Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, die Hauseinfahrt ist mit allerlei Gerümpel überstellt. Die Gastgeberin war ziemlich wortkarg. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett war nicht bequem (dünne Matratze). Von 22.00 - 07.30 gab es kein Wasser?

Majitelka nebola v lokalite a cakali sme hodinu vonku. Ale ospravedlnila sa nam, ked prisla. Kupelna mala byt sukromna, ale bola cez chodbu. V izbe nam behali po zemi a posteli mravce. Vonku v arealu bolo asi vsetko od mopu, vysavacov cez stavebnu sut.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La camera nella quale abbiamo soggiornato e il bagno privato in camera a nostra disposizione, erano molto puliti e il bianco delle pareti della stanza era stato rinnovato da poco. Peccato che non ci sia stata nessuna pulizia della camera in 4 giorni e nuovi asciugamani. Forse era necessario richiederli, normalmente è il contrario. Ottima la presenza del parcheggio davanti alla struttura e non in strada. Host gentile ma sembrava oberato dal lavoro, correva da una parte all'altra comparendo e scomparendo alla nostra vista. Difficile da intercettare.
Perecchie cose. 1) Appena arrivati presso la struttura, pur avendo avvisato dell'ora dei nostro arrivo, la camera non era pronta. L'Host, materializzatosi dopo qualche minuto, correndo avanti e indietro cercando di connettersi con un tablet, ci è parso preso come alla sprovvista. Scusandosi, ci ha chiesto di ripassare mezzora dopo in quanto la nostra camera non era pronta. Ritornati più di un'ora dopo dalla spiaggia che dista 1- 1.7km, non era ancora pronta. Totale tempo di attesa: 1 ora e 20 minuti. 2) Nell'area recintata della struttura, vi sono una quantità impressionante di oggetti abbandonati. A tratti sembrava di essere da un meccanico, visto che c'era un'auto sui blocchi con le ruote smontate in attesa dei ricambi (per tutti i 4 giorni della nostra permaneza..) ma anche da un demolitore.. dato che c'erano un paio di auto che sembravano abbandonate. Tutto intorno al parcheggio, una marea di oggetti arrugginiti, vasi vuoti, pezzi di ricambio usati di vario genere e provenienza. Sembrava di essere da un robivecchi, o una casa di un accumulatore seriale. Tra le cose più strane, due betoniere fatte a pezzi, sabbia, reti letto, contenitori rotti, coni segnalazione stradale, un paio di frighoriferi arrigginiti senza porta anteriore... Non un bello spettacolo. 3) Entrando dentro la struttura, sembrava di entrare nella casa della vecchia zia che tutti noi abbiamo, amante dell'ucinetto tanto da farne quadretti e portachiavi. Disordine ovunque. 4) ci sono stanze magazzino con pile di federe/ascugamani impilati ovunque non so se puliti o da lavare 5) Stanza. Piccola, federe pulite ma in fantasia, le mie erano gialle e quelle della mia compagna rosa.. e pur avendo detto di essere una coppia, letti separati. Micro frigo. rubinettria cromata per doccia e nera per lavabo... Mobili economici e di recupero, senza il balcone promesso 6) Cucina. Presenza di muffa su una parete, non mi ha dato la senzazione che fosse pulita.

Es hat extrem muffig gerochen, die Betten waren sehr einfach, schlechte Matratzen. Die Eingangstüren sind nachts offen und das gesamte Gelände ist offen. Teilweise ist Bargeld aus dem verschlossenen Zimmer verschwunden. Der Betreiber ist sehr unheimlich.

Det kan IKKE anbefales ( og slet ikke til solo-rejsende kvinder). Det levede slet ikke op til prisniveauet og mine forventninger. Det var uhumsk og lugt af mug og råd. Værten virkede mistænkelig. Jeg mistede alle mine kontanter - og der var kun værten og mig. Jeg turde ikke blive på stedet efter den oplevelse.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The room was clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. The location was convenient, with both the beach and the town within easy walking distance.
At the scheduled check-in time we were unable to contact the host by using Booking and pvt message, and only after making two phone calls did we receive a response. As a result, we got access to our room about 45 minutes late. There were also a couple of differences compared to the listing. We had booked a room with a double bed, but instead found two single beds. The description also mentioned a balcony, which was not available.

Der große Hof vor dem Haus sieht aus wie ein alter Materialplatz mit allerlei Werkstoffen, Sandhaufen, 2 aufgebockte alte Autos, etc. Die Zimmer im Haus sind aber ok. Recht schlicht möbliert, mit Bad überm Flur. Sauber. Alles da. Kaffee gab es leider nicht. Der Hausherr war schlecht zu erreichen. Auf Anruf oder WhatsApp reagierte er nicht.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Weinig vriendelijke eigenaresse, moest 1.15 uur wachten voor ik naar binnen kon. Alles is erg gedateerd en niet zo schoon. Daar tijdens mijn verblijf niemand gezien of gesproken. Buitenruimte lijkt op ijzerhandel met veel rommel, kooien met ratjes en rondlopende poezen. Omgeving en kamer voelde niet aangenaam
Vrijwel alles, ik had voor die prijs wat beters verwacht

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Would have been OK if half the price, but at 100 Euros was most expensive stop on fisherman's Trail, but worse place we stayed. Paid 70 euros the night before for great place with pool and breakfast.
Had to wait with all other guests on arrival as none of the rooms were ready. Sofa bed in apartment was very old and uncomfortable.

The owner was overwhelmed by cleaning the rooms and keeping the place in a good condition. It was after the official check in time when I and other guests arrived, but the rooms weren't ready. We had to wait more than an hour until we could finally get into our rooms. Also warn water was fist available when we asked for him to change the system from solar to gas.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Top Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand. Großer Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Kleine Veranda am Zimmer. Modernes Bad. Schneller Check-In und Check-Out.
Das Bad war von unserem Zimmer seperat getrennt. Man musste immer erstmal durch einen Flur laufen, in dem auch andere Gäste waren. Stand jedoch nicht so in der Beschreibung. Die Veranda war mit den anderen Zimmern verbunden, weshalb man diese nicht für sich alleine hatte.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025Imaginez-vous d'aller dans la villa de vos grands-parents : les meubles sont un peu vieillots, la déco pas tendance, mais tout est propre et conçu pour être pratique. Vous ne manquerez de rien. Même sans climatisation, nous avons eu frais dans les chambres. La plage est à un quart d'heure de marche et le village à 10 minutes.
Quelques soucis de communication: l'hôte est très occupé et ne répond pas rapidement aux messages, donc il vaut mieux anticiper.
