Thanh Ha Guesthouse

- Ms Ha ist eine außergewöhnliche Reiseleiterin bzw. Guide die Einblicke hinter den Kulissen Vietnams zeigt und sehr gut erklärt, was alle anderen Reiseveranstalter so nicht tun. Ihr Englisch ist perfekt und hat immer einen guten Humor. Es ist eine Powerfrau! - Sie bietet drei Touren an (schwimmenden Markt und Mekong Delta, Fahrradtour und Einblicke in heimische Firmen). - alle drei Touren sind außergewöhnlich schön (deshalb vier Nächte buchen), obwohl sie etwas zu teuer angeboten werden.

- Im Vergleich zu anderen Gasthäusern in Vietnam waren Zimmer und Frühstück sehr einfach, nimmt man aber gerne in Kauf.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns die Umgebung gezeigt. Der Ausflug war sehr unterhaltsam und kurzweilig. Wir wurden bei der weiteren Reiseplanung unterstützt.

Einfach alles! Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber super sauber, bietet alles was man braucht, war gut gelegen aber ganz besonders hat uns die Besitzerin des Guesthouse bezaubert. Frau Ha wohnt selbst mit im Haus und hat sich liebreizend um uns gekümmert. Sie ist sehr authentisch, super witzig und hat viel Erfahrung. Wir sind hierher gekommen für eine Tour auf dem Mekong, da wir gelesen hatten, dass Frau Ha diese ebenfalls selber anbietet. Und was soll ich sagen; die Tour hätte besser nicht sein können. Frau Ha ist ein absoluter Profi auf ihrem Gebiet, kennt den Mekong in und auswendig und hat dabei selbst noch richtig Spaß. So war es uns möglich eine unvergessliche Tour mit ihr zu erleben und vor allem: den Mekong abseits der klassischen Tourismus-Routen kennenzulernen. Darüber hinaus waren wir nicht nur auf den floating market, sondern ebenfalls auf dem großen Markt an Land was super interessant war. Ich glaube wir haben selten so viel gegessen und so viel Neues probiert. 😁 Da uns alles so gut gefallen hat, haben wir direkt noch eine Nacht verlängert und eine 2. Tour mit ihr unternommen! Selbst Frühstück für unseren Abreisetag hat uns die liebenswürdige Dame noch organisiert und uns ebenfalls bei der Weiterreise unterstützt. Für uns war das ein perfektes Gesamtpaket; 10/10 🌟☺️ wenn wir wieder nach Vietnam kommen, dann auf jeden Fall auch wieder hierher!

La Sr. Ha te cuida y te ayuda como si fueras otro miembro más de su familia. Llegamos sin cenar y medio enfermos y durante los dos días se empeñó en darnos cena, cafe, desayuno… todo lo que necesitaramos. Al final no hicimos el tour de Cai Rang con ella pero estamos seguros de que le da un plus a la experiencia.

La entrada por el callejón no es la mejor del mundo.

The guesthouse had everything you need and we felt very well looked after. Ms Ha is a fantastic lady, we 100% recommend that you stay with her and take a tour with her, she is exceptional and made our memories of the Mekong Delta really special.

Réservez sans hésitation. L'établissement est particulièrement propre et accueillant. Mrs Ha sera au petit soin pour vous accompagner et vous faire découvrir la région, les marchés, les spécialités locales. Ms Ha is a lovely lady. I understand the mixed reviews, but when you get to know her, she is warm and will do all she can. She is genuine and she gave me a lovely spacious room. I could work happily here, the bed was so comfortable and a lovely hot shower! She offered me her tour with no pressure, but I couldn't join and she understood. One night I was sick and she offered me a lovely soup.

I think this is a lovely place. For meeting others, it's a little tricky. Also, it would be nice to have a water refill in an accessible place where it's easy to refill water. Everything else I liked!

