L’accès à l’hébergement est très facile et il est simple de se garer. L’appartement est très propre, la literie est confortable et l’endroit est vraiment calme. Tout est facilement accessible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Aangezien jullie werken met en kuisploeg toch even zelf gaan checken. Heel veel kalk in badkamer en WC wasbakje waardoor.

Mooi appartement met goede ligging om fietstochten te doen. Voorzien van alle luxe. Parkeren voor de deur. Er is een tv in de living en 1 in de slaapkamer. Zeer goede bedden, ruime kast om kledij op te bergen.. Badkamer: grote spiegel, veel opbergruimte in de lades, dubbele lavabo, ruime douche en sauna. Keuken.voorzien van vaatwasmachine,, waterkoker, koffieapparaat, kookvuur. Bestek, borden en.pannen...

Men kon geen raam openen om te verluchten. Men kon enkel de deur laten.openstaan. En de kerk die elk uur de klokken.luidt.

Het benedenappartement bevind zich in een appartenmentenblok ( nieuw/modern) met aan de voorkant de kerk op korte afstand en een plein voor de deur. Het appartement was erg netjes en schoon, modern en goed ingericht. Redelijk goeie bedden ( we zijn best kritisch op dat punt) maar kraakt wel wat. Alles aanwezig, zo ook koffiecups, suiker, melk, water in de koelkast. Geen vriezer in de koelkast en de douche is even wat uitgezoek met al die opties. Sauna werkt prima. Zeer rustig dorp, toevallig was er net een klein feest op het plein met kraampjes en muziek. Wij vonden dit erg leuk maar normaal is het er doodstil. Paar minuten lopen naar de maas. Keo's restaurant is top! Erg fijn zitten met leuke dieren achter het terras( geiten, alpaca en ezels) en lekker eten en goeie ijsscoupes! Ook rio is een goeie plek in het dorp om wat te eten en te drinken. Geen supermarkt, 5 min rijden met de auto in volgend dorp.

Lastige douche werking en licht krakende bedden. Het rook erg naar eten in het appartement. Na luchten was dit wel wat weg. Geen vriezer, maar dat is maar net of je dat nodig hebt.

Mooi compleet appartement in een rustige buurt. Alles is aanwezig. De bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. Er zijn handdoeken aanwezig, evenals een keuken en theedoek. Er staan koffie en thee. Er is een apart toilet. De airco op de slaapkamer was erg prettig. Het is fijn dat er een groenstrook voor het huis ligt, zodat wij makkelijk de hond konden uitlaten. Vanaf het appartement kun je makkelijk fietsroutes maken. Met het pontje oversteken is altijd leuk.( In juli en augustus dagelijks)

Het is er erg rustig. Als je iets meer vertier zoekt met terrasjes of uitgaan,vind je het misschien te rustig.

Appartement sehr Modern und top ausgestattet. Nett eingerichtet Sogar eine Sauna, haben wir nicht genutzt. Alles da was man braucht. Ein und auschecken problemlos.

Die Matratzen im Bett oder das Bett könnten erneuert werden. sehr durch.. hab die Matzratze rumgedreht. Dann ging es einigermaßen. Wirklich das einzige was wir bemängeln können.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, heel schoon en in een rustige omgeving. Met een verassend restaurant op loopafstand.

Die Unterkunft war toll gelegen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Spaziergänge sowie Joggingrunden wurden an der Maas gedreht. Der Saunagang am Abend hat den Tag immer abgerundet.

Van alle gemakken voorzien , heerlijk bed , heel schoon , locatie lekker rustig , parkeren voor de deur uitstekend

De ligging van het appartement was lekker rustig goed om de drukke stad even te ontvluchten.

De opening van de sauna zat bij de kolen. Bij het verlaten van de sauna brandde ik me aan de kolenhouder. De opening had beter aan de andere kant kunnen zijn.

Alles was oké

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht . Die Lage an der Maas und am Naturschutzgebiet ist schön .

Das einzige war wir negativ hatten war , dass wir mit dem Fahrrad aus Deutschland gefahren sind und mit der Fähre nach Uikhoven fahren sollten . Die Fähre ist aber Freitag nicht gefahren und wir müssten zurückfahren um über die Brücke zu fahren . Das hat uns zusätzliche 12 Kilometer gekostet. Hört sich nicht nach viel an, Aber wir hatten schon 92 Kilometer mit Gegenwind. Aber wir haben es geschafft

Très jolie location, extrêmement propre, bien située, au calme, avec de l'espace. L'arrivée est parfaite, grâce au code fourni et toutes les indications.

Seul petit défaut: le chauffage réglé à 21° par défaut, sans possibilité de le baisser, c'était un peu chaud pour nous, il nous a fallut ouvrir les fenêtres ou mettre un peu la climatisation.

Een erg mooi appartement met fijne bedden en een sauna en stoomcabine, erg prettig.

Endroit calme et au rez-de-chaussée, acceptant mon chien. Propre.

