Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Place was spotless staff were amazing especially the ones that served your breakfast always chatting and asking how the day before was and really friendly with my son and the breakfast was lovely and the beds where very comfortable and the bar was great attached to it great atmosphere 😁
The only thing I didn't like was the noise of the people above us and next door it went on to the early hours that was my only fault with the place as we had a 6 year old with us and the noise woke him a few times

Their pub was excellent the music and sports entertainment was not too loud or intruding that having a conversation was enjoyable without having to shout about it all . So 5 stars for the pub and staff at the Bank House pub

Family room too small, room with no air-conditioning or fan extremely hot avoided room & had to leave kids up later than normal as couldn't face going back to room earlier for bedtime. Dirty towels, leaking hot tap, stale smell from bathroom. Room we were given was overlooking main street way to loud for family room with young kids.

Didnt like how the room looked when we arrived.Under beds not clean.Sweets and wrappers found under beds. Couldnt sleep our 2nd and 3rd night because of noise in the above bedroom.

The hotel didn’t have a restaurant or food options and there were not a lot of nearby options on a Sunday night. The hotel does not have free parking. We were lucky to get paid parking nearby on Main Street.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Die Zimmergrösse und Ausstattung war okay (wir hatten ein Familienzimmer). Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war reichlich, obwohl mir persönlich etwas Obst oder Gemüse gefehlt hat.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man konnte buchstäblich jede Bewegung der Nachbarn hören. Das Wifi hat in unserem Zimmer leider nicht funktioniert. Das Bad hat sehr nach Abwasser gestunken und war nicht besonders sauber.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch sonst war das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war auch lecker!
Die Betten waren leider viel zu weich und es gab keine Parkplätze; wir wurden auf die kostenpflichtigen öffentlichen Parklätze verwiesen. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir nach 18Uhr ankamen und so zumindest Abends nicht fürs parken zahlen mussten.
