Tijdens onze tuktukreis naar het zuiden, waren we enkele uren op het bij deze accomodtie gelegenstrand en besloten direkt om deze plek voor op de terugreis te reserveren. We vroegen om een kamer op de tweede woonlaag, wat werd toegewezen. De staff en eigenaar waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bed was ruim en zalig, de badkamer modern en schoon (met warm water) en de keuken had een waterkoker. Het uitgebreide ontbijt hadden we 's morgens op het strand, bij de bij het Seaview horende restaurant. Het sgrand zelf met de gratis ligbedden was groots (en heel rustig). Het was voor ons een prima tussenstop tussen Galle en Negombo

Ons zijn niet direkt zaken of dingen opgevallen die beter of anders kunnen.

Eine kleines Paradies! Sehr idyllisch, traumhaft schön! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und um uns bemüht und gaben uns viele Tips für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Wir wurden persönlich gefahren! Das Essen war lecker und auf Wunsch erhielten wir auch ein srilankisches Frühstück - sehr gut!!

Der Geruch im Bad war etwas streng, leicht muffig - kann jedoch auch am relativ vielen Regen gelegen haben.

Exceptional service, attentive and warm attitude. Both the house and its location invite you to a happy, slow living that just winds you down. It is located just on the beach, no need to cross the road or rail tracks to access the water. With only four rooms, the common area is never crowded. The sea is calmer in the morning allowing a swim. The food is of excellent quality, prepared with care and great value for money and served on the beach. The whole beach is quiet and calm, away from the hustle of welligama or unawatuna.

The place is located right on the beach. Superb view especially from the room on the second floor, but ground floor views is also amazing. Very quiet over night, super noise isolation. Recently built(or seriously renovated). The family that is running this place are unbelievably helpful and kind, and will make sure your stay is maximum comfortable for you

The property is beach front and has a very exclusive feel! There is a sun lounger on the beach for each apartment. The host was lovely and arranged laundry for us. The breakfast was really nice but we couldn’t eat it all!

- Cleanliness could be better - it was the only place in Sri Lanka where we had to use our own bedsheets and pillow cases. - Breakfast was freshly made but very limited in quantity and variety. - No fish or seafood at the restaurant (actually, as the only guests at the time, we hesitated having dinner there).

Located just right on the beach, you can see the ocean from the room. The room was clean, hot water, A/C was working. The breakfast was very good. If you have any preferences in the way of cooking, you can ask the guys and they will try to do all the best for you. The beach is very nice and empty. Nothing to do around, but if you are exhausted and want just to have a rest in peace and quiet-this is the perfect place for you.

The water pressure was very weak, was difficult to take a shower. But I am sure that this is the common issue of the region, not the problem of the property itself.

Location of the place. You can see the sea from the room and the beach is at the backyard. Two german shepherd in the property.

You can hear noises from the next room. I could hear my neighbors. For view to the sea, you have to keep the curtains open but then there is no privacy. I did not like the staff. He was trying to sell oil, food, asking me to not talk to other restaurants in the beach and asking me personal questions. That ruined the stay for me.

We stayed in this hotel for a week from December 1, 2023. The hotel is wonderful: well-kept grounds, clean beach, sun loungers with canopies or in the shade of palm trees (optional), internet with a strong signal in the room and on the beach, delicious breakfasts of pancakes with coconut filling, coffee , jam, butter, toast and a choice of scrambled eggs/omelet, freshly squeezed juice. At our request, they made us hoppers for breakfast. Very helpful staff who are ready to help you with a tuk-tuk and fulfill your other requests. We really liked it here and plan to return next year.

We got a very large clean room with a mini fridge and TV set working very well. And what I loved the most was the beautiful sea screen in front and the restaurant that had delicious seafood. Its staff is very kind.We will definitely come back..
