Все было замечательно. Тихий отель на берегу моря. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид.

Ни чего

При входе в внутрь столкнулся с запахом сигарет и марихуаны,грязным столом ,заваленным пустыми бутылками, мусором на полу на кухне,и в открытые двери комнат виднелись пыльные ,засаленные кровати. Всё это продолжалось несколько секунд,но решение не селиться там я принял как только увидел открытую дверь.

It’s in a nice location. The shower was good. There is a terrace with a nice view and sea air. The owner is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet. Plenty of clean towels. Sheets etc clean.

The pictures didn’t match the reality. The walls of the room have plaster missing and it is crumbling off. The place is run-down.

Место атмосферное, с террасы на крыше потрясающий вид, Хозяин любезный и интересный человек, рассказывал про Акко, то что в книжках не прочитаешь и этот дом, в котором он родился и вырос. Иврит и английский у него как родной арабский. Кондиционер, вентиляторы, чайник, микрогаль, холодильник - все есть.

В нижней комнате не ловится вай фай и телефонная связь. В верхних комнатах и на крыше-террасе есть. Для пожилых людей не подходи т.к. в доме лестница.

המלון מושלם מוקם במיקום טוב שירות מעל המצופה יחס טוב במיוחד אתי שנתנה לנו שירות מעל המצופה היה ממש כייף עשה לנו חשק לחזור שוב למלון מלון ברמה גבוהה ומצויינת

נוף מרהיב מהבית שכנים נעימים וניזאר איש מקסים ורחב לב. חדרים מרווחים ונוחים

Location was excellent the owner is very pleasant. Nice guy.

Room was not in good shape. No tv. In all the premises are not clean . I was charged 18% tax even though I showed the owner that it was specifically written that 18% vat was included and if I am a tourist that would be returned to me. I did not argue and gave him my charge card. I di believe the 18% tax should be refunded.

נזאר המארח פשוט מדהים! הוא דאג לעזור לנו למצוא את כל המקומות הכי טובים בעיר, ובערב ישבנו יחד במרפסת מול הים והייתה לנו שיחה טובה ומוצלחת, הוא אפילו חלק איתי נרגילה על חשבון הבית! הוא דאג לנו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים ויותר.

המטבח המשותף היה קצת מבולגן אבל חוץ מזה אין לי תלונות כלל

סגרתי את מקום האירוח ללילה לאבא שלי וחבר שלו הם אהבו את המקום שהחליטו להשאר עוד 2 לילות מקום אירוח פשוט ונחמד ממוקם ממש על הים בעיר העתיקה בעל הבית בן אדם מאוד חברותי ונחמד שירות מעולה חוויה מאוד טובה ממליצה מאוד

Вид из окна и с балкона супер! В комнате санузел, холодильник, WiFi. Доброжелательный хозяин, на общей кухне все для приготовления пищи.. В общем, переночевать и идти осматривать старый город, на море, вкусно покушать возле мечети

Условия соответствуют old city, хотя возможно в этом своя изюминка:) .Если кому-то важно,то телевизор отсутствует. Желательно навести порядок и поработать над интерьером.

מיקום מרכזי. קרוב נקודות העניין בעיר העתיקה. מארח אדיב, זמין, מסייע. עזר מאד בנושא חניה. מזגן חזק.

רמת ניקיון נמוכה. הרבה מדרגות.

מיקום מושלם, מרפסת מדהימה מול הים בעיר העתיקה. נזאר מקסים ואדיב, לב פתוח. חוויה אותנטית ומיוחדת. לא מתאים למי שמחפש מקום מבריק ומצוחצח כי קצת מבולגן, לעומת זאת מדגיש שהחדר עצמו, המיטות השירותים והמקלחת היו נקיים ונוחים.

קצת ישן ולא מתוחזק, עדיין היה מאוד נעים להיות.

אחלה, מקום מאוד בסיסי, תמורה מלאה למחיר הזול מאוד. חדר נוח, מרפסת משותפת עצומה עם נוף לים. נזאר היה נחמד מאוד

מיקום מעולה נוף מושלם. המארח דאג להכל, כולל חניה. החדרים היו נקיים מסודרים וממוזגים מגבות בשפע מטבח מאובזר סגנון עתיק שמור ומתוחזק.

אומנם לנו זה לא הפריע, אבל כדאי לקחת בחשבון שהדירה במיקום שיש לעלות מדרגות, ויש קטע שהמדרגות צרות, אז אם באים משפחה עם עגלה /ילדים קטנים /זקוקים לנגישות, לוודא אם יתאים.

Nzar is a super nice host, he explained us everything about the old city and suggested snacks and coffee. The sunset on the terrace with full sea and old walls views are unbeatable!

the property is literally in the heart of old city, where all houses are very authentic, so all facilities are really basic. when you are ready for this, place is very enjoyable

Welcome to this little bohemian gem. We had a large studio, which had a king size bed, and the livingroom/kitchenette had a lovely couch that my son adored!! The linens were fresh and clean, and everything was very well kept! He is a very generous host!! Tons of yummy local foods, fresh fruit and cheeses, and snacks to take on the go!!

