Las camas un poco rústicas y colchón duro… no hay TV en la habitación, que aunque es un lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar, en mi caso debía quedarme en la habitación por difícil movilidad (muletas). De resto todo muy satisfactorio

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Für uns war die Lage mit dem Blick auf die Berge einfach traumhaft. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Die Hosts haben uns in jeglichen Belangen super geholfen und waren sehr nett und immer bemüht. Zu Fuß kann man in 10-15 Min ins Dorf gehen. Dort haben wir uns auch sicher gefühlt (abends waren wir nicht unterwegs).
Das Wasser aus dem Hahn ist braun und daher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Hosts sagten, dass es aber dennoch sauber sei.

Podría haber sido mejor el wifi, porque aunque iba con roaming, la señal era débil y se habría agradecido disponer de mejor señal de wifi

Llegamos tarde por una dificultad en carretera y nos esperaron tranquilamente, nos dio mucha confianza eso de saber que puedes llegar a un sitio y tienes quién te reciba. Es a menos de un kilómetro del parque principal, ideal para alejarte del movimiento propio de la zona urbana. Vista espectacular. Los anfitriones nos dieron muchas indicaciones turísticas. El desayuno es espectacular

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Al estar un poco alejada de la ciudad, el silencio permite apreciar de la naturaleza. Se disfruta mucho el ambiente y el lugar en general. La atención es bastante cercana y familiar, lo cual facilita la gestión a cualquier petición que sea realizada.
Ubicar el lugar es un poco dificil, dado que el acceso no se encuentra bien iluminado y señalizado. Se agradecería mejorar las indicaciones para llegar o iluminar de manera adecuada la entrada junto a la carretera.

En el hotel me encanto todo, como recomendación en general independientemente del hotel donde te hospedes al llegar al pueblo de San agustín, no atiendas a personas que te ofrecen ayuda turística diciendo que trabajan con la alcaldía y quieren brindarte ayuda turística para no ser estafados, pero en realidad ellos quieren cobrarte más , generalmete estan listos a abordarte tampronto te bajas en el pueblo,no les prestes atención y solo pide yuda turística en el hotel,como nosotros don dago nos brindo toda su ayuda

De douche was koud, dat is niet erg als het erg warm is, maar het was buiten ook best koud. Verder waren er geen kleine lichtjes bij het bed en geen kastjes voor kleren of iets dergelijks. Dat zou de kamer nog fijner hebben gemaakt. En als een kamergenoot een grote boodschap moet doen dan moet de ander buiten gaan zitten tot de geur weg is, want de badkamer is open van boven. 😀 Maar al met al prima prijs kwaliteit!

Reviewed Apr 9, 2025Bestes Preisleistungsverhaeltnis in Kolumbien fuer mich. Ich bin seit 8 Wochen unterwegs. Wenn man TV und Telefon nicht vermisst und gerne aus dem Bett in die Landschaft schaut ist es hier ideal. Vom Balkon die Voegel, die Landschaft und die Sterne betrachten war immer wieder eine Bereicherung. Das Fruehstueck war sehr lecker. Die Menschen sehr warmherzig und mit viel Kenntnis der Region und Informationen zu Transport und Touren. Trotz Tourismus erscheint mir San Agustin noch intact. Die meisten Hotels und Restaurant liegen ausserhalb und die Innenstadt ist der Neuen Welle des Kolonialismus noch nicht zum Opfer gefallen. Das historische Erbe und die Begegnungen mit Menschen gehoeren fuer mich zu den schoensten Erlebnissen in Kolumbien.

Die zwei Betten standen zu eng im Schlafzimmer und hatten am Bettrahmen einen ungewöhnlichen Vorsprung. Leider habe ich mir dort eine Platzwunde zugezogen (trotz Abdeckung), die jetzt noch aufwendig operativ in Deutschland behandelt werden muss.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025De stilte, de rust en het prachtige uitzicht. De uitbaters zijn bijzonder sympathieke mensen en Adele verstaat de kunst om je in de watten te leggen. Ik heb mij hier echt thuis gevoeld en mijn verblijf meerdere keren verlengd.
De eerste twee dagen was er geen warm water, maar dat probleem werd opgelost en nadien kon ik een krachtige en echt warme douche nemen. Vermits het een eindje stappen is naar goede restaurants, zou het prettig zijn mocht de gemeenschappelijke keuken beter uitgerust zijn, zodat je zelf iets klaar kan maken.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025We had the best time! The cabaña feels super luxurious with it's view and hot tub - we felt so relaxed. The price is also very reasonable. The entire family looked after us so well, getting our lost luggage back from Bogota and organising all of our tours, including an amazing afternoon on horseback. Breakfasts were super tasty and we were also able to get laundry done which was very helpful.
Be prepared for a decent walk back up the hill from town that is quite badly lit at night. But you wouldn't get the view without the hill ;)

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Staff really friendly. Helped us plan our stay in San Agustin really well. Pretty and clean place. Nice view.
Bed not against a wall, no headrest. No shower head. Water temperature was really temperamental, always changing. Got dangerously scalding too. Location is a ~10 minute walk from town, up a decent hill, felt a little bit dangerous walking with all the traffic, not pedestrian friendly road.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025A huge room upstairs with a balcony and amazing views! Nice and quiet, clean, comfortable beds. Very kind owners (only Spanish). You can buy local coffee here. There is a really nice local restaurant closeby.
