Ideale ligging en erg propere kamers . Heel vriendelijke ontvangst ook en we kregen van de gastvrouw nog 2 achouffes en wat chocola . Alles aanwezig . Voor herhaling vatbaar. Top .

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. De gastvrouw is een engeltje. Spreekt buiten Frans alleen haar eigen taal maar laat een vertaalapp haar helpen. Zij en haar zoon hebben er alles voor over om je een goed verblijf te geven. En dat is gelukt. Een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fijne bedden , alle voorzieningen aanwezig en goede ligging in het centrum. Gratis parkeren voor de deur

Er is een kleine taalbarrière met de host. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Via Google translate doet ze haar best om alles uit te leggen.

Heel ruim appartement, schoon, comfortabel. Keuken ingericht met apparatuur van de bekende kwaliteitsmerken. Er is zorg besteed aan de inrichting van het appartement. Comfortabel bed. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Bij aankomst troffen wij chocolade, fruit en bier aan, een aardige geste! De locatie is prima: appartement ligt op 50 meter van het oude centrum. Je kunt er meestal vóór de deur gratis parkeren.

Booking had in zijn beschrijving van het appartement niet vermeld dat het op de eerste verdieping ligt. In de praktijk was dit voor ons geen probleem, maar het is niet juist dat Booking dit niet meldt.

Super mooi en praktisch appartement met alles erop en eraan. Fantastische ligging vlak aan de hoofdstraat in La Roche. Heel veel plaats in het appartement.

Wir bekamen die Wohnung in der ersten Etage die äußerst geräumig und bestens ausgestattet war (Kaffeepads für die Senseo, Tee, Kaffeemilch). Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir 2 Flaschen Chouffe und frisches Obst vor.

Zeer ruime en in smaak aangeklede woning. Alles was aanwezig. Zeer klantvriendelijk verwelkomt met een streekbiertje, fruit en snoepjes voor de dochter… zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Er waren geen minpunten.

Gastvrij ontvangen, keurig schoon en ruim appartement, 2 heerlijke La Chouffe biertjes op tafel. Winkels en supermarkt en restaurants naast de deur. Het huis is tegen de rots aangebouwd wat zorgt voor een heerlijk koel klimaat in huis. Ondanks de warmte buiten, heerlijk koel slapen dus. Echt een toplocatie. Hier zou ik graag nog eens terugkomen.

Geen minpunt kunnen ontdekken.

Het is een mooie centrale ligging met een terrasje voor waar je heerlijk buiten kan zitten. De douche is ook lekker ruim. De fietsen konden we veilig binnen stallen.

Proper, gezellig, vlak in het centrum van La Roche. En leuk dat je ook een terrasje hebt. Alsook dat men hond welkom was een groot pluspunt!

Everything was very nice. The apartment is centrally located. The owner very nice. The la Chouffes delicious :). We sat outside every day with our breakfast, dinner and wines. Our dog was also very happy there.

You can’t cook in the apartment, but there’s restaurants everywhere.

Vriendelijke mensen, schoon en voor onze zoon waren er spelletjes klaar gelegd.

Very nice apartment, spacious, nicely decorated, price quality too. Very friendly and careful owner. Coffee, some beers and chocolates are offered.

Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond. Van alles voorzien en aan de rand van het centrum. De eigenaresse is ontzettend vriendelijk. De motor mocht op het terrasje voor ons appartement staan. Er stonden 2 flesjes chouffe klaar . Zo lief. Koffie en thee was er. Chocolaatjes. Echt alles. Heerlijk bed en ruime badkamer.

Het appartement was uitstekend voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij hadden de boven verdieping gehuurd. Tot in de kleinste details was over alles goed nagedacht en van alles aanwezig, van handdoeken en koffiepads naar bij aankomst een heerlijk biertje en wat chocolaatjes. De eigenaresse is een lieve en attente dame. Het appartement is midden in het centrum van La Roche en Ardennen. Toplocatie. Wij komen zeker terug!

Aangenaam verrast door deze leuke appartementje. Uitbaters Jenny en Imo zijn uiterste sympathieke mensen. Een echte aanrader in La Roche.

De locatie is erg goed. Daarnaast stonden er bij aankomst twee biertjes klaar en lagen er chocolaatjes.

In de badkamer lagen overal zwarte haren en de wc rook niet fris. Algehele geur in het appartement is muf/vochtig. Er is een breed tweepersoonsbed. Echter, er is een enorme kuil in het midden. Als gevolg hiervan heb ik al dagen last van mijn rug. Ondanks dat je tot 11 uur kan uitchecken was de schoonmaakster om 10.00 uur al de deur aan het rammelen. We voelden ons hierdoor opgejaagd.

Super locatie vlak bij het centrum, heerlijk bed en fijne indeling. Toen we aan kwamen stond er een lachouffe klaar in de koelkast. 2e dag kwam de eigenaresse checken of alles naar wens was en kregen we nog 2 la chouffes

A very happy place. Scrupulously clean, so much so that I did not see the glass door between the bathroom and bedroom. Perhaps a patterned film across the middle of the door would be good! Lovely thoughtful touches like toothbrush holders, chopping board, coffee, tea etc. We were only there for night but this would make a perfect base for a few days. For those interested in war history it is opposite the building where there is a famous photo of the US and UK forces linking up in the battle of the bulge. We were lucky to meet the owners mum. What a nice and helpful lady.

