The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had was very modern, clean and a great location, walkable to supermarket or restaurants. We had a comfortable stay and i would recommend this one. (Four persons)

Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin haben unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wir durften früher einchecken und später auschecken – das war ein großartiger Service und hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig, hervorragend ausgestattet und in einer perfekten Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Only the location. It was quite close to the city center.

We were strictly ordered to remove our shoes at the door, despite the weather was dry. Watching a guest wrestle with their suitcases while hopping up and down the stairs wasn't exactly the welcome dance we’d hoped for. I suspect the real motive wasn't hygiene, but rather giving the vacuum cleaner an early retirement. The property boasted a tempting line-up of guest comforts—a jacuzzi, a pool table, a full kitchen, and a cozy common area. Unfortunately, they were all strictly "staff-only" and reserved for the caretaker’s personal enjoyment. It felt less like a holiday rental and more like being an extra in a museum exhibit, where touching anything gets you a stern look. The walls were adorned with artwork that looked like it had escaped from a low-budget slasher film. Great for a Halloween sleepover The bed was so uncomfortable that I’m fairly certain it was a medieval torture device cleverly disguised as a mattress. My spine still hasn't forgiven me. And last but not least, the bathroom was so ridiculously tiny that you practically had to step into the hallway just to turn around.

The location was great, perfect for the main streets, shop nearby. Rina was so helpful and helped us was anything we needed. Room was perfect and we loved the balcony and the views.

We hadden het familie appartement. Heel fijn om zelf nog een keukentje te hebben waar je met zn allen kan zitten. Het (los bij te boeken) ontbijt was fantastisch verzorgd. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Alles super schoon. Skibus op 50 m.

Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage. Billardtisch und Infrarotsauna sind vorhanden. Großer Aufenthaltsraum unten. Insgesamt hat es und sehr gefallen.

Ein bisschen mehr Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für Skiklamotten im Zimmer wären super und das Badezimmer ist etwas eng, beides lässt sich aufgrund der Raumgeometrie aber wohl nicht realisieren.

ce n'est pas un problème nous avons très bien dormi mais le sol de notre chambre était en moquette.

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr zentral und angenehm ruhig, das Frühstück war immer liebevoll hergerichtet und reichhaltig.

It’s a lovely, feel at home place. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the roads, perfect to plenty of hiking locations, Rina was absolutely great with all the help and requests. The breakfast was absolutely an amazing spread!

We had a wonderful first stay in Austria, and Rina—our host—was truly the highlight. She was kind, welcoming, incredibly responsive, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. I have a dairy allergy and my partner is gluten-free, and Rina thoughtfully bought oat milk and gluten-free bread for our breakfasts. That kind of personal care really stuck with us. The inn itself has fabulous views, a great location, and a cozy, homey feel. The decor is an eclectic mix that made the space feel warm and lived-in in the best way. The breakfast was tasty, and the ski room—with its morning boot warmers—was a nice touch. We also appreciated being able to store our bags after checkout, which made our departure day a lot easier.

If you're staying on the top floor, its quite the feat getting up those stairs with heavy luggage. Also, the European-style door handles took a bit of getting used to. I actually broke ours (oops!) and had to pay for repairs. Rina was understanding and moved us to the family suite, which we really appreciated. A small sign with a quick explanation of how the doors work might help future guests avoid our same fate! And lastly, a minor note: the breakfast music. It was charming at first, but by day 3, the same polka tracks being played on repeat didn't do much for our experience. A rotating playlist of Austrian genres or regional artists could be a fun way to keep the vibe fresh while still celebrating local culture. Overall, we felt really cared for during our stay. The kindness and effort put into the experience shone through, and we'd happily recommend this inn to anyone looking for a charming, character-filled base in the area.

The house is very centrally located, near the pistes, bars and restaurants. The owner was fabulous. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean. The host lives in the accommodation and is very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, although there is a communal lounge downstairs we can sit in, with a pool table. Although the room was small, everything was available.

.Moroder Haus is not a typical hotel, it is kind of home. The floors of the room as of the staircase are covered with carpets, the walls with paintings. Furnitures are placed in the corridors and are loaded with decorations. As at some homes, you are asked to leave your outdoor shoes in the entrance and use indoor Crocs shoes. (Personally, I disapprove of wearing shoes worn by others. I wore my private flip flops.) The room is small but very nicely equipped. The matrass and the pillows are the best. The bathroom is compact (there is no convenient space for a couple to place the bathing tools). The water stream in the shower is strong and warm and this is wonderful. The house is very well located. The city center is in a few minutes walking distance. The host was very friendly and nice. There is free parking place. Good value for money.

Perhaps due to the nature of the house, the room was not cleaned and we were not offered clean towels on our second day there.

The house is very well located, You reach the center of the city, small grocery, outdoor playground and swimming pool just in a couple of minutes walk. Photos were accurate, apartment directly is not a typical holiday place - rather a full decorated with a concept interior, carpet covered floor living space. You can find paintings on the walls of the apartment - as well as on the staircase. The children bedroom consist of 2 level bed - which our small ones enjoyed. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare the breakfast and a family meal. Worth mentioning are the plates and cups. The hosting person was very friendly and supportive with sharing the local tips.

That was not the case by us but You should consider whether Your children do not like to be messy in the interior too much - You may then have less holiday but more: please do not destroy it time. We found the apartment a bit warm - especially during the heat days.

On the last day we went out skiing and we could not only leave our baggage at the property. Also, we could use the showers after skiing and then we packed up our things to travel home. Perfect solution!

Exactly what we were looking for, good location, good boot room. The room itself was very good, compact but well thought out design, kitchenette worked well, and a decent shower.

Nothing. If I’m being picky I’m not a crocs fan, our host Rina provided us with Crocs to use during our stay, which was a clever touch, and made my wife smile that I was wearing them!

Location is perfect - close to the lift, excellent ski rental place right around the corner. It’s very nice arm and cozy.

Queit private room with bathroom and kitchen within walking distance to ski lifts and city center

Kitchen equipment was very basic. Hostess told us we can enter local swimming pool for free because Moroder haus had paid some fee in advance, but when we did go to swimming pool, the personnel told us that Moroder haus had not paid that fee for several years and we had to pay 15 euros for entrance. Also, I did ask Moroder haus hostess about this situation and she just said that she can do nothing about it. I would have expected some kind of apologies...