The room are nice and clean but the highlight of this homestay is the host, sometimes you feel like a visiting family members more than anything. She has been doing this for a while and offers wonderful tours with a lot of insights. I booked this place based on the reviews and to get an authentic experience in the city and it did not disappoint.

Ms. Ha really knows how to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are quite simple but the best part are the activities that she personally organize and lead. It is an amazing way to explore the Mekong Delta area and to get to know better some locals way of living. Trust her on the activities!

On a passé un super séjour ! La maison et la chambre sont super propres :) La propriétaire est super sympa, on a beaucoup rigolé avec elle, et je recommande vivement l’excursion du marché flottant avec elle ! Effectivement, on se lève plus tôt pour y être vers 5h30/6h mais ça vaut vraiment le coup d’être sur le bateau au lever du soleil et d’admirer ce marché quand il y a aucun touriste ;) Elle nous a ensuite emmenés visiter des ateliers de nouilles qu’on a trouvés très intéressants ! Également un marché où on a goûté pas mal de choses :p Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement cet endroit !!

Le logement était très bien situé. L'hôte était super gentille, elle m'a donné plein d'informations, m'a emmenée prendre mon bus à 8h et fait également des visites du marchés. L'une des meilleures hôte que j'ai pu rencontrer.

La cama demasiado dura y no había sábanas.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich mit Tee und Wassermelone begrüßt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hell und äußerst sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt, obwohl ich nur zwei Nächte geblieben bin. Ms Ha und ihre Nichte haben sich sehr lieb um mich gekümmert und ich habe beim Check-out sogar noch frisches Obst mit auf den Weg bekommen. Der Bus, den Ms Ha mir organisiert hat, war auch super und sehr günstig. Ms Ha bietet zwei Touren an, von denen ich eine gebucht habe. Wir waren wirklich die einzigen Besucher in einem wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet voller Vögel und Wasserpflanzen.

Hat zwar nichts direkt mit der Unterkunft zu tun, aber die angebotenen Touren sind ziemlich teuer, also nicht unbedingt was für ein kleines Budget.

Tutto perfetto. La stanza è semplice e pulita, ma la vera star della casa è la proprietaria la signora Ha che attraverso i suoi tour mi ha permesso di conoscere il Delta del Mekong, autentico e reale. Il tuor tra i villaggi locali e la foresta è stato magnifico e consiglio a tutti coloro che si recano presso la struttura di svolgerlo proprio con la signora Ha che conosce personalmente le famiglie del villaggio da cui ci siamo recati. Per me è stato tutto perfetto.

Mme Ha est très serviable. Établissement très propre, calme et d un bon rapport qualité/prix. Propose un tour en barque vers le marché flottant et des fabriques de nouilles, très intéressant.

Das beste ist tatsächlich Ms Ha. Ausflüge auf dem Fluss unbedingt mit Ihr machen. Es warten tolle Erlebnisse und es ist nicht langweilig. Ms Ha hat für alles ein Lösung und immer einen Scherz zur Hand. Wichtig: Dem Taxifahrer die Hausnummer 118 sagen. Dann in den Gang hinein bis hinten u dann nach rechts. Die Unterkunft sieht man nicht direkt auf der Strasse vorn.

La stanza pulita e completa. Un buon letto dove riposare con ventilatore e aria condizionata. Il tour interessante e MS Ha insuperabile : molto simpatica e davvero attenta.

Ms. Ha is the best part of the property. She is so hospitable! I had read in the comments that you need to do her boat tour - and am so happy we did! We had already booked a morning tour of the floating market, so instead when we arrived she took us in the afternoon on a different tour and it was lovely. This is the best place to stay in the Mekong Delta!

Die Gastgeberin Miss Ha ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Touren sind etwas teurer als woanders, aber dafür sieht man nicht nur die Standardsachen. Sie hat mir auch sehr bei der Organisation meiner Weiterfahrt nach Cat Tien geholfen. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, aber sauber. Ich empfehle definitiv hierher zu kommen, wenn man Touren abseits der Tourimassen machen möchte!

