Ein Paradies im nirgendwo. Etwas schwierig zu finden, trotz Navi. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und waren die einzigen Gäste außerhalb der Saison. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und wir wurden mit leckerer Zitronenlimonade empfangen. Trotzdem es spät war konnten wir noch ein leckeres Abendessen bestellen und den Garten und Pool genießen. Wer Ruhe sucht und wunderbare Gastlichkeit ist hier genau richtig. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.

We had a great time here. Elyass and the team are the friendliest people. As soon as you go through the gate, you are in a green and lovely oasis, and you don't want to leave. Don't follow google maps for the last few 100meters, follow the arrows on the walls.

The guest house is very beautiful. You really get a homely feel, beds and linens are perfectly clean and the staff are so accommodating and friendly.

The location makes taxi organisation a bit tricky. But the staff are helpful and will connect you with local trusted driver

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Ilyasse. Cet endroit est un Paradis sur terre, calme et reposant. Nous avons été très touché par son accueil et sa gentillesse et la disponibilité de son équipe. Milles merci !

Lieu avec un magnifique jardin, très bien entretenu. La maison est vaste, une grande chambre haute de plafond, très agréable et bien meublée. Le lit est confortable. L'absence d'internet garantit le calme de ce lieu privilégié, éloigné de la ville. La nourriture est de qualité.

Omgeving heeft niets . Is echt een plek om ofwel op doorreis te verblijven en voor de rust n paar nachten te verblijven. Bij boeken ging ik ervan uit dat er wifi was. Stond op de site dat dit niet t geval was. Zou toch wel erg prettig zijn, gezien afgelegen plek.

Non è facile da trovare perchè bisogna fare un tratto (breve) di strada bianca e il bivii non è ben segnalato. Noi siamo arrivati che era buio e non l'abbiamo visto. Bisogna dire però che avendo telefonato alla struttura sono venuti a prenderci.

Les hôtes adorables, le superbe jardin, le très bon petit déjeuner, les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Ayant crevé un pneu la veille et roulant sur la roue de secours, les hôtes ont su me recommander un garage à côté et m’ont même gracieusement dépanné d’un pneu pour remplacer celui crevé.

We hadden deze accommodatie op basis van de reviews uitgekozen voor onze laatste nacht in Marokko. Doordat onze heenvlucht was gecanceled en we ons reisplan moesten omgooien, hebben we gevraagd of we 1 dag eerder al konden komen. Dit was geen probleem. Dus op donderdag om 15:00 uur bij de accommodatie gearriveerd voor 2 nachten, waarbij de tweede nacht al ruim vantevoren was geboekt. De donderdag was de eerste dag van de ramadan en blijkbaar was dit voor Elyass een heel groot probleem. Hij had geen energie en wij waren de laatste en enige gasten. Daarna ging de accommodatie dicht tot na de ramadan. Omdat we de volgende morgen al om 9:30 een tour in Marrakech hadden vroegen we of we om 8:00 uur konden ontbijten. Antwoord was: wat dachten wij wel, het was ramadan en dan moest hij vroeg zijn bed uit. Dat kon natuurlijk niet. Toen hij daarna nog begon over hoe wij dachten te betalen hebben wij onze koffers weer gepakt en zijn we weer vertrokken. Want zo ongastvrij hebben wij het nog nooit meegemaakt. We hebben geaccepteerd dat we nu voor niets hadden betaald, maar liever op een plek verblijven waar je je echt een gast voelt en geen ongewenste persoon. Bij de oorspronkelijke boeking had hij ons nooit moeten accepteren als werkelijk alles voor hem teveel was. Daarnaast goed te weten dat er geen wifi is en dat het 4g bereik ook slecht is. Helaas herkennen we ons dus niet in de voorgaande reviews

L'accueil par Elias est extraordinaire de gentillesse. Il est aux petits soins. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient très bons et très copieux. Endroit calme et belle propriété. Une seule nuit c'est trop peu.

Au calme, à 20 mn de Marrakech donc prévoir une voiture pour se sentir tout à fait libre. Quel plaisir au retour de l’agitation de Marrakech de se retrouver dans ce jardin paisible au bord de la piscine. La gentillesse, la disponibilité, l’efficacité d’’Elyass, sans limites. Il trouve toujours une solution ! La plus incroyable personne resources jamais rencontrée.

Nous avons adoré le calme de cet établissement et le professionnalisme d’Elyass, très à l’écoute et prêt à nous aider ! Nous avons dégusté un délicieux tajine fait maison et le petit déjeuner était très copieux! Un séjour parfait!

We truly enjoyed our short stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, the room was clean, and the peaceful morning atmosphere, with the garden, mountain views, and surrounding quiet — made it especially relaxing.

The direction from the road could be more visible, but we didn't have any issues reaching the place.

