Edmund is a wonderful host with lots of suggestions on where to go in Brussels so that you feel like a local.

The location, friendly and helpful owner, the cats, the healthy breakfast offerings, nothing not to like! Quiet rooms in the middle of a busy city.

Loft spazioso ed arredato con molto gusto in una posizione centralissima; l’affaccio su una corte interna garantisce tranquillità e silenzio assoluto pur essendo circondati da locali in cui bere o cenare. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente all’appartamento e il piccolo patio é perfetto per una colazione al mattino o un aperitivo prima di cena. Cucina perfettamente attrezzata per chi vuole cucinare, bagno ampio e con asciugamani di qualità. Il padrone di casa é sempre a disposizione, gentilissimo e con due gatti meravigliosi che fanno compagnia nelle zone comuni. Ci tornerò sicuramente dovessi programmare un’altra vacanza a Bruxelles

Situé plein centre ville à quelques minutes à pieds de la Grand Place et à 3 min du Manneken Pis. De nombreux restos, bars, commerces à proximité sans être pour autant dérangé par le bruit, le loft est propre et calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau Edmund est un hôte très gentil et accueillant je recommande vivement ! Pour un court séjour à Bruxelles c'était parfait.

Tout était très bien. Juste une suggestion serait de mettre une protection ou une mousse pour ne pas se cogner la tête lorsqu'on se lève du lit et qu'on descend les escaliers

The location of this hotel is amazing - right in the heart of Brussels. And yet, when we were tired of the bustle it was a very welcoming, quiet place to relax. Edmund was amazing and gave use great travel tips.

The host was super friendly and recommended us great places to eat upon arrival. The room itself was amazing! It has everything we needed and it was super comfortable for us. Genuinely cannot think of a single downside of this stay!

Goede locatie vlakbij het centrum in een rustige straat. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Geen airco maar door gebruik van de ventilator was dat geen probleem. Goed bed, nette badkamer en voldoende opbergruimte. Genoten!

The location was fantastic. Easy walks to many sites and eateries. Edmund and his kitties were very welcoming even providing treats for us in the morning. We experienced a heatwave while travelling and despite there being no air-conditioning, the guesthouse was quite cool. Edmund provided our room with a very effective cooling fan to ensure we would sleep well. The room was comfortable with an updated bathroom and had everything we needed. Edmund was very attentive to our needs and assisted us when our train to Paris was cancelled. If we come back to Brussels, we will very likely request to stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

Location right in the centre and yet the apartment is set back and it was peaceful and the garden terrace a tranquil space to have a drink and relax after enjoying the energy and vibrancy of the city. Our host was welcoming and provided lovely fresh coffee, snacks and pastries. The apartment was spacious and had every facility.

I had a wonderful time, and everything went perfectly smoothly. The host is incredibly welcoming and attentive to detail. The accommodation itself is very cozy, sparkling clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, it’s located in a great area of Brussels. I will definitely visit again

We had a wonderful stay at BXLROOM. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Brussels and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet despite being in the city center. A special thank you to Edmund for his hospitality and kindness. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always available to help with recommendations and any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend BXLROOM to anyone visiting Brussels. We hope to come back again in the future!

Everything was incredible. Best host I've ever come across - Edmund was absolutely fantastic. The location is mind-blowingly good. The place is clean, cozy, and the general area is a superb touch. Would rate 20 stars if I could!

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, wunderbar ruhig trotz der Lage mitten im quirligen Zentrum. Sehr sympathischer Gastgeber. Perfekte Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Dairenin konumu harika, çok merkezi ve bir o kadar da güvenliydi. Dekorasyonu keyifli, yatak odası, salon, mutfak ve banyo alanları gayet geniş, yatakları ve yastıkları rahattı. Kahvaltı dahil olmadığı halde, apartman girişi ile daire arasındaki karşılama bölümünde çeşitli çay ve kahve seçeneklerinin yanı sıra kruvasan, kurabiye ve kahvaltılık gevrek ikramı sunuluyordu. Ev sahibi Edmund karşılamadan, uğurlamaya kadar son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Çok ama çok memnun kaldık, gönülden tavsiye ederiz.

Sevmediğimiz herhangi bir şey olmadı.

