Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Die Lage, direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr vollgestellt, so hatten wir genug Platz für ein Luftbett.
Das Sofa eignet sich nur für eine Person zum schlafen, da der vordere Teil sehr hart ist. Leider etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr im Schrank. Die Dichtung der Duschwand ist nicht dicht, so dass das Wasser rausläuft und für eine Überschwemmung sorgt.

Området är inte det charmigaste med en riktigt trist camping som närmaste granne. Usel restaurang i anslutning till boendet med halvfabrikat och löjliga priser!

No sheets, no towels, no TV, no A/C or fan. Asa the owner was as greedy as it gets and came to my room drunk with her drunk husband because I requested sheets and towels and asked how could charge so much money and didn’t provide TV or A/C or fan etc. Asa is a very bad hotel owner/operator and should not be in business! I’m not a Swedish lamb excepting anything just because there is sun and a beach.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2023Great location, practically on the beach. Modern, spacious apartment. Big bathroom. Restaurants close by. There is a pier in the sea with a bar and live music (only during the season and with good weather we think). The sea does not get very deep for quite a while, which is nice for kids.
The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable for 2 teenagers/adults, the side that folds out is too hard. For one person it is fine for a couple of nights. The shower needed maintenance. Spider webs here and there, not a showstopper but a thorough cleaning once in a while would be a good idea.

We were 4 adults in a small space, 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa. Picnic table on porch overlooking the beach. Restaurants with live musik, family friendly.
Can get a bit loud in evenings. Midnight noise curfew helps.

The noise! It's next to a bar that plays music all day til gone 11pm and we went in the quiet season. Guessing it could be a bit of a party place, which would be great if you wanted that, but we were looking for a quiet beach break with our young kids (who need to sleep!). Also it is very expensive (coming from the UK). Bedding and towels were £80 extra. Cleaning is not included, so bit of pressure doing that when we were leaving.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2022Strandbaden Köpingsvik has a perfect location next to the sea and beach on the isle of Oland. It's only 4 km far away from the center of Borgholm. Our apartment had a good size, all necessary facilities for our vacation and it was in a good and clean condition. The ICA supermarket is very near, only 10 minutes by foot. The owners and operators were always kind and helpful. Anytime again.
