Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Uitstekend verblijf op goede locatie t.o.v. metro naar het centrum. Niet super centraal gelegen, maar prima aan te reizen. Ruime kamer (3 pp) met eigen terrasje met zitje. Uitzicht over de buurt. Alles bijzonder schoon en gerieflijk, met goede bedden en stille airco. Kastruimte ook prima. We hebben de host niet persoonlijk ontmoet, maar hij was zeer precies en adequaat met informatie en dat voelde erg welkom (dank daarvoor!). Gezamenlijk gebruik van een goed geoutilleerde keuken met eigen zitgelegenheid werkte prima. Ook hier een balkon (achterzijde). Ruime koelkast, ruime hoeveelheid servies, glazen en bestek. Fijn ook om een koffieapparaat (cups) en waterkoker ter beschikking te hebben. In de buurt ruime hoeveelheid restaurants, barretjes en supermarktjes. Gelegen in een rustige straat, wel zo prettig voor de nachtrust. Het was een heel fijne uitvalsbasis voor onze 3 dagen Lissabon. Uitstekend!
Eigenlijk niets. Het enige minpuntje (maar we hebben ons er niet aan geërgerd eigenlijk) waren het aantal trappen naar ons verblijf op de bovenste verdieping. In de warme zomer was dat een terugkerende klim. Neemt niet weg dat we hier zeker weer zouden komen bij een volgend bezoek aan deze prachtige stad.

La posizione non è eccellente, i 4 piani senza ascensore dopo una salita per arrivare alla strada dell'alloggio sono abbastanza impegnativi, ma peggior cosa il chiasso. Le pareti sono sottilissime e si sente qualsiasi rumore. La luce del corridoio si accende automaticamente tutta la notte e filtra dalla porta. Abbiamo avuto più di un problema con chi alloggiava negli altri piani. Le finestre danno su una parete ma non è possibile tenerle aperte per il chiasso in strada.il materasso scomodo e i cuscini con troppi bitorzoli. Per me non ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Nonostante la comodità della posizione, quest’ultima non mi è piaciuta troppo perché l’ho percepita poco tranquilla e non mi sentivo sicura al rientro in stanza la sera

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La limpieza del apartamento, ubicación estratégica cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, metro. Zona tranquila y con facilidad aparcamiento aunque de pago (parkimetro). Instrucciones de acceso faci. Con cocina comunitaria muy util y guía informativa con lo básico. Cama cómoda y servicio de limpieza diario.
Aunque habia una nevera compartida estaría bien disponer de minibar en la habitación. La subida al apartamento ya que solo existen unas escaleras. La puerta de la habitación no inspiraba mucha seguridad y se colaban todos los ruidos del exterior de la misma. Si bien la insonorización de las ventanas era perfecta para aislar el sonido de la calle. Por último. Deberían cambiar la colcha. Estaba toda descolorida por salpicones de lejía lo que da mala impresión.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Mi è piaciuta molto la camera, noi avevamo quella con il terrazzo sul tetto. Non è grandissima ma per noi che eravamo in due era spaziosa. Il bagno mi è piaciuto molto perché la doccia era grande e comoda. Rispetto ad altre esperienze e alloggi in Portogallo, questa era davvero pulita come struttura. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. C'era spazio per la valigia e per appoggiare le nostre cose. L'aria condizionata ci ha salvati perché ha fatto abbastanza caldo. A 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura c'era un bar "Amor Perfeito" che per fare colazione prima di addentrarsi nella città era veramente top e buonissimo. La cucina comune è molto carina e pulita.
La posizione non è male perché c'è la metro a pochi passi però il quartiere non è dei più belli che io abbia visto, diciamo che se fossi stata da sola non mi sarei sentita al 100% al sicuro, forse è stata solo una mia sensazione. Ci sono tante scale per arrivare alla stanza, per noi non è stato un problema ma magari per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo. Per il resto tutto perfetto :)

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Es gab eine spartanische Küchenausstattung, außreichend, aber wenn man regelmäßig kochen will grenzwertig. Solide Lage

