The property is lovely! The owners Eddy and Emanuela were super nice and helpful at any time of the day, happy to answer all questions about the property and the area. Had the best dinners on the balcony with the most breathtaking views. Room was spacious and super cute decorated. Didn’t have AC but the fan was 10/10! The pool area is gorgeous, shared with other guests but most of the time empty. Would stay here again. Amazing location in middle of the south coast makes it easy to reach all the locations by car easily.

A bit out of the centre you need a car to travel around from here but you need a car to visit most places in Madeira.

The most beatable thing of the property is the room with an incredible view. It was such a good thing to wake up looking at the ocean every morning. Another thing I would especially mention is the location! Traveling from one side of the island to another made us think that this location of the property is the best in terms of the weather - each day it was super sunny with incredible sunset every night while in other parts of the island you could end up in a quite bad weather. The couple who hosted us was very kind people. We had a good chat with them and we wish all the best to these great people ❤️

Angesichts der bislang sehr, sehr positiven Bewertungen von Bluegreen haben wir offenbar eine Art Notfallzimmer bekommen: Unser Zimmer war nicht im ganzen abschließbar, sodass das Bad auch von Handwerkern genutzt wurde - und das nur 3min nachdem uns der Gastgeber mitgeteilt hat, dass dies alles unser privater Bereich sei. Beim Verlassen des "privaten" Bereiches ist Bad und Vorraum nicht von außen absperrbar, wodurch wir keine persönlichen Gegenstände im Bad lassen konnten / wollten. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, Gespräche im Hausflur waren, als würden die Personen in unserem Zimmer stehen und das Aufsperren anderer Zimmer war so laut, dass wir dachten, es käme jemand bei uns herein. Die Küche, die angegeben ist und bei der auch der Kühlschrank steht, ist nur erreichbar, wenn man einmal das Haus komplett verlässt und über eine Außentreppe auf die Veranda des Gastgebers kommt. Ohne jeglichen Sonnenschutz ist man dort von mittags bis abends der Sonne ausgesetzt. Durch diese beiden Faktoren (Bad und Küche) fühlten wir uns grob durch die Informationen auf booking.com getäuscht, sodass wir sogar ernsthaft überlegt haben spontan eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla struttura che non mancava di nulla, la piscina pulitissima e con una vista sull'oceano rilassante. Ma soprattutto l'accoglienza, la simpatia e la compagnia di Eddy e Manuela. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa, ci hanno dato dei consigli sul posto e soprattutto ci è piaciuto tanto chiacchierare un po con loro raccontandoci un po di vita. Persone bellissime e simpaticissime!

Casa molto bella e pulita, panorama meravigliosa, ottima posizione ad Arco de Calheta, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Bella piscina a disposizione dei ospiti. Tutto perfetto.

De ontvangst door de gastheer en gastvrouw was super hartelijk. En het was ontzettend schoon. Lekker zwembad waar we nog een keer in zijn geweest. Het uitzicht op de bananen was echt prachtig. En als je de kamer verlies kwam je aan het einde van de middag terug in een kamer met opgemaakt bed en alle thee en koffie faciliteiten waren weer aangevuld. We bevelen het iedereen aan

Tout était parfait! Normalement je ne laisse jamais d'avis mais là je le fais avec plaisir! Endroit vraiment superbe, calme, très bien agencé et Eddy notre hôte était d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande efficacité. Si nous devons revenir à Madère, nous viendrons chez eux, c'est certain!

BlueGreen is a special place where we would have loved to stay longer than just 3 nights! Arco de Calheta is a bit less convenient without a car, but it is a less touristy place that is definitely worth staying in. We managed to get around by Uber and Bolt both for shopping in Calheta and for the hikes we did in the northwest of the island. The owners are wonderful people, the rooms are beautiful and tastefully designed, and the view is stunning. We stayed in the small room, whose downside is that it has only a small outdoor kitchen. We would recommend the larger room with a balcony, which also includes a kitchenette. Since restaurants and shops in Arco de Calheta are not so easy to reach, it is important to have a place where you can prepare a quick meal. In the future, it would be a big plus if the owners could also offer breakfast. We enjoyed every day here, and we highly recommend this accommodation!

Alles! Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort, die Unterkunft ist wirklich super schön, wir hatten das Zimmer zur Seite mit Blick auf die Bananenplantage und das Meer, waren in dem tollen Salzwasserpool und haben die schöne Innenausstattung genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit.

Wenn es jetzt noch ein Outdoor Frühstück gäbe, wäre dieser Platz ein wahres Juwel :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. The view was absolutely beautiful, and it was so приятно just to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A special thank you to the owners - they were incredibly kind, attentive, and hospitable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We also want to mention the cleanliness: the room was always very clean and well maintained. You can really see that everything here is done with care and attention to detail. We left with only positive impressions. It’s a very lovely and heartfelt place, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Ich wurde überaus herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Das ganze Haus sowie die Zimmer sind modern und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt und hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit Ausblick über das Dorf und die Bananenplantage.

Ubytovaine sa nám veľmi páčilo. Všetko bolo podrobne vysvetlené. Izba s vlastnou kúpeľňou bola dostačujúca na náš pobyt. Vonkajšia kuchynka je tiež veľmi užitočná. Bazén sme tiež využili.

Viskas Ok, geras dušas, nemokamas parkingas šalia objekto gatvėje, draugiški šeimininkai. Buvo truputi vėsus oras, tai gelbėjo geras šildytuvas kambaryje :) nors išsiregistravimas numatytas iki 10:00, bet leido ir 1 val. vėliau.

Tai yra 1 kambarys šeimininkų name, todėl nėra 100% privatumo. Kambaryje nėra TV...