L’accueil était excellent. Ce que j’ai eu de mieux depuis 2 mois ! Les sorties hors des sentiers battus à ne pas manquer avec Ms Ha !!!!

Das beste an der Unterkunft war wirklich Ms Ha. Sie ist eine so liebevolle Person. Wir sind um 9 Uhr angekommen und sind direkt mit einem Frühstück begrüßt worden und durften auch direkt in unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und reicht vollkommen aus. Die Lage ist super zentral. Wir haben die Vormittagstour mit ihr gemacht. Diese ist absolut empfehlenswert, sie erklärt super viel und sie kauft verschiedenes vietnamesisches Essen. Die Tour war ein absolutes Highlight und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder machen.

Merci à Mme Ha et à toute son équipe pour leur gentillesse et hospitalité. Nous n'aurons que de bons souvenirs avec les 2 excursions (dont une avec sa nièce et l'utilisation du traducteur, ça marche aussi..) qui nous ont aussi permis de découvrir le travail des entreprises locales. Et que dire de toutes les petites attentions (fruits, thé, gâteaux.. )

L'accueil de Ms Ha, l'aide qu'elle m'a apporté pour gérer la logistique. Le tour du marché flottant qu'elle a guidé et qui m'a permis d'être immergé dans la culture locale. La gentillesse des personnes qui travaille sur place, le soin apporté à la chambre pour que le séjour soit parfait.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Nightmarket zu Fuss 5 Minuten, Gebäude weg von der Strasse, daher ist es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig.Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig und liegt oben, ein kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Frühstück ist ok, Ban Mih nach Wunsch, wird frisch vom Stand geholt und frisches Obst gibt es auch.

Die Besitzerin ist auch Tourguide und bietet verschiedene Touren an. Wir haben uns aber dagegen entschiedem und uns selber was organisiert da es nicht in unser Budget gepasst hat. Wir haben mit anderen Gästen gesprochen, die waren von den angebotenen Touren sehr begeistert. Die Betten waren uns etwas zu hart, aber das ist hier landestypisch und deshalb auch ok.

Das Homestay von Miss Ha ist sehr toll. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht und waren an eine Tag auf zwei Touren mit Miss Ha. Dieser Tag war so toll und wirklich unvergesslich. Miss Ha ist die beste Tourguide die man sich nur wünschen kann. Vielen Dank!

Thanh Ha Guesthouse was like a home away from home. The rooms were very very simple but super clean and spacious. Ms Ha made sure all of our needs and more were covered. She has cold beverages on site and will make you any kind of coffee for a very small charge. Even though the room does not come with food options Ms Ha was always feeding us something. Walking down the small alley to her house was like getting a snap shot into the lives of ordinary people-everyone we passed would smile and point the way. I can't say enough about Ms Ha's tours. We took 2 six hour afternoon tours and the morning floating market tour. Don't expect luxury but you will be well taken care of and meet may local people in their homes and home businesses. Everyone greeted her as a friend and away from the market area we saw no other tourists plus, did I say how much she feeds you? She even got us bus ticket reservations for the bus to Ho Chi Minh city and free transportation to the bus station. By the end of 2 days I felt like I had truly made a friend and got an intimate view of life in the Mekong delta.

We do not need much when it comes to accommodations. And were very happy with her.rooms but for some people they may be a bit too simple

The whole experience was just perfect. Ms. Ha sent us very clear explanations on how to reach her guesthouse which made the journey from HCM easy and stress free. We arrived in the afternoon and Ms Ha welcomed us with fresh watermelon! She also gave us great recommendations for places where to try local food, and the center of Can Tho is just 5 minutes walking from the guesthouse. The room was basic but amazingly clean, and had all the necessary amenities to sleep comfortably. She was also our tour guide and brought to visit the floating market and the noodles farms, and she brought us to a very local market.

