Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nous n'avons pas été loges dans l'hôtel choisi mais dans un gîte, certes luxueux., mais éloigné de tout restaurant et de lieu pour le petit déjeuner. Nous étions loges à 2ou 3 km de l'hôtel choisi sur votre site alors que nous sommes des pelerins et.qur je ne pouvais faire faire à mon mari fatigué des ksms en plus. Je vous demande bien.vouloir enquêtersur cet hôtel. Cordialement à vous.

Accueil très froid et manque de sourire de la part du patron qui tient également le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel. Dommage car autrement cela serait parfait.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Nice room with a huge sliding door onto a balcony, where I was able to air-dry a shirt for the afternoon; I had a “Family Room” as it was only one left available, so for just one person, was spacious.
Bathroom had aged pink porcelain fixtures and a slight musty smell, but was comfortably cleaned and elegant, but somewhat poorly lit. Location is slightly away from other shops, but a reasonable walk. Venue had a cafe, but was closed unless you knocked to gain entry - I wanted to buy cold beverages. The venue had an event that lasted until approximately midnight, which was a bit noisy; after that, was peaceful.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Sehr günstige, aber durchaus komfortable Unterkunft. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Badewanne. Der Preis war unschlagbar günstig. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch das Essen im zugehörigen Restaurant war sehr gut und ebenso in einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Direkt am Camino, gut zu erreichen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The room I had was a little tired and definitely could definitely benefit from renovation. My stay was a Sunday and I had to wait for an hour past the nominated time, felt like it was an imposition to check in.

The room absolutely smelt and it was though the plumbing was blocked and the smell permeated the room I actually just left and stayed somewhere else Didn't bother complaining because the host didn't speak a word of English

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026First, Booking.com has the wrong address and very poor directions to the facility. I was lucky to find a group of women who showed me where the place was, or I could have been wandering around for the afternoon. After a long day on the Camino, the last thing a person needs is to have to guess where their bed is. Once I arrived, the man who answered the door was rude and not very helpful. Did not tell me how to get back in once I went out. Was very rude throughout the whole interaction. A very unpleasant interaction and stay.
Everything. There is a renovation to the building, and workers were in the rooms with the Pilgrims. Not very quiet a stay. Being rude to after a long day of walking.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Me sorprendió positivamente. La habitación estaba remodelada a nuevo (mucho mejor que las que se muestran en las fotos de Booking), y no le faltaba ningún detalle. Aire acondicionado, baño amplio con bidet, balcón con mesa y sillas y patio para guardar la bicicleta. El residencial tiene un restaurante de buen nivel en el que cené de maravilla. Muy recomendable

Reviewed May 30, 2026Im Vorfeld gab es eine Kommunikation das an dem Tag der Übernachtung eine Feier stattfinden soll. Dies wurde dann berichtigt man habe sich im Datum geirrt. Bei der Ankunft unfreundlich empfangen! Wie sich dann später herausstellte gab es doch diese Feier bis morgens um 3 mit lauter Musik! Hätte die freundliche mitarbeitende nicht darauf geachtet, dass mir der“Chef „ einen falschen Schlüssel mitgegeben hat wäre ich nicht mal mehr ins Haus gekommen. Am nächsten Tag versuchte ich mit dem Chef zu reden aber es gab keinerlei Reaktion und auch keine Entschuldigung! Würde ich niemanden empfehlen!!!

The reason it doesn’t have higher scores is because the room smelled like a sewer when I went in. I was able to clear out the smell by opening the balcony door and closing the bathroom door. The bathroom smelled really horrible with the door closed but it kept the smell out of the main room. When showering, I had to leave the door open to get the smell out. I left the balcony door partially open all night.

Het was er heel koud en alles was klam vh vocht. Het voelde niet schoon (was het misschien wel). Mijn kamerdeur kon niet op slot. Gaf n onveilig gevoel.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Para quem está a fazer a "Rota das Carmelitas", pela variante de Alvaiázere ou o "Caminho de Santiago" este alojamento fica próximo de ambas as rotas. Alguns quartos estão renovados e bem decorados. Apesar de outros quartos serem mais antigos, não deixam de ter boas condições. Relação qualidade/preço é excelente. No rés-do-chão existe um restaurante com boa comida.