Eddi e Manuela sono due persone eccezionali, estremamente disponibili e cordiali. Hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa e ci sono riusciti!!!

Ich war im "Deluxe Doppelzimmer", was letztendlich ein kleines Apartment ist. Es ist alles super nett und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist grandios. Es hat ebenso an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Parken auf der Strasse war kein Problem. Der Check-in/-out lief super unkompliziert über Whatsapp. Die Eigentümer haben immer sofort geantwortet und haben sich auch angeboten, falls irgendetwas benötigt worden wäre. Da wirklich alles da war, habe ich davon nicht Gebrauch machen müssen. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es war sehr ruhig, sauber, gemütlich, mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet und die Gastgeber waren bei Fragen leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool war toll und die Aussicht aufs Meer mit schönen Sonnenuntergängen traumhaft. Die Wohnung inkl. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung.

La chambre était propre , petite mais bien agencée. Il y a de quoi se faire du thé mais pas de café . La maison n’est pas trop loin des restaurants de la ville

J’ai réservé cette chambre car les commentaires sur les propriétaires étaient élogieux. Nous ne les avons pas vu aucun message de leur part pour savoir si tout se passait bien ,si nous étions bien arrivés ,très curieux … nous avons passé 3 jours sans voir personne Je regrette de pas avoir pris d’appartement nous aurions eu plus de place et le même accueil . La literie était moyenne . Il y a bien une vue sur la mer mais latérale mais quand vous vous mettez sur le balcon . La vue de la chambre donne sur une plantation de bananiers Je pense que les autres chambres sont mieux . En ce qui concerne la cuisine je ne vois pas trop quelle plaisir on peut avoir à y déjeuner sauf si on trouve sympa d’être enfermé dans une bulle en plastique

Unsere Gastgeber Emanuela und Eddy haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert,. Wir waren per WhatsApp in Kontakt. Es gibt einen Zugangsschlüssel zur Wohnung der top funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist kpl. ausgestattet und es gibt eine Anleitung inkl. Einkaufs- und Restaurantempfehlungen auch Ausflugsziele werden erwähnt. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen wendet man sich an die Beiden und erhält umgehend Hilfe. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Sicht auf den Atlantik und die Sonnenuntergänge sind einmalig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider hat der Handtuchwechsel nicht stattgefunden. Wir hatten aber genügend eigene Handtücher dabei, deshalb wollten wir die Eddy nicht belästigen.

Struttura molto accogliente, moderna oltre che pulita. Si vede che i proprietari costantemente investono nella cura e nel migliorarla (c’è molta cura ai dettagli). Posizione bellissima, è stato un piacere svegliarsi (anche solo per una notte) in collina immersi tra le piante di banane con vista mare: una vera oasi di Pace !! Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere la marina, parcheggio in strada facilissimo e vicino la struttura. Proprietari super cordiali, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze Qualora dovessimo ritornare a Madeira, ci ritorneremo :)

Nulla in particolare, forse ci aspettavamo un letto matrimoniale (magari non l’avevamo specificato in fase di prenotazione) e, come abbiamo consigliato già al proprietario, suggeriamo l’istallazione di tende oscuranti per maggiore privacy

Het is een mooie studio. Gezellig ingericht en compleet tot in de details. Het zwembad is heerlijk, maar het uitzicht is gewoon top. Zelfs vanaf je bed heb je zeezicht. Hier ben je eg van de drukte. Heerlijk. En de eigenaren zijn behulpzaam en erg aardig! Wij komen zeker terug.

Kameras sind rund ums Haus installiert und sind z.b auf den Pool oder die privaten bereiche gerichtet. Ob diese dauerhaft Filmen kann ich nicht sagen, jedoch finde ich dies geht so nicht.

Eddy et Emmanuela sont adorables, toujours aux petits soins. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. La literie est confortable, les chambres spacieuses, la terrasse idéale et la piscine très appréciable !

Il manquerait un tout petit peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. L'emplacement géographique est un peu éloigné des principales activités de Madère mais tout se fait assez vite en voiture.

We had a lovely stay. It was very clean, nice to have our own balcony, bathroom and all other necessary facilities. The swimming pool with lounging chairs was a great addition to relax after a busy day of exploring the island. The hosts were also very kind, we would definitely recommend this place!

Propriétaire très gentil et attentionné qui nous a proposé un café et qui répond rapidement à nos demandes. Superbe vue. Lieux entretenus avec soins. Excellente situation géographique. Petite cuisinette avec équipement limité mais suffisant pour se débrouiller :) Piscine avec vue sublime.

Oreillers inconfortables. Salle de bain privative à l’extérieur de la chambre + Nous n’avions pas réalisé que la cuisinette privative était à l’extérieur de la chambre.

L'emplacement était super et le logement était bien propre. Notre hôte était très accueillant et nous a parlé en français. Nous avons pu nous garer devant l'établissement avec notre voiture de location, ce qui était très pratique.

Il y avait quelques fourmis dans la chambre

Tout était parfait. Eddy est très accueillant et son établissement l’est tout autant. L’emplacement est au calme .C’est très propre, la literie est parfaite et la vue est magnifique. Une voiture est conseillée car Bluegreen est un peu à l’écart. Nous serions bien restés quelques jours en plus.

The beds were so comfortable, the room and private bathroom were beautifully decorated, everything was clean, and the view from our balcony was amazing. Eddy and Emanuela are wonderful hosts have done a fantastic job creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, this place is divine!

The only thing I didn’t like was my short stay! I wish I had stayed here longer, it’s a true slice of heaven.