L'emplacement Propre

Nous n'avons pas trouvé le personnel très sympathique. La balade du marché flottant nous a paru cher par rapport aux autres prestataires, nous avons donc décliné son offre (2 millions pour 2, sachant que avant Tet, il n'y avait plus que qlq bateaux présents), et elle s'est complètement fermée après notre refus... De plus, mon conjoint a été malade toute la nuit...nous avons avisé la propriétaire quil allait se reposer toute la matinée, que nous allions sûrement partir juste avant le check out de 11h. A 10h00 je l'ai croisée en rentrant de la pharmacie, elle m'a dit qu'il fallait qu'on parte sous peu, qu'elle devait faire le ménage.

Mr Ha ist eine außergewöhnliche Frau! Die Tour morgens mit Ihr war sehr interessant, sie teilt Ihr Wissen, kennt viele Menschen, ist großzügig, hilfsbereit und kennt sich sehr gut in der Gegend aus! Sie hat für uns die Anschlussfahrr am Abreisetag gebucht, das war sehr hilfreich für uns.

Difficile d'évaluer les prestations proposées puisque Mme Ha nous a gentiment invités à changer d'établissement parce que, d'après elle, le lit était trop dur ! En fait, quelques instants plus tôt nous avions refusé de participer aux sorties qu'elle organise. Nous en avons déduit que nous n'étions pas des clients intéressants. Le seul point positif est que Mme Ha nous a trouvé un autre hôtel.

Le recensioni sono più che veritiere!!! La signora Ha è una forza della natura che ci ha fatto vivere l’esperienza del mercato galleggiante e delle fabbriche di noodles fuori dalle flotte turistiche. Il mercato, il giro in barca e il continuo gnam gnam ci hanno catapultato nella realtà locale. La signora mi ha anche accompagnata con lo scooter a prendere un caricatore che avevo rotto. Consiglio assolutamente.

Non c’è il lenzuolo sopra del letto e gli asciugamani sono vecchi, ma tutto pulito e la signora impagabile quindi a mio parere il resto è irrilevante.

Elle fera tout pour rendre facile, agréable, et instructif votre séjour, et vous aidera à planifier la suite de votre voyage . Son sens de l'hospitalité est grand et sa maison très bien située pour profiter de la ville et de ses centres d'intérêts . La chambre est simple mais spacieuse et confortable. Mi è piaciuto il contesto dove si trova perché si vede la vita delle persone che abitano questa strada e poi mi è piaciuto soggiornare da Han perché è efficiente accogliente simpatica e la guest house è estremamente pulita...semplice ma molto curata. Accueil un peu austère, peu diplomate, intraitable Vous sentez que vous rentrez chez elle et devez respecter « ses normes ».

The accommodation was great value, the room which was no frills provided everything we needed including warm water, air con, a nice, firm bed and a pillow filled with cotton (kapok) from local trees (seriously!) I slept like a baby! Ms Ha was an exceptional host, a non nonsense, yet a fun and big hearted powerhouse of a woman with unbelievable energy and dedication to serving her guests. In the short time we stayed at the guesthouse (a day and a half) we attended both her tours, both 6 hours long and led by Ms Ha herself - we just had time for one and a half hour's sleep in-between the tours! She charges a fair price for the tours, which may initially appear pricey given the low price of the room but, as others have said, Ms Ha's tours are fascinating and unique with no other tourists around and she provides a continuous supply of local fruit, snacks and drinks and info so, in my view, it is well worth the cost. She went out of her way to find me gluten-free food due to my coeliac disease. We reported a leaky tap in the bathroom which was repaired within a couple of hours. On our check-out day Ms Ha had arranged a taxi for our very early departure to catch a ferry to Con Dao and she was up before us, 4.00 a.m., to instruct the driver, give us our takeaway breakfast and check us out. She was also preparing for her next 5.00 a.m. floating market tour... Total respect for this amazing, super- organised and totally lovely woman ✊