This is Nzar's home that he is sharing with his guests, and he's a hardworking guy so he can't keep the kitchen as clean as it ought to be, but it is very generous of him to share his world so openly.

Nzar is a wonderful host, highly knowledgeable about Akko and its rich history. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the old city, close to numerous amenities, a bus stop, and easily accessible on foot. The stunning sea view, coupled with a spacious, open balcony, makes it perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying a drink or meal.

Nothing. Everything was just fine.

Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only.

Nzar is very nice and helpful. He always helped me with parking. The sea view from the balcony is incredible. There is a nice kitchen with free drinks and snacks. I come here the second time and it's never enough, I want to return again.

Amazing location close to all historical places.

The host very knowledable about what to see in Akko. The location was excellent and there was free parking outside.

This time we stayed in the studio. The bed is fantastic! And Nzar is always incredibly nice and helpful!

Nzar is an excellent host and helped me navigate the city and gave plenty of recommendations. He gave me a short tour of the old city in the language I am learning and went above and beyond.

Very helpful and nice host, when we arrived he gave is a lot of information and we made together a little walk and he showed us the city. The location and the view were great.

It was a mess to find a parking place. The accommodation was not very clean. The room was ok, but the kitchen and outside it should be cleaned more.

A complete delight, the rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings, a comfortable, large and cozy common balcony with a gorgeous view and sofas, where you can barbecue, firewood and grill are already waiting for you. The most caring owner I have ever seen, he will give you a map of the city, suggest good cafes and help you solve any problems. Also in the kitchen you will find simple products such as eggs or pasta if you decide to cook your own food. In life, everything looks better than in the photo.

What a little gem to stay in the ancient town of Akko. The place is certainly showing its age but is well worth it for value for money and convenience. Wish i had more time to stay.

We liked our stay at Akko very well and the location was perfect. The big balcony was great with a perfect view to the Sea. Nzar was a great Host and answered many questions about the local things. We arrived late and he picked us up from the train station. And at the end of our stay Nzar gave us a ride to the bus station. Nzar his very friendly and kept in contact with us through Whattsapp during our trip to Akko by train. In many ways our stay in Akko was great by staying with Nzar. We even managed to cook some meals.

Could organize the kitchen a bit better. But everythings needed was there

The owner is friendly, honest and helpful. Location is perfect, directly above the sea. Owner lives in the same apartment, we drank coffee on the terrace together, so staying there felt more like couch surfing than. And I could help myself from his fridge :-)

It is definitely not chique or fancy or super clean in any way. If you're not expecting this, it is a really nice place to stay

Nzar is a very helpful and friendly host. Very good location.

The best was his terrace and also personal approach of Nzar - the host. He is a very friendly host. He offered us all what he had in the fridge. You can use his tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, baguettes or pittas, and other things from the fridge /mainly eggs/. Location is very good. Only 5min walk to the market in the Old city.

The problem was to find him, but we did not look up. The best is to stay at the terminal bus stop No.4 and look at houses and you will see a part of the billboard Nzar hosting. The worst thing was the bathroom. I preferred to take a shower at the beach. The host is planning some renovations so in the future the apartment, terrace and kitchen could look better. Do not expect too much cooking because you might not like the old bowls, frying pans, etc.

The location is amazing. Nzar is a really nice guy and helped us get our bearings in Akko.

Cleanliness isn’t great. Our room itself was passably clean, but our bathroom was dirty, and the kitchen and other common areas are seriously filthy. The whole place needs a good deep clean. I would say that you get what you pay for here, but even though this place is on the cheaper end for Akko, it’s still seriously expensive! I would expect better.

In short, a big disappointment when the overall rating of the establishment was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the building is old, the beds were comfortable and we were able to make our own meals. Nzar helped us with our luggage and parking when we arrived and later gave us a tour of the neighborhood. We had a very pleasant stay.

If you are expecting luxury this isn’t the place for you, but we enjoyed it as an authentic, comfortable and affordable option.

The host, Anzac, was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. went out of his way to be accommodating.

The host is very friendly. I liked the fact that he found me in the street as I was looking for the place. There is a terrace, and a kitchen with food for breakfast or snack.

Nzar was really nice, gave us lots of recommendations and there was free food to take, fresh bread in the morning bought by Nzar. Great view from the balcony.

Kitchen could be cleaner

The house is located in the port and has an accessible terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the port. The host is very helpful, the accommodation has a kitchen with the possibility to cook, and the host also offered us food such as pastries and eggs. The room is in a historic house, so it is possible to absorb the local atmosphere.

The cleaning could be done more.

The location is more than excellent, with a marvelous, exclusive, unique view on the ancient wall and in front of the sea! Also, you may join anywhere inside the old city in few minutes. The host is absolutely kind and available to help you and give you any possible suggestion about how to take profit of your visit at Acco.

The bedroom furniture are very basic. We avoided the use of the kitchen, too dusty and greasy everywhere, in other words looked quite dirty. The overall house is to be considered rather messy and unpleasant.