Our journey began the moment we left the main road. Driving deeper into the village felt like stepping back in time: shepherds with their flocks, villagers on bikes, and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains looming in the distance. But when Elyass opened the gate to Teacook, we were met with a stunning oasis. The grounds are a paradise of elegant stone paths, palm, olive, and lemon trees, and a lush vegetable garden surrounding a beautiful earthy villa and pool. The homemade lemonade upon arrival was the perfect, refreshing welcome. The rooms provide the comfort of a modern apartment: spacious, air-conditioned, and featuring excellent hot water. Yet they maintain a charming, authentic simplicity. The food was consistently delicious and prepared with obvious care; we were even provided a breakfast box for our early departure on the last day. However, the heart of this place is Elyass. He truly embodies Moroccan hospitality. Gentle, quiet, and possessing a great sense of humor, he is incredibly attentive to every detail. One night, he took us into the garden to hand-pick fresh herbs for an infusion, explaining each scent as we went. A moment that perfectly captured the essence of 'Teacook.' After three days, it didn't feel like a hotel stay; it felt like visiting a brother. We don’t want to set expectations too high for future guests because we wouldn't want to create even more work for Elyass! While it’s clear he loves what he does and gives his absolute best to make every guest happy, we hope he also finds more time for himself. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot imagine returning to Morocco without paying him a visit again!

Zeer gastvriendelijke mensen! Je wordt hartelijk verwelkomd en de riad ziet er fantastisch uit, hele mooie verzorgde tuin, overal zitjes, citroen/mandarijnen boomgaard, overheerlijke verse dadels en de lekkerste homemade lemonjuice ooit gedronken. De kamers zijn erg ruim, met zijn en een heerlijk bed.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt um etwas außerhalb von Marrakesch zu entspannen. Wir kamen spät abends an und wurden mit einer sehr leckeren hausgemachten Limo begrüßt (aus eigenen Limetten). "Elias" war sehr nett und super gastfreundlich. Er war der liebenswerteste Host den wir in Marokko kennen gelernt haben. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren super und auch sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Grundstück an sich ist unglaublich schön gestaltet. Alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen das Teacook auf jeden Fall weiter!

Beautiful garden with big pool. Friendly and attentive owner - do everything, you feel comfortable. Great breakfast with eggs prepared by your wish, fresh, crispy and warm breads, sweets, fresh juice.

Es sinceramente el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Marruecos a lo largo de nuestro viaje de 8 días y hemos estado en 6 hoteles. Elyass (el propietario) es una persona encantadora, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y atento a cada detalle para hacer que nuestra estancia en su hotel fuera lo más cómoda posible. El hotel tiene solo 4 o 5 habitaciones, lo cuál lo hace más agradable, pero una piscina y un jardín enorme y muy cuidados. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, con techos altos, el colchón super cómodo... Sinceramente todo fue perfecto y a solo 25 minutos de Marrakech, perfecto para volver al hotel y descansar lejos del ruido. Muchas gracias a Elyass, su personal y a Daisy por hacer nuestra estancia en Marrakech aún mejor.

Quel beau séjour à Teacook. Une adresse comme nous aimons, authentique car tenue par le propriétaire Elyas lui-même. Elyas, comme vous pouvez le lire dans les autres commentaires est d'une extrême gentillesse et vous fait vous sentir à l'aise immédiatement. Un lieu au calme, quelques chambres uniquement, un jardin des plus agréables avec piscine bien entretenus, joliment agrémenté sans être ostentatoire non plus. Petit bonus, production de dattes dans le jardin, que l'on peut lui acheter directement :)

A real oasis near to Marrakesh.

Lieu magique, hors de toutes cohues. Accueil chaleureux. Le propriétaire a été au petits soins pour nous. Une adresse exceptionnelle sur la route de Marrakech. Déjeuner excellent et copieux dans un magnifique jardin superbement entretenu. Chambres spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Literies très confortables.

Friendly staff, peaceful calm place with a beautiful garden! special like from me for the lemon juice (loved it!) and the hammock. Dogs that owners have are adorable. The breakfast was tasty (the best breakfast we’ve got in Morocco so far).

The only thing to make it better would be to do some small renovation for the bathroom. Still it didn’t impact my score (10), as the place is really nice! I would definitely come again.

It was our first location on our trip through Morocco (2 adults + 2 kids). We arrived relatively late and unfortunately had no internet, so we didn't receive any messages from the owner. We were the only guests and we could choose our rooms. The kids went for a swim in the pool, which was no problem despite our late arrival. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed, but we were able to eat the food we had brought with us on the terrace. The garden is beautifully and there were two small, friendly dogs for the kids to play with. The breakfast was delicious and all in all it was the ideal start to our trip.

Nothing to complain about the accommodation, but not so easy to find, especially when you arrive late (look for the coloured / red stone at the intersection....)

