli di grandi dimensioni o di peso "importante", le camere ai piani più alti sono raggiungibili esclusivamente con la scalinata interna, niente ascensore.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Fui con mi amiga. Habitación sencilla, bien para lo que queriamos (lavabo y dormir). Lavabo y habitación limpio. Personal de recepción y limpieza amables. Otra cosa buena, el metro al lado y te deja en el aeropuerto.
No nos gustó que se sentia el metro y se oían las habotaciones de al lado. Lo bueno es que estabamos en el último piso y la ventana daba a un muro, así que nos libramos bastante. Otra cosa que se podria mejorar eran las almohadas, te dejaban el cuello un poco dolorido.

Small rooms Overrated on Booking , induced us in error when booked.. High and disturbing noice all the time , day and night. From outside traffic, cars and trams and inside neighbors . It served our purposes so can’t complain. Just to note there are quite a lot of stairs we were on the second floor so if you have mobility issues maybe check where your room is situated.

Has a nice cafeteria by the Metro station. 2 min to walk from the hotel. Hotel is clean, our room had plenty of sunlight. Hotel has a great reception. Senior Jose is amazing. He made us feel like at home. He was so friendly, kind , and attentive.

Situato in una zona multietnica, ricca di ristoranti soprattutto di cucina orientale, è servita dalla metro linea verde, l’albergo è quasi a metà strada tra la fermata Arroios e Anjos. La linea verde ti porta direttamente alla stazione ferroviaria di Cais do Sondrè, comodissima per una gita giornaliera a Belem e/o a Cascais.
L’albergo è su una strada principale con sotto la linea della metropolitana, un po’ si sentiva il traffico e passare la metro, soprattutto al mattino presto, noi soggiornavamo in 2º piano.

La mancanze di servizi igienici come lo shampo o il sapone per le mani, a parte la saponetta, la mancanza di ciabatte e di un frigo. Il rumore esterno si sentiva ma non era così fastidioso ( principalmente si sentivano le sirene)

Lo staff della reception è gentilissimo e offre anche la disponibilità di deposito bagagli dopo il check-out. Perfetto per chi vuole vivere pienamente Lisbona e utilizza la camera per dormire e per lavarsi. Non mi pare sia presente l'opzione della colazione. Consigliato per il rapporto prezzo-qualità.

El hotel también esta muy bien y el hecho de tener una estación de metro a una calle te permite disfrutar de toda la ciudad còmodamente llegando al centro en pocos minutos. Volviendo a la zona, ahora hay muchos más servicios que hace 10 años lo que te permite cenar cerca del hotel o desayunar en un café por la mañana. Relación calidad precio excepcional

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is another big advantage. The nearest metro station is only a 2-3 minute walk away, making it very easy to reach the city center in just a few minutes. If you enjoy walking, the center is also accessible in around 25–30 minutes. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly hotel with kind staff, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon, whether for business or leisure.

Il vero punto di forza è il personale, davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, con reception aperta 24 ore su 24. La struttura è molto pulita e le camere vengono sistemate ogni giorno. La fermata della metropolitana è vicinissima e permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. In zona ci sono anche negozi, bar e supermercati
Le camere non sono molto insonorizzate e ogni tanto si sente passare la metropolitana, ma non è nulla di particolarmente fastidioso

Nonostante fosse su una strada principale, ben insonorizzato. Si trova nel quartiere multietnico della città con molti ristoranti etnici. Vi è un burger king molto vicino. Quartiere sicuro. Personale molto gentile.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Zimmer ging nach hinten hinaus, daher kein Lärm von der Hauptstraße auch nachts bei offenem Fenster (statt Klimaanlage). Einzelzimmer für Einzelperson mit breitem Bett (130 cm), Bad völlig in Ordnung, Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zimmergröße für eine Person gut. Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, zur Metro 3 min zu Fuß, Bars und gutes portugiesisches Restaurant direkt um die Ecke, kleiner Supermarkt auch, größerer ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Mit der Metro 3 Stationen zum Rossio Platz im Zentrum der Altstadt, mit einmal umsteigen ca. 20 min direkt zum Flughafen. Ein Aussichtspunkt für einen Sonnenuntergang zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar.
Hat leider keinen Aufzug, also nicht zu viel Gepäck mitnehmen : ) Ansonsten nichts Negatives aufgefallen.

Não tem elevador, para a recepção tens que subir escadas, já nao é opção para cadeirantes.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Situé à proximité des transports (métro et bus) et du centre, il y a plusieurs commerces et restaurants aux alentours, ce qui est très pratique. Une personne à l’accueil est présente 24/7. Il y a un distributeur de snacks et de boissons à l’entrée. La climatisation est fonctionnelle. Les volets sont très occultants. Le personnel est souriant. Il y a des poubelles à chaque étage.
Beaucoup d’escaliers et pas d’ascenseur, pas pratique avec les valises ou après une longue journée de marche. Il y avait des cheveux un peu partout par terre et sur le lit à notre arrivée, et l’aspirateur n’a probablement pas été passé lors du passage du personnel d’entretien car les cheveux au sol étaient encore là. Les matelas et les coussins étaient durs. La chambre est TRÈS mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe autour, mais aussi ce qui se passe dehors (en moyenne 4/5 passages par jour d’ambulances/police avec les sirènes à fond, tous les véhicules, etc.). L’hôtel vibre à chaque passage de métro (qui passe juste en dessous).

The location was not good at all. There were a lot of suspicious people around, we didn't feel safe. It was a bit strange that we always had to return the keys to the reception when we left the apartment. The receptionists didn't speak much english.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Solid location near the Anjos metro stop. En suite bathroom with WiFi was a welcome change from many places I've stayed in Spain and Portugal.
Bed was a little stiff and you have to leave your room key with the front desk whenever you leave/return.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l hôtel. Proche de la station Anjos. Beaucoup de commerces dans la rue. C’est assez pratique
Pas de double vitrage donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors. Les chambres sont un peu dans leur jus mais ça reste correcte. Pas de petit dej, ni restauration sur place.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026É um prédio antigo e charmoso, localizado em uma das avenidas principais da cidade, perto de restaurantes, farmácias e padarias. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, o quarto é simples, mas confortável, tudo é muito limpo e bem cuidado.
Não posso dizer que não gostei, pois entendo as características históricas do prédio, mas não há elevadores, o que prejudica quem possui algum problema de mobilidade. Também não oferece café da manhã, mas como há uma padaria logo embaixo, isso não é um problema.

如果能有电梯就完美了。
