Reviewed Jul 25, 2026This is a fantastic accommodation, and I highly recommend it! I stayed for 8 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The location is amazing, with great access to anywhere you want to go. While accommodations located inside the old town (Medina) like an accommodation often tend to be noisy until late at night—making it difficult to sleep—this place was very quiet, and I was able to sleep soundly every night. Also, the mattress firmness was just right, making it the ultimate inn to wash away the fatigue of travel. Starting the day with a traditional Moroccan breakfast was a true joy. The staff were very friendly and approachable, and they listened closely and supported us whenever we needed help. They were especially kind to my 11-year-old son and me during our stay. Conversations with the owner, Hikaru, were also delightful, and I believe the wonderful atmosphere of Dar Mirai comes directly from her warm personality. We stayed in Morocco for over two weeks, visiting Marrakech, the Sahara Desert, Fes, Chefchaouen, and more. Without a doubt, the highlight of this Moroccan trip was the relaxing time spent at Dar Mirai and the casual, heartwarming conversations with the staff here.

It was quite difficult to find when we first arrived has the taxi can't drive through the madina for obvious reasons. Once we found it, it was perfect.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Merci à Hassan et ses équipes qui ont été à l'écoute. Moment agréable. Petit déjeuner correct à la marocaine. Literie bonne et propre. Emplacement à 15 min de la place Jemaa fna et 15 min de Majorelle.
Revoir la robinetterie des salles de bains et y prévoir plus d'étagères surtout quand nous prenons des chambres sans commodités.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Riad essenziale e personale super! Il proprietario fa davvero di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio. Quando siamo arrivati ci ha dato la camera con bagno privato, che era libera, anche se avevamo prenotato quella con bagno condiviso. Le ragazze che hanno preparato la colazione davvero gentili e la colazione buonissima. Il proprietario si è impegnato per trovare pane senza glutine per la mia ragazza celiaca, davvero un gesto carino. Prima di trovarlo comunque offriva opzioni senza glutine come uova bollite, yougurt, formaggini e frutta. I 3 giorni in cui uscivamo prima dell'orario della colazione , ci ha fatto trovare la colazione al sacco. Inoltre, l'ultimo giorno sono stato male di stomaco e si è dimostrato visibilmente preoccupato e mi ha scritto su WhatsApp anche il giorno dopo il ritorno per sapere come stavamo. Davvero premuroso e attento agli ospiti. La camera è davvero essenziale ma noi ci siamo trovati bene per 5 giorni di soggiorno anche perché è dotata di aria condizionata che è una salvezza.
Unica nota negativa è la muffa in bagno, peccato davvero per l'odore. Per fortuna chiudendo la porta del bagno l'odore non arrivava in camera.

Also our host Hassan was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Everything was well organized, and we felt very welcome. Breakfast was very interesting and the beds were very comfortable!

L'emplacement est idéal surtout si vous voyagez en bus et faites des excursions, la gare routière est à proximité immédiate ainsi que les points de rendez-vous pour les excursions. Vous serez au calme tout en étant dans une rue très vivante et locale. Le personnel, Hassan et Soukaina sont des amours, ils sont attentionnés et vous ferons vous sentir comme chez vous. Nous avons également rencontré la propriétaire qui est très gentille et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le roof top est très agréable (avec en haut une vue sur l'atlas et la koutoubia). Nous n'avons rien à redire. En espérant revenir une troisième fois !

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The riad itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and offered excellent comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality. What stood out the most, however, was the people. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience, and their friendliness and hospitality were unlike anything we have experienced before. By the end of our stay, some of the staff felt more like friends than hosts, which made the experience even more special. We would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco, and we would love to return in the future.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Location was excellent - easy to access the train station, medina, and new city. Hassan welcomed us on arrival and helpfully gave us a map and some information about Marrakech. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was nice and served in an attractive central courtyard.
Nothing to dislike really. Good value and exactly as described. On the morning of leaving I requested a slightly earlier breakfast and the staff member I spoke to was a little inflexible about this, but it wasn't a problem.

Czystość pokoju i łazienki pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Na pewno przydałoby się odświeżenie lub lekki remont. Nie jesteśmy wymagającymi podróżnikami, a to był najsłabszy nocleg podczas całej naszej podróży.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Our stay was perfect. The Riad is located in a very central position, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and joining local tours. Even though it's just 15 minutes from the airport and the train station, it remains a quiet "corner of peace" away from the hustle and bustle. The best part was the hospitality. Hassan is an exquisite person; he gave us invaluable advice on how to navigate the city and went above and beyond for us, even preparing an unexpected takeaway breakfast. He even personally accompanied us to our airport transfer in the middle of the night to make sure everything went smoothly. A huge thank you to Hassan and his wonderful family. Highly recommended!

Ci ha aiutato in tutto e per tutto, ha risolto ogni nostro piccolo dubbio rimanendo fino a tarda sera a discutere con noi sul suo accogliente terrazzino. Ci ha preparato una colazione personalizzata quando ha saputo che ci piaceva il loro burro d’arachidi. L’ultima sera, di ritorno dal deserto, ci ha persino permesso di appoggiarci da lui e fare la doccia pur non avendo la notte pagata. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, ovviamente si tratta di un Riad tradizionale, pulito, curato e molto caratteristico. Colazione tradizionale davvero buona e sostanziosa. Non si adatta alle esigenze di chi vuole il massimo comfort, ma di chi vuole fare un’esperienza autentica e unica assolutamente sì. Anche la posizione é centralissima e si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Consigliatissimo, 11/10.