Wie haben das Hotel nicht gefunden und wurden von anderen Menschen in die falsche Richtung geschickt. Der Besitzer hat uns dann an der Strasse mir seinem Motorrad abgeholt. Er war sehr freundlich. Der Zitronensaft war erfrischend und wir durften einen Granatapfel aus seinem Garten probieren. Auf Anfrage konnten wir sogar dort zu Abendessen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Frühstück reichhaltig und auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.

We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaar die er alles aan deed om ons thuis te laten voelen. Er is heerlijk voor ons gekookt en de omgeving is prachtig (verwacht je niet als je er naar toe rijdt) en rustgevend. Kamer was modern, schoon en comfortabel dus ik zou hier zeker weer komen.

Très bel endroit, cadre superbe, belle piscine, très bon petit dejeuner et un très bon accueil. Tout était parfait!

Notre hôte Ilyas est sympathique, serviable et toujours disponible. L'établissement était conforme à la description et bien au-delà de nos attentes : grande piscine, grand jardin et un potager. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux ainsi que d'autres plats marocains préparés sur notre demande. Bref. tout était au top et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y reviendrons à coup sûr.

Teacook is a haven of peace. It was a pleasure to stay there. The building is quite uniquely laid out and there is a perfect balance of luxurious relaxation, with pool and all, and a connectedness to the land with veggie gardens, chooks, fruit tree orchard woven into the beautifully maintained grounds. We went for a walk outside the gates through the surrounding fields with faint views of the Atlas peaks. Our host was kind and attentive. The dinner and complementary breakfast were exquisite. Beds large and super comfy. All in all, one of our best stays in Morocco!

Although it was mentioned in the description, I missed that there was no internet at the property, Luckily our host provided his phone for us to hotspot to enable forward planning for our ongoing travels.

Breakfast was basic but fine, plain omelette and bread and cakes daily, and fruit for my wife as she's a strict vegetarian. Cereals would've been appreciated.

The guest house is located before Marrakech, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The property highlight is undoubtedly the gorgeous garden with a swimming pool. It is a safe haven of nature, peace, and serenity. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and inviting. We thoroughly relished a delicious and generous dinner and breakfast thanks to the owner who's a consummate host. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

The guest house is pretty hard to find even with a GPS but our host came to our rescue fairly quickly.

First of all I have to say I will definitely go to this lovely place again when I have the chance to go to Marrakech. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing environment. The owner Elyass really made my stay there unforgettable. Breakfast and dinner were beyond my expectations! Thanks again Elyass for everything! 🙏🙏

It’s like a paradise! The garden, the pool, the dog! Everything is awesome! Our room was spacious and clean and the access directly from our room to the garden where we had our breakfast was the best part! Our host was amazing and we enjoyed every second of it! Thank you so much and we’ll be definitely back!! ❤️

The apartment is close to marrakesch (30 min) but also super quiet. That's why we booked it. The garden is very spacious and nice.you can relax there for sure. Breakfast was good and Elias got us Mandarins and Dates from his own garden and we got the best citrus lemonade made of his own lemons. He even washed our car and tried to do everything to make sure we have a good time. Daisy, the dog, is super cute as well

The house is very big and I think the inside needs a bit more design as it does not feel very comfy. The rooms are OK, but also very ikea standard. As the rooms are facing the garden, you don't really have a lot of privacy. Also the WiFi is not very stable and there is no good service to use mobile data.

Food ,staff calm and decoration

Quiet and beautiful garden location, with grass, palm trees and olive trees. The owner was most accommodating, offered us a warm snack even though we arrived very late. Little paradise out of marrakesh.

The location (close enough to Marrakech if you have a car but far enough away to be able to relax), The grounds are beautiful (well maintained with interesting animals (chickens, peacocks, geese and Daisy the dog) and a well maintained swimming pool, the staff were very welcoming and helpful

entry and exit is controlled by staff (would be better if guests could come and go as they please), drinks are restricted to staff preparing them (I prefer to have a kettle and be able to prepare drinks whenever I feel)

He told me he owned the place for 15 years and it just shows – We spontaneously stayed for another night because we enjoyed our stay so much

– Water pressure is minimal – WiFi comes from a satellite dish and is comparable to the water pressure

First ever booking in Morocco, but honestly, the one we liked the most after 6 days. Really nice garden, large room, good pool and most of all.. big heart of the owner, who did everything for us in order to feel at home in our first night in this country. We would come again here for sure!

What an amazing place to stay with lovely host and a cute dog (daisy). Elyass and his friends went over and above to make us feel home and provide and excellent quality stay. Location is soo amazing that I would love to just come here and spend several says for relaxation. Huge garden, beautiful farm and lot of things in the nature to appreciate and enjoy. I and my wife had a very relaxing 2 days here. Elyass is also an excellent cook, he made the best Vegetarian tagine we ever had, fresh lime juice from the garden and super delicious dates that too from his farm. Everyone should just visit this place for some relaxation, good food and a beautiful pool 😍