We spent incredible 2 days with Ms. Ha in Can Tho and the Mekong Delta. In 1 1/2 days we did three tours in total (floating market, fish farm, mangrove forest and a lot of traditional factories). It was an unforgettable experience and we didnt have to worry about anything. During the tour everything (food, drinks) is included. We were able to see so many nice places besides the touristic spots. The accommodation is really clean and has everything you need. We highly recommend the tours with Ms. Ha

Abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza indimenticabile grazie a Ms. Ha, che è stata semplicemente fenomenale! Ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta del Delta del Mekong facendoci conoscere mercati autentici, attività locali e angoli fuori dai circuiti turistici tradizionali. Con grande attenzione e dedizione, ci ha guidato attraverso una vera immersione nella cultura locale, facendoci assaggiare tantissimi piatti tipici (gnam gnam... come dice sempre lei!). Io ho viaggiato con mio marito e nostra figlia Nina di 7 anni, e Ms. Ha è stata davvero dolcissima con lei: l'ha coinvolta in mille esperienze entusiasmanti che Nina ricorda ancora con gioia. Durante il resto del nostro viaggio l’abbiamo nominata spesso, ci è davvero mancata! La struttura in sé è semplice, ma molto pulita e in una zona centrale, perfetta per muoversi comodamente. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, calore umano e un tocco speciale nel proprio viaggio!

Bei Ha hat es sich angefühlt, als würde ich daheim ankommen. Sie war in der Zeit wie eine gute Freundin und hat mich mit auf Ihre Tour mitgenommen. Es hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht ihr Gast zu sein. Wenn ich noch einmal in Can Tao sein sollte, werde ich wieder kommen! Ein Aufenthalt bei ihr ist definitiv eine Empfehlung von Herzen.

Ms Ha ist eine super herzliche Frau und wir haben uns total umsorgt gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach ausgestattet aber hat alles was es braucht. Zusätzlich wurden wir mit frischem Obst begrüßt und morgens gab es den besten Kaffee, den wir bisher in Vietnam hatten. Wir haben außerdem die Floating Market Tour gemacht, welche absolut empfehlenswert ist! Die Preise erscheinen zunächst etwas teurer im vergleich zu anderen Touren aber der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Bei der Tour ist man abseits vom Touristenstrom, man darf sich durch allerlei Leckereien durchprobieren und darf verschiedene Arten der Nudelherstellung ausprobieren.

Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt. Das Haus ist etwas versteckt, liegt aber sehr zentral. Wir haben hier übernachtet weil wir unbedingt die Tour mit unserer Gastgeberin machen wollten. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Gleich drei Touren haben wir in zwei Tagen mit ihr unternommen und alle waren grandios. Uns hat es sehr gefallen wir empfehlen sie jedem der die Mekong Delta abseits von Touristen erleben will.

Ens ha agradat tot. L'habitació és senzilla, funcional, ámplia i molt neta, de fet tot l'allotjament és molt net. Hem fet tres tours pel delta amb la senyora Hã. Les excursions han estat una meravella, la senyora Hã et porta per racons que mai podries veure amb un altre tour. Ens ha portat a visitar entorns naturals, mercats i oficis tradicionals de la vida al delta. Amb ella hem tastat tot tipus de menjars dels diferents mercats que es visiten. Recomanem l'allotjament i sobretot els tours amb la senyora Hã. No jutgeu pel preu dels tours, que tot i ser una mica més elevats que la resta val molt la pena. Recomanem que confieu en ella i us deixeu portar.

Certes l’emplacement était bien, proche du Mékong mais nous retiendrons surtout les prestations proposées par Mme Hã. C’est une personne généreuse, à l’écoute qui propose une vraie immersion dans la vie vietnamienne. We booked Ms Ha’s Homestay as we wanted her to take us for a tour of the floating markets. Ms Ha’s house was like a home away from home. It was in a central location, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay . Ms Ha looked after us for anything we needed and was a wealth of knowledge . Her tour was great , we were on a smaller boat which meant we could go off the beaten path and see more of the way of life of the people of the Mekong river. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience.