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The hotel description does not mention that this is a two-level apartment where you rent a single room. I booked a Deluxe Room, expecting a hotel-style room, but it was just a small room located directly opposite the apartment entrance. We could hear every sound from the apartment, especially from the staircase next to our room and from the rooms above us. In addition, the bathroom has no ventilation. After every shower, the air becomes very humid. You either have to keep the bathroom door closed, which quickly causes a damp, musty smell, or leave it open, allowing the humidity to spread into the bedroom. The only solution is to open the window, but when the temperature outside is +30°C, the room becomes just as hot.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Al llegar la habitación estaba muy limpia. El alojamiento se sitúa a 5 minutos de la estación de metro Arroios desde donde puedes ir hacia el centro de la capital. Es una casa acogedora y la cocina está bien equipada. Hay una terraza donde puedes comer. También hay lockers donde dejar las maletas.
Barrio “cultural”. Última planta sin ascensor. No cambiaron las toallas, ni las sábanas en 4 noches. Nos tocó la habitación número 3, pegada a la puerta principal y una de las más pequeñas. Se escuchaban tanto los ruidos de los huéspedes cenando a deshoras a las 00:00 y también cada vez que alguien llegaba a las 05:00 de la madrugada. Así que tu confort también dependerá de los demás huéspedes. Se escucha todo. Las habitaciones 4 y 5 son las mejores y más grandes. Una suerte para quienes les toque. Son las que aparecen en las fotos. La 1, 2 y 3 son mucho más pequeñas.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Gute Lage, sehr sauber, ruhig und gepflegt. Tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, sowohl zum Frühstücken als auch zum Abendessen. Einfache unkomplizierte Anbindung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel.
Ein Verdunklungsvorhand zusätzlich zu den Stoffrollos wäre sehr schön gewesen. So war es morgens um 6 Uhr bereits Tag hell im Zimmer. Leider kann man dadurch auch nicht bei gekippten Fenster schlafen, sonst ist man noch früher wach.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The room was very comfy and had everything we needed. The lady that received us upon our arrival was kind and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Messages to the staff via the app were very responsive and we never felt that they were out of reach. Would recommend for short stays and visiting the city.
My downside to the stay was the stairs. I believe that the majority of the buildings in Lisbon do not have elevators, so be prepared to climb a few stories to reach the room.

Есть общая кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями для готовки. Каждый день уборка. Рядом есть хорошие продуктовые магазины, овощные лавки. Есть место для того чтобы оставить багаж после выселения при необходимости. Есть место посидеть на балкончике за чашкой кофе.
Достаточно далеко от центра, добираться в некоторые точки нужно на общественном транспорте. Учитывайте, что в номер нужно подниматься по достаточно крутой лестнице три этажа.

The check in was super smooth and we were really impressed by the cleanliness, the size of the bedroom and the bathroom, and the complimentary coffee in the shared kitchen. Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Very clean apartment building. Daily cleaning in the rooms. The common kitchen had everything You need. The street is quiet. The communication with the host was easy and the directions to get in to the apartment was clear.
Lot of big and narrow stairs to get to the top floor, so beware if You come with large luggages. But this is common everywhere I think ☺️ So in general I really recommend this place.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Silencio, todo muy limpio, cocina bien equipada, calefacción o aire acondicionado si precisas. Nos arreglaron la habitación al quitar el cartelito de la puerta como en un hotel. Sólo como recomendación, creo que vendría bien un pequeño perchero en la entrada de la habitación ( tiene barras en el armario sin puerta pero vendriá bien para colgar chaquetones, sobre todo en época de lluvia). Todo fantástico :)

Accessibility - The apartment is on 3rd floor with narrow wooden staircase. Carrying a heavy bag was quite a task. Room allocation - As they have several rooms, we were expecting to get the room on the terrace with balcony but we didn't. So it was not clear beforehand which room was being allocated.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Great hostel to stay in. Staff clean the rooms and change over towels if needed like a hotel would. View is stunning if you booked a terrace/balcony. Also a good location - short walk to the main train station from the airport and a metro to other parts of the city.
So many stairs! Wish there was an elevator or something to take the suitcases up!!

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025I loved the rooftop patio and the communal kitchen! Such a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in Lisbon again.
The only window in the room is the patio door, so the room would get quite muggy. But that wasn’t too bad when the AC was going.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Very convenient location to the metro and easy to find. Not too noisy. Clean room and bathroom. Easy check in and check out process.
Luckily i only have a backpack and no more luggage, can’t imagine hauling up all luggages up to the highest floor.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Modern eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch ausreichend in der Nähe. Mit der Bahn ist man nach drei Stationen mittendrin im Zentrum von Lissabon.
Die Zimmer liegen alle im obersten (3.) Stockwerk und mit einem großen Koffer ist es etwas umständlich, durch das enge Treppenhaus zu kommen.