Nothing. A tip thought, the floor is fully tiled so worth bringing your slippers. .

Alles zeer netjes. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Ook zeer behulpzaam. Zeer leuk dat er twee La Couffes voor ons klaarstonden op de keukentafel.

Misschien enkel nog zo een draagbaar inductie kookplaatje voorzien en een kookpotje en een pannetje. Zodat men eitjes kan klaarmaken smorgens. Verder niets negatief te zeggen.

Nocturno is prachtig gelegen in het centrum van La Roch. La Roche zelf is heel aangenaam met meerdere restaurantjes. Schuinsover is er een Spar waar we onze inkopen konden doen voor onze fietstochten. We konden onze wagen gratis parkeren in de straat. De eigenaars zijn heel erg lieve mensen. Kortom wij waren heel tevreden.

The apartment did not feel professionally prepared for guests and looked more like a family home temporarily rented out. • Decoration and layout felt cluttered with a lot of unnecessary items, and decorative objects, which made the space feel less neat and welcoming. • Overall impression was less clean and organized than expected, especially considering the very high rating on Booking, which left us doubtful about the level of professional service. • The entrance was hard to find at first; clear directions or better signage would really help future guests.

Wat een lieve dame die dit allemaal doet ,haar naam Jenny, super behulpzaam,en zo een mooie aankomst,ze had een plaats voor ons om met de auto te staan. Er was koffie aanwezig Senseo,er was vers fruit appel banaan en appelsien,2 keer chouffe,minute soup en thee en amai te veel om op te noemen. De bedden waren ook goed voor ons. Wij komen terug en dit staat vast.

Fijne functionele locatie in het centrum, dicht bij de supermarkt en restaurants. Gratis parkeren voor de deur en anders voldoende mogelijkheden iets verderop. Keukentje (wel zonder kookplaat en pannen), iets opwarmen kan in magnetron. Wandelroutes onder andere vanuit het centrum.

We booked one of the larger Nocturno rooms, but due to a fellow guest error, and our room becoming unavailable, the hosts kindly upgraded us at no extra charge to the Eden suite next door. What an amazing apartment. Newly kitted out, very spacious, and obviously in a perfect location. Very very quiet at night. The hosts had even provided fresh fruit, water, a wonderful selection of teas, coffee and even a couple of bottles of Le Choufe beer. Marvellous. Although not always available, if you do require a couple of nights (minimum booking) in a spacious apartment, then we can highly recommend it.

Alles was te gek! Prachtig appartement, heerlijk bed, superruime douche. Mijn fiets mocht binnen staan. De Spar supermarkt is op 30 meter, alle restaurants binnen 400 meter….wat wil een vakantiegangert nog meer!!!

Dat ik maar 1 nacht geboekt heb ☺️

Tout dans l'appartement est bien bien pensé. Le sanitaire, le petit salon, la cuisine, la bonne literie. On a loger au rez-de-chaussée avec un parking gratuit à côté de la maison d'hôte. Merci aux personnes qui gèrent le Nocturno pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. On reviendra !

Eigenlijk niets, enkel een beetje zoeken hoe je binnen geraakt aangezien er niemand ter plaatse is van het hotel.

Fantastic location and spacious property with lots of amenities. Communication was good and access so easy. Free parking nearby (or around the corner). The little treats left for us showed the nice touches by the hosts. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again 😃

Cute ground floor apartment in the heart of the town. A short walking distance to the river and the shops.

Cute and comfortable apartment in an excellent location! It was absolutely clean and we were very glad for the present (fruit, beer and chocolate), although we forgot to drink the beer :D They also provided coffee and tea! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was very pretty. We loved our stay, I highly recommend it :)

It was a bit cold when we arrived, but we adjusted the heating and it was great then!

The property has a comfortable bed, a good shower, a seating area and a small kitchen, with tea, coffee and a couple of complimentary Chouffe beers to quench your thirst after a long walk provided. Located at the quiet end of the main street and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars, this is an excellent place to stay for a few days and explore La Roche and its beautiful surroundings from.

We really liked the unit. It was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location was great, close to shops and eating places. We enjoyed going out in the morning to buy bread and Ardennes ham for breakfast. The host was very friendly and checked in with us to see if we had everything.

We really enjoyed the location of the apartment in the middle of the center. It was easy to find through google maps and there were enough parking spots. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The check-in was very easy and the host was helpful. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend booking this apartment!

The floor was extremely cold. We recommend to offer warm slippers in winter / spring time. It was unclear where to throw away the trash (outside) at the end of our stay. Some information about this would help us to keep the apartment clean.

Perfect location with a wonderful hostess. Lovely seating with tables to the front where you can watch the world go by.

No breakfast included, but bakeries around the corner and coffeemachine in the apartment. Not luxurious, but simply everything you need. Close to many restaurants. Meals possible in the apartment as well: lots of take away food in the street to the town. Very nice hikes in woods nearby.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was very freshly decorated and well equipped. We only stayed for one night but it would be an excellent base for a week or more. The owners were very helpful indeed. Everything about it was first class. The local village is very attractive too and the property is very well situated.

Was not informed in advance how to pick up the key; so had to disturb the owner even if room was ready. No window from the bedroom so not possible to get full airing.
