The staff were also super helpful and welcoming. After check in, we were running late to catch our bus and one of the workers dropped us off to the station himself 🥺 Thank you for your help!!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Torre Hadra is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the whole hotel feels like a work of art. Honestly, I have never stayed anywhere quite like it. Every corner has character and beautiful details, and the same theme and attention to detail continue into the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our room was charming, very comfortable and, importantly in the August heat, the air conditioning was excellent. It made the room wonderfully cool and perfect for sleeping. Breakfast was excellent, authentic, generous and unmistakably Moroccan. And then there is the terrace: absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic view over Chefchaouen is something special and one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is also excellent. Everything is within walking distance, yet being able to park our car securely inside the hotel was a huge bonus. But what really completed the experience was the staff. Without exception, everyone was incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. They were genuinely some of the sweetest people we met during our trip. I’m genuinely struggling to find the words to do Torre Hadra justice. It is not simply somewhere to sleep in Chefchaouen. Staying here is part of the experience of visiting the city itself.
Honestly, nothing. I’m normally able to find something that could be improved, but on this occasion I really can’t. Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had an amazing stay at Torre Hadra. It was a beautiful place with comfortable and clean rooms. Each room is tastefully decorated and has its own unique character about it. We were a large group and Sanah provided a warm welcome and was very accommodating. We needed an extra room and she was very helpful in accommodating us. The views from the terrace are stunning and you can see the whole of Chefchoun from it- great place to relax in the evening. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was plentiful and lovely also. We regretted only booking one night stay there.. and wanted to stay longer but unfortunately it was full - which isn’t surprising. Would love to visit again! 😊

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026This property is located directly outside of, easy walk to the Medina of Chefchaouen. Large, nicely, renovated, well kept rooms. Accommodating, friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of small shops, directly nearby for water, snacks, whatever else you might need.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, tiene una terraza arriba muy bonita con vistas, íbamos en coche y aparcamos en la plaza redonda que hay justo al lado sin problema. El desayuno completo pero no era buffet como vimos en fotos, quizá era porque no había muchos huéspedes.
El café no me gustó, si quieres cápsulas tienes que pagar. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y no se podía cerrar bien.

El desayuno genial, y el detalle de prepararle un desayuno la noche antes para que mi hijo fuera desayunado a la carrera que tenía a primera hora de la mañana, nos dejó sin palabras. El personal muy amable y atento. Sin duda un lugar donde volvería sin dudar.
Con el hotel, ningún problema, lo único que les comenté que advirtieran a los turistas de posibles robos si subían a la mezquita española, se mostraron preocupados por el mal momento que nosotros pasamos ya que ellos no sabían que pudieran pasar ésas situaciones en ciertos lugares y nos comentaron que informarían a sus clientes y que lo publicarían en Facebook.

Un petit parking est disponible dans la cour de l'établissement, ce qui permet d'éviter les difficultés de stationnement en ville. Le personnel est aux petits soins et nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, à l'image de l'hospitalité marocaine.

Reviewed May 5, 2026An absolutely beautfiful guesthouse which was spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and it felt like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is fantastic and the breakfast was great. I needed wifi for work and it was excellent. 10 mins walk from the CTM bus station (up hill) and 5 mins walk to Medina gate. Recommend the chicken restaurant accross the road. Yum! Highly recommend staying here, lovely stay and my favourite in Morocco so far.

Все идеально: расположение рядом со старым синим городом, нормальный вид из окна номера №10, тихо, чисто, кровать отличная, душевая красивая, вода горячая, в комнате тепло и не душно. Завтраки очень вкусные, персонал вежливый и внимательный. Парковка за 5 евро за ночь на территории. Топ за свои деньги! С удовольствием еще вернемся сюда.

Чистота и тишина! Шефшауэн 🔥 Все в пешей доступности, локальные рынки, еда, Медина, водопады и так далее! Ходили, пока ноги не отказывали)) Самое лучшее место для отдыха!
Все было отлично! Погода немного подвела😭 но Шефшауэн хорош лаже в густом тумане💖💖💖

La literie est tout simplement incroyable — j’ai dormi comme un bébé ! Le petit déjeuner est impeccable, varié et délicieux. Et un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. L’emplacement est idéal : tout peut se faire à pied, que ce soit la médina ou les principaux sites à visiter. Je recommande sans hésiter, une adresse à retenir !

We had a puncture on our motorbike and they were intermediaries for us with the garage. New tyre ordered and fitted within 24 hrs. Thank you all xxx

L'unica cosa è la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Super-friendly staff, beautiful room, rooftop terrace really nice to have breakfast. Secure parking for our motorbike for 5 euros. Comfortable bed. Really good location, only 5 min walk to old town. Will come back to stay again.

Ubicación a 10 minutos andando de pleno centro Personal muy amable, desayuno y cena estupenda Destacar el trato de Hamid, nos recogió y llevó al aeropuerto, sin duda de los mejores que he conocido Deseando volver y coincidir con todos ellos

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Location was very good, not in the Medina, but very close. Breakfast was excellent! They also have a nice roof terrace, which we could only partially enjoy because of the rain, but I can imagine how lovely it is on sunny days. They have parking that super convinient while traveling by car.
Everything was good, we enjoyed our stay!

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad..Requiere reformas , muy usado, necesita puesta a punto y las zonas comunes son anticuadas. No está a la altura del resto de riads de nuestro viaje y no justifica su precio

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Расположение в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от Медины, от автовокзала 5 минут на такси( ибо в горку и вечером), тепло, очень доброжелательный персонал, утром оставили багаж, чтоб погулять - бесплатно)) Прекрасная терраса, можно заказать пиццу на обед, через дорогу местная кафешка.. - дëшево-сердито)))
