Nummer 151 villastudios

Heel mooi ingerichte studio. Rustig.

Er mankeerde wat feerverlichting en een leeslampje. Maar dat is echt een detail.

The host was very lovely and hospitable! Having bikes freely available was very convenient. The surrounding gardens and all the flowers - including those freshly hand picked placed in the apartment - made the accommodation all the more pleasant!

The bed was narrower than we'd have liked - but that's a personal preference.

Nice studio, very neatly decorated, very clean. There are bikes available for the guests and with its close proximity to the city centre and the supermarket, we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything just perfect

Geweldig mooi fietsgebied.

Niets 😀

Loved it. From arrival to departure we were taken care of . The property is stunning throughout, we arrived to fresh cut flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine. Everything was like new and all well maintained. Couldn't fault it at all.

If there were to be any constructive feedback, I would say the bath towels were a little on the small side.... There were plenty of them, just small.... Oh and the microwave oven could do with some instructions. This said, I would return tomorrow and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Pure verwennerij. Bijzonder attente en snelle communicatie. Tuin is heerlijk beschut.

The support from the host was great .super location for our needs .

Alles was super, niets viel ons tegen

Note 1

The owner was super friendly and helpful. There is a enough parking to come with a car and park it safe while still being within reasonable walking distance to the center of Hasselt. They even provide bicycles to use for free if you like cycling.

A wonderful apartment with amazing facilities in a fabulous location. I felt welcome from the day I arrived to my departure a month later. Close to the city so that you could easily walk but a quiet oasis and sanctuary to return to. Excellent supermarket also very close by with a fine selection of food and household items that you may need for your trip. Frank, the host is incredibly warm and welcoming and the grounds and gardens are impeccably well maintained. All in all a wonderful experience and I will return shortly. Highly recommended.

There isn't anything I can think of!!

Franks appartement is just perfect, clean and has a great location. Frank is the best host one can imagine. Thanks a lot for everything!!

Alles was prima in orde.

The studio was nice, clean, and Frank put flowers from his garden in our room which was lovely. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly - we only had one demand, to get the bike tires pumped up- and he did that right away. Excellent place to explore, we took the bikes to ride to town and around, we went to the wonderful Domein Kiewit, we drove for day trips to Cologne, to Luxembourg, to Liège, to Aachen. We had a great time and Frank provided us with the perfect place to recharge and start fresh each day.

Lovely welcome/greeting from Frank with a lovely bottle of wine. Very well appointed studio, excellent location with short walk to city Definitely will return to to Nummer 151 villastudios. A* Chris & Donna

Heel fijne ontvangst door de gastheer. Ik voelde me dadelijk welkom.

Frank was a brilliant host and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, staying up late to help on arrival when flight was delayed and general advice during the stay. The bikes on site were really useful for local sightseeing and the property is very convenient for exploring the town/locality. Also a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks when on arrival was much appreciated!

Nothing - all good!

Bedankt Frank

niets, want alles was PERFECT

We had a wonderful trip to Hasselt made even better by the hospitality of Frank and the comfort of staying in one of his apartments. Not only does the apartment have everything you could possibly need for a short stay, Frank filled it with beautiful fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. We could not have felt more welcome. The views of the beautiful garden are simply wonderful and it is incredibly peaceful even though the city is just a short ride away. The apartment is beautifully cool after hot Summer days exploring and the bath was incredible for long soaks after a long bike ride and we slept soundly knowing our bikes were secured in the lockable storage. Frank was an incredible host and so very kind when we had to return home at short notice. I would recommend anyone visiting Hasselt to stay here.

Nvt.

Supervriendelijk ontvangen.

