No towels because washing machine was broken, no toilet paper, bedside lamp etc

Privacy is respected, Dima is friendly and responsive, premises kept clean, no unwanted attention.

The gate to the property had issues from time to time but for the most part it was not a train-smash.

The place is stunning with a beautiful garden the room was clean and also tidied up during our stay.

However our beds were very hard, our room's aircon did not work, and the showering water gets cold very quickly

It was close to my meeting point the next morning and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioner was not working. The showerhead was damaged, causing most of the water to leak from the sides rather than the nozzles. We were provided with only half a roll of toilet paper. There was also a mouldy tea bag inside the kettle that I was unable to clean. The owners should consider upgrading the room lighting, as the lights were far too dim. In addition, the staff were moving chairs and tables very late at night while we were asleep, which was quite disruptive.

Remote control for the gate not given.I was expected to ask reception to open for you all the time- I felt like I was being treated like a boy at the boarding school.

I was not allowed in

I was assaulted on the day of checking in i was told the place is closed. I had to go to ER and Police Station prior to checking in leading to arriving late

Only one very small nightlight on my husband side of the bed. Had to ask for towels. Lighting in the room is very dim

Room was very spacious and location was conveniently close to shops.

Poor lighting in bedroom. No mirror in bathroom and no hand towels. Not enough wall sockets/no socket by kettle.

The location was exactly what I had envisioned — very convenient and well-positioned. Overall, it offers great value for money.

I was driving a 4x4, and the parking area was quite full. Getting in and out of the premises was a bit of a challenge. The space feels quite tight, and there’s a real risk of bumping into another vehicle. I’m not sure how easily this can be improved, but it’s something to be aware of.

Behaviour of some staff ladies and the fact that I was denied breakfast despite wanting to pay, the room had no toilet paper and there were no towels.

Honestly, the place didn’t feel well maintained. The sheets weren’t clean, the mattress was old, and no hot water at night is a deal breaker for me.

It was a great peaceful place, they clean everyday. The place is well maintained and safe. I wouldn't mind revisiting again, thanks for the hospitality.

When we left, our car was bumped by the gate and it scratched the car, we were told the gate has a sensor, the gate was open before we could even go out, no apology was given.. nothing was said about fixing the car, I was not happy about that service

The mattress of the bed was too hard.

I liked how clean it was

There was no wifi connection, if it finally connects, it was very slow. When I checked in, the toilet paper was finished I thought after house keeping in the morning they'll put a new one, they didn't. The water was cold at night(for both nights). The receptionist was always not on their station. The chair that's in that room was broken, I almost fell. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The only worrying thing was when the staff came to knock on the door to bring the food, as we had expected to eat in the dining room. That was annoying.

Waiting for an hour before check-in as place wasn't ready when we reported around 14:10, no comfortable place prepared while waiting

The staff were friendly and they had a pretty garden. Room is spacious

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There were a few ants on the bed too and a lot behind the toilet. You are able to hear people through their rooms. The shower is very small, the shower door didn't close properly and water leaked from the shower to under the bed.

Everything about that place was amazing,the employees were so nice 👏 the room was so clean.let alone their food oh my God they were soo appetizing.

I felt it was value for money. The staff were friendly , which made our short stay enjoyable.

Rooms were very neat and tidy and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The wi-fi connectivity was poorly. It keeps coming and going. You can't really stream anything without it buffering constantly. The walls of the bathroom had slight mould on otherwise the room was fine.

No intecom/ bell at the gate. No one to welcome us in arrival and had to phone for assistance. Room is "clean" but looking more closely it was not really clean. Not enough plug sockets and had to move kettle around to a plug when boiling water. Have a bedside lamp buy no electricity socket? Had to ASK for toilet paper and linen for bed even after we booked for 3 people - sleeper couch had no linen until we asked. Great potential but more attention to detail is required. Window sills are very dirty and dusty. Parking for 8 cars very crammed.