Le manque de discrétion par rapport à la rue en journée, les tentures !noires!!! pour pouvoir être chez soi ( de simples rideaux ou une opacité des carreaux suffirait), la température basse pour laquelle nous avons dû faire appel deux fois au propriétaire, la douche limitée à une température tiède et n’offrant pas les fonctions attendues, et en fonction de tout cela… nous n’avons pas profité du sauna étant donné que la T* était presque froide dans l’appartement! Les tentures noires donnent en plus une atmosphère de funérarium que nous n’avons pas appréciée.

De luxe, de warmte, de mogelijkheden binnen, alle privé. Je kunt er koken, sauna, tv's. Rust. Gezellig ingericht. Veel natuur in de omgeving om op pad te gaan. Al met al ben ik zeer tevreden.

Er staat beschreven dat de accomodatie geluidsdicht is, maar dat vond ik tegenvallen. Zowel de geluiden in het complex waren goed te horen, als ook geluid van buiten. De ramen houden in elk geval weinig geluid tegen van buiten. Ik was er door vuurwerkvlucht voor mijn hond. Met zijn 2en zaten we gezellig in de badkamer in de vuurwerkpiek. Muziek op de telefoon aan en hond is daarmeer zeer relaxed gebleven dit jaar.

Het is een prachtig modern appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Inclusief sauna voor de liefhebber. Goed bed, met tv en airconditioning op de slaapkamer.

Erg mooi appartement, zeer schoon en makkelijk contact met eigenaar.

Het was erg gehorig. Niet alleen de kerkklok die zelfs snachts ieder uur luidde, maar helaas ook luidruchtige buren.

Me gustó la comodidad de los muebles, sillas, cama y ducha

Falta de privacidad ( hay dos puertas que conectan con otros inquilinos o dueños y no sentimos privacidad ni tranquilidad porque desde muy temprano estuvieron o lavando o limpiando y moviendo cosas generando mucho ruido un día domingo. No descansamos mucho .

Het geluidoverlast, hangjongeren met scooters en de bovenburen hadden een "feestje"

Een aangenaam verblijf in een rustige omgeving! Mooi vakantie appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt! Héél netjes en verzorgd! Zalige sauna en stoomdouche! We hebben ervan genoten! Tot nog eens !

Tip: voor de ramen in de slaapkamer en woonkamer extra gordijnen of dergelijke voorzien die licht toelaten , méér privacy zo ;-)

Beautifully clean, well finished, good facilities, good parking and good communication and help from the host. Thoroughly recommend Dre’s Fritestop and Keo’s restaurant in the village too. Wonderful food and staff.

Hele mooie schone accommodatie, alles perfect gaan zeker een keer terug

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und reibungslos. Der Ort Uikhoven ist sehr ruhig, für Entspannung sehr geeignet. Die Nähe nach Maastricht ist super. Uns hat der Aufenthalt im De Konik sehr gut gefallen und wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

De Konik appartment is located approximately 16 km from Maastricht, in a quiet area. Nearby are bicycle paths and a national park. The nearby town of Rekem offers restaurants serving delicious breakfasts and dinners. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay, the ability to prepare meals yourself. The bathroom is very well equipped, towels and a hairdryer are available, there is even a sauna. It feels like home. Free parking is available right next to the building.

Very nice property in a very quiet and beautiful place. If you want to have some calm vacations i would totally recommend. Sauna was a great add-on, and all appliances were there

You need car or bike and a bit of a small trip to find shops/super markets etc. Wasn't a problem for me though but i understand it could be for some people

Everything was good! Accidentally we visited during carnaval so the usually quiet neighborhood was loudly celebrating. It was all good though, we could still sleep, the windows are good noise-isolated. The sauna is priceless. Access was very easy, parking in front of the property, grocery shops nearby, nice view from the embankment, Maastricht and national park hiking area within 15 minutes by car, good cycle paths. I'd recommend it for a weekend getaway.

I had some difficulties figuring out the shower :D but that's on me. We left there salt and pepper - those were the only items missing, everything else was perfect.

Very cosy and comfortable appartement - parking in front of the door, sauna in the bathroom, comfortable bed, your own little kitchen, I didn’t need anything more!

Location not that far from the centrum of Maastricht. Quiet area near a church; just across the border in Belgium. Entering the apt/house through use of a code, no hassle with keys.

Because entering the apt/house was with a code, there was no way to lock the door in the evening. Sense of safety could be elevated when you would have to option to lock the door at night. The shower was outdated, could use some TLC if you compare it to all the light fixtures and sauna option that was available.

Very nice and cosy place above our expectations. Everything was provided, from towels, to bed sheets, coffee and even some cool water in the fridge. Very quiet neighborhood and by car everything worth seeing is maximum 30 mins away.

It really was a great stay, beautifull luxury appartement at a nice location. The crazy shower, sauna and gadgets were awesome! You can enter the appartment with a code which was nice. 10min walk and you could take the (free) boat to the other side of the river for a great long walk with the dogs. I should have stayed a day longer :) Great restaurants nearby.

The apartment was pretty noisy, you could hear everything from the other appartement and the people above us were doing musical chairs I think ;)

Close to Maastricht but away from the tourists, very easy to store bikes inside the apartment ( a major consideration in a larger city) & car parking outside. The apartment has some very stylish touches, and even a sauna in the bathroom. A free ferry across the nearby river is very convenient.