Close to town centre, house and studios are well kept and clean, well equipped kitchen, secluded parking from street, nice and welcoming owner, very responsive

Towel pack and tourist tax are not included in booking price and are collected extra by the owner in cash or bank transfer, but this is not really a big issue, just good to know

Our suite was very clean and comfortable with a nice sized kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. There is easy access to the middle of town (10 min walk) and other amenities (grocery store is only a couple of blocks away). The lovely owner, Frank, made us feel so welcome and was very attentive. We felt very lucky to have found such a gem. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Hasselt.

It was a nice apartment. We only used it for two nights. Quiet, clean and a welcoming and helpful host.

There was a small fee for the gas, which I think you should include in the dayprice. However i'ts a minority and he also gave discount on it anyway.

The studio apartment was spacious & sunny. Comfortable & clean. Shower was also spacious. The location couldn’t be better. And the use of a free bicycle was extremely useful. The staff were very communicative & very kind. I will try and stay there on my next visit to Hasselt. Excellent

It was perfect.

room is very clean, and with a kitchen,

The property was clean and extremely quiet

There is space and all you need to be comfortable is present

It was very modern, clean and well equipped. Cosy warm in winter and quiet. We were heartly welcomed by Frank. Much appreciation for his attention to detail (small chocolates, water and wine) and him always being reachable. Highly recommend this property.

Not a negative, more a "need to know" You have to request linen and towels before your stay.

Very neat and silent environment

Specious and clean couple with the warm welcome from the attendant

Alles was perfect

The owner, Frank, is a nice guy, polite and friendly. I had a warm welcoming. You definitely enjoy staying with a view of his beautiful garden and quiet neighbourhood.

Frank was enormously friendly and helpful, a very welcoming host. The studio was light and equipped with (almost) everything you would expect. Although the furniture might be a bit basic (which is to be expected at this price point, so no complaints), it all looked new and without damage. Certainly no old and worn out stuff as you often find at other places. The bathroom was spacious and, like the rest, looked like new. I was told the mattress was brand new, and it felt like it in the most positive way. A very comfortable bed indeed.

Because there is no door between the kitchen and bedroom, you can hear the fridge at night. Also, the plumbing sometimes made some noise for a few seconds, but that might have been because of the heavy rain. Putting the plug in the sink pretty much solved that minor issue. I would suggest equipping the kitchen with a spatula or two, and perhaps a small pepper grinder.

The apartment was perfect, super clean and fully equipped, and the host, Frank, is the kindest!! Would absolutely recommend!

This place deserves way more than 10, it's just perfect! Beautiful classy house, wonderfully located, super tidy, beautiful view from the windows and, most important, the best host ever :) Frank is the kindest guy and truly made me feel at home. Grazie mille

Everything was perfect. Cozy house, calm place and very friendly owners. it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Very close to supermarket and center of Hasselt.

Great studio. Walking distance to the city centre

Everything was very good

Very friendly host. Clean and modern room. Would very happily stay here again!

Frank is a very helpful and kind host. The Apartment has everything that is needed and even more! Bikes and a private garden were great additions to our booking. The bus stop/bike path is just in front of the house. Quite and very nice neighborhood. Overall it is a great place!

We enjoyed our stay, the studio looks even better in real life than on the pictures. A lot of space, everything is nice, new and clean. It's very well situated, not far from the city centre and at the same time in a quiet location, so you can sleep without being disturbed. We had coffee pads, tea bags, and even a little bottle of wine, which was nice and unexpected. The owner Frank is friendly and helpful, we would like to come back for another weekend 😊

There could have been more kitchen appliances (in particular, I was really missing spatula) All the rest was great👍

Very friendly host Frank. New and very clean apartment, equipped with all necessary amenities for a short business stay. Someone that cooks a lot might miss a dish washer, but that was not the case with me. The apartment is located a 10-15 min walk outside the center of Hasselt, which for me was quite fine and also why I had picked it. It's much calmer than in the center and within easy walking distance to the Cultuurcentrum Hasselt. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Frank was the best host I could ever ask for. Really. Was super generous and helpful, made my stay better than expected. Location is good, close enough to the city by foot/bike/public transport.