Ubicacion perfecta. Anfitrion (Edmund) muy amable y colaborador. Queda cerca de la estación y en el centro histórico de Bruselas. Pudimos dejar el equipaje unos dias para ir a Brujas sin cargo y eso nos ahorro el acarreo de un lugar a otro. La sala común es muy agradable. Tenes disponible cafe, te, cereales, etc para el desayuno.

Buena relación calidad- precio. Hicimos algunas sugerencias para mejorar y fueron recepcionadas por el anfitrión.

Edmund…es el mejor , cálido , amable , acogedor! La habitación con salida a una terracita preciosa , una cocina con comida y bebida para hacer un desayuno o merienda incluida en el precio , opción ha dejar la maleta incluso más días después del check out …ubicación perfecta y lo mejor es un espacio LGTBI frendly 🏳️‍🌈⚧️🏳️‍⚧️

Everything was perfect

Location is superb, if you want to be in the center of everything. At the same time, the room looked out in the patio, so even though the street was very noisy, the room was very peaceful and quiet. The host was very kind and polite, very accommodating. Coffee in the morning available, even though I did not expect it based on the information provided on booking website. If you are a vegetarian (which I am), there is a truly fantastic vegan/vegetarian cafe down the same street, just a few houses away.

Internet connection was not the best - actually worked only up to the middle of the room, not in the sleeping area. Booking.com pricing seems skewed - I got a reasonable price through booking.com's allegedly very big discount (which is unusual - genius usually gives me 10-15%, while this was suspiciously big). If I had paid the full price, it would be way too much overpriced. There are 3-star hotels with good reviews in the same area, with their regular prices same as what I paid with this allegedly huge discount. So do not form your expectations based on the original price, do not expect anything chick or super-fancy.

Zeer nette kamer, duidelijke instructies, erg vriendelijke host. 10/10 would stay again.

Notre hôte a été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour ! Le loft est très bien situé et au calme. La kichenette est bien équipée et permet de prendre les petits déjeuners et repas pour 4 personnes. Séjour parfait !

Everything! Edmund was a friendly, welcoming, and helpful host. He was very sweet to share his 2 cats with us. The loft room was perfectly laid out for our family of 4. We found it to be very clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Very close to the highlights to visit while in Brussels and the metro.

Posizione centrale, comoda. L’host molto gentile ed accogliente, piccola colazione in struttura disponibile la mattina in una graziosa cucina messa a disposizione degli ospiti. Soggiorno piacevole.

L’assenza di lenzuola, presente solo copripiumino, ma a Bruxelles è normale.

Super accueil, un hôte super gentil et faisant tout (et même plus!) pour nous faciliter le séjour. Idéalement situé, très proche du centre ville et pourtant au calme. Le matin, on n’entend que les oiseaux dans les arbres.

Appartement parfait ! Tout était super propre avec une décoration moderne et très agréable. Malgré le fait que ce soit en plein centre et dans un quartier animé la nuit, on n’entend absolument rien de l’extérieur, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le rapport qualité-prix est parfait. L’hôte est hyper cool, disponible, généreux et très réactif. C’est sûr, je sais déjà où séjourner lors de ma prochaine escapade à Bruxelles. On peut réserver les yeux fermés !

The owner of this hotel is very nice and friendly, offering free milk juice and tea. And upgraded our terrace room for free. The room is large and clean, the furniture chosen is tasteful, there are many green plants, and the layout is very warm.

La ubicación es excelente! La atención fue buena y la habitación estaba muy cómoda, puedes desayunar y cenar ahí, así como la compañía de los gatos fue muy bonita, nos gustan mucho asi que la pasamos increíble!

It was perfectly central. Easy to get in as well. Lovely host Edmund and lovely cuddly kitty as well. Bed was really comfortable and the place was extremely clean. He gave us lots of suggestions what to do in Brussels. There was also a little coffee/tea station that was extremely appreciated.

We were with 3 people and maybe it's because we're dutch, but we were a bit too tall for the (third) bed. And the shower pressure was a bit on the lower side.

Thank you very much to the owner of BXLRoom - Edmund- for your kindness and warm hospitality. The facilities provided were very helpful and made our short stay comfortable and enjoyable.
