Trampa de turistas es terrible este lugar

Todo es un estacionamiento que lo tacharon y literal si miras por los lados veras las casas de junto y el sonido es como estar en la calle, asi como entramos salimos a buscar otro hotel

Que tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente de la regadera y se tira mucha agua. Y si , recomendaría checaran eso, dado que en la ciudad luego el agua se escasea.

Súper amables y atentos. El lugar es super lindo y acogedor.

La ubicación no es correcta a lo que marca en el portal pero llegando al hotel se te olvida x que hay muchas cosas a su alrededor consigues comida y botanas todo te queda super cerca te sientes como en casa el personal te trata super bien son muy amables la verdad 10 de 10 me encantó y a mi familia también. Claro que volveremos!!!!!

Dice que está cerca de bellas artes , y nada que ver está súper retirado ,un colchón está ya un poco maltratado de ahí en fuera todo bien !!!!

Me dieron una habitación que no era la que pagué, sucia, con ratones. No lo recomiendo.

La habitación sin agua caliente, sin ventilación. Pague una habitación triple para tener baño privado y me dieron una que ni baño tenía.

Al llegar al lugar aproximadamente eran las 11 pm. Y el lugar no tenía ningún letrero o publicidad en la parte de afuera, así que fue difícil encontrar el alojamiento 🏨.

Las instalaciones estan muy bien cuidadas, las host son muy atentas

Ubicación perfecta siempre para las ubicaciones a donde voy. En la zona hay varias opciones de desayunos, comidas y cenas.

Solo que por la noche ya muy tarde hay mucho ruido de los inquilinos que no respetan el horario que pone el hotel.

J'ai vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cette chambre qui était très grande bien équipée et confortable. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé profiter de la terrasse en soirée et de sa vue. La cuisine et la salle à manger son charmantes. Et les personnes présentes à la réception m'ont aidé très aimablement chaque fois que j'avais des questions... J'y retournerai sans hésiter 😁

Nos hemos encontrado super bien en este alojamiento. El cuarto era super confortable, limpio y muy grande. Tienen dos cocina con todo lo necesario y la que esta en la terraza tiene una vista preciosa del barrio y de la iglesia. En la reception Gretel estubo siempre super atenta a qualquier nuestra necesidad y resolvio qualquier nuestra dudas. Aceptaron tam bien nuestra perrita dandole mucho cariño. Seguramente un sitio donde estaremos cada vez que volveremos a ciudad de Mexico. Nos sientimos en casa.

The location was okay

well when i checked in I was charged an extra 150 pesos for a parking space for them to later tell me that i would need to wake up super early to move it because there would be a flea market set up in our street in the morning. If I wanted to sleep in I would need to park my car down the street now why would I do that after I had already paid the fee for the parking space

La habitación que me toco no fue la misma que estaba en la publicación, se sentía mucho frío y que no habían ido a reparar el calentador, el colchón se sienten los resortes tambien fue muy incomodo y mas si tienes un vuelo a las pocas horas.

La amabilidad de las personas que nos recibieron y a mí se me olvidó una bolsa y muy amables me contactaron y pude regresar por ella

Aunque solo utilizamos dos, tenia hasta nueve camas, por lo que sale super economico para grupos grandes e incluso pequeños. Esta en la Colonia 20 de Noviembre y es un barrio popular tranquilo y muy cerca del aeropuerto asi que como base esta muy bien. El personal del hotel, en especial Gretel, muy muy majas todas

Igual algo de modernizacion en los cuartos o algo de entretenimiento como una tele. Hay alguna caida del wifi o del agua caliente pero se pueden deber tambien a CDMX y no tanto al propio hotel

Muchas escaleras, contratamos habitación con balcon y no nos dieron, es mas como un hostal, tienen baños compartidos.

Whole place smelled like bleach. No hot water for showers. Compressor very loud kept constantly turning on and off all night so couldn't sleep.

El Jacuzzi!! Increíble y muy ameno.

No tuve ningún disgusto, todo está en perfecto estado y con sus amenidades muy cómodas. La habitación de lujo, Descansamos como nunca !

The staff was nice, but not very accommodating.

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were hardly pillows, the floor had holes in it, and the shower was cold and flooded the whole bathroom floor. The worst was the smell, no matter how many times you opened the window it did not leave. Overall very bad, would not stay here, even the location is not ideal.

Amy and George were really kind and helpful. The roof terrace/kitchen were really nice and with a beautiful view. Close yummy bakery and to many bus stops.

The neighborhood is really nice during the day, but it can be noisy in the morning.

the rooms are big and the bed is quite comfortable! the staff despite the language barrier (I don't speak Spanish) is ready to help you. Dora and Monica are kind!

Very clean, very spacious and comfortable. The matrasses were very nice and there was also a well-equipped kitchen. Cool view from the rooftop terrace and the hotel was very close to multiple markets. Would definitely recommend. The staff was also very helpfull Amazing stay for a great price!

Friendly guy in the reception, door is a little hard to find, so look for a big port with rustic leafs. Enjoy Mexico ✨️

We send three email to confirm the late arrival, but they make us waiting outside the front door for 25mins, we reserved 4 beds , they only give us three beds in the room, the hotel people make noise until three am, no body speaks English

Not a single thing

Its not a hotel..its just a house and sometimes they dont even have rooms that you booked. The entrance is through a garage

I had an amazing time in this hostel with my sister, We went to Mexico for the RBD concert and it was a great choice, I will definitely come back to this hostel next time we come to Mexico 🇲🇽✨

Staff was very helpful

First night we got a room in a garage. Loud from the street was 100% worst then somewhere in the REAL room. We talked with staff and he told us he is has no more real room for us. We slept very bad. Second night we finally got real room..Everything was dirty. Bathroom, toillet, kitchen was super dirty..no hot water.. value for the money was very very bad. Glad we stayed just two nights and even that was enough. I do not recommend. But we very liked the bakery on the corner!

I liked that there was a market down below

I had multiple huge bites on my arms and neck when I woke up the next morning. One of them was the size of a golf ball. After a few days with some medication they seem to be going down in swelling. Not cool to wake up to

The people that work there are super nice and accommodating ! Very sweet. Very easy to go for a walk or get food delivered as well.

Trash can in the bathroom had not been taken out when we got there, so the bathroom had a smell to it. Also, there was not very much hot water.

It was wonderfully clean. The mattress was comfortable. I really liked the family. They were so nice and accommodating. There was a fabulous street market there on Sunday.

A very loud party went on for the entire night that we were there.We were not told beforehand about it and had a terrible night. The hostel had no address or sign indicating it as a business and we had trouble finding it. Weird vibe overall. We hung out in the neighbourhood all afternoon and definitely stood out as the only non locals.

Good if you are a big group if you are looking for a simple accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful, easy check-in etc.

Bed linens were dirty Bathroom faucet was broken, no warm water in shower, water to cold to use Jacuzzi. Birds nesting on bathroom window. No heating. Furniture is minimal.
