Pero lo mejor fue la excelente atención de sus dueños, ya que se nota le ponen cariño a lo que hacen. Lo recomiendo completamente.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026I stayed here a few days with my husband. It was our second trip around Chile and I can honestly say that it was one of our best accommodations among many others. Owners are very nice and helpful. Cabanas are equiped with everything which you need, located in a very quiet and charming place. We've been also eating dinners prepared by owners and it was so delicious! We loved meat, fish and sweets, which we ate there. Is you are looking for a quite, nice, authentic and not crowded place in Chile, this is my best recomendations. I don't know spanish well, but hope that I will improve and come back one day here to get to know the owners better :)

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Beaucoup d’espace, en pleine nature. Des chevaux et des lamas sur le terrain. Un vrai petit paradis et des gens très accueillants et serviables. Notre hôte nous a même aidé pour nettoyer notre voiture pleine de poussière.
Un petit malentendu car nous sommes arrivées vers 22h (nous avions prévenu)et la réception était fermée à notre grande surprise et nous étions plutôt inquiètes. Mais heureusement quelques minutes plus tard, notre hôte est arrivée et s’est excusée.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Cabaña in ruhiger und landschaftlich schöner Lage. Äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und leckeres Frühstück. Es gibt viele Tiere, wie Alpakas, Hühner, Pferd, Hund, Katzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Es hat einfach alles gepasst: der Empfang, die Herzlichkeit des Vermieters, die Cabanas, das Abendessen, der Besuch der Lamas am Morgen, einfach alles. Es war von allen Unterkünften diejenige, mit dem besten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt. Schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht dort waren. Das Abendessen war ein Traum. Besonders den Calafate Cocktail darf man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen.
Dass wir schon nach 1 Nacht wieder gefahren sind.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026El sitio es tranquilo y la cabaña es grande, para alojar a cuatro personas sin problema. Al día siguiente madrugábamos mucho para coger el vuelo de vuelta a Santiago y tuvieron el detalle de traernos una bandeja con un variado de cosas para desayunar. Por esa parte quedamos muy agradecidos.
En booking el checkin está indicado a las 14:00 pero cuando la anfitriona me dijo que era a partir de las 15:00, le comenté lo que indicaba Booking y me confirmó que podía acudir a las 14:00 pero que ella no iba a estar. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento todo estaba cerrado, la recepción, el restaurante... No me dijo cómo podría acceder a la cabaña. Tras llamar varias veces y estar esperando más de media hora me dijo que tenía que ir a recepción y llamar a un timbre (que no está muy visible, la verdad) y que había una chica allí (estaba todo apagado y cerrado). Finalmente apareció la chica y nos enseñó la cabaña. La cama no es muy cómoda y la cocina deja bastante que desear (estaba todo muy sucio y algunas cosas olían un poco mal). En teoría el restaurante debería de estar abierto, por lo que pone en internet y en su cartel en la entrada del mismo pero justo ese día no había nadie por allí, no pudimos disfrutar de la estancia como nos hubiera gustado, la verdad...

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025We really enjoyed visiting this hotel and felt welcomed and well taken care of. The dinner was delicious and the portions were very generous. The family running it go above and beyond, and even prepped us a very comprehensive breakfast as we had to get up early to catch a flight. We absolutely loved how bright and beautiful the farm was, and were welcomed to interact with the animals and feed them. All in all, it was a lovely stay and a fantastic value.
there was unfortunately no wifi in the cabanas unclear if heating was available - it got quite cold at night because of severe wind / we should have probably requested a heater. thankfully the blankets were super warm

We didn’t know it at the time but the cabin that they gave us was new and was built for a very high standard. We loved it. The breakfast was awesome, including freshly baked buns, very tasty eggs, fresh fruit, a home made pie, home made jam, and much more.
It was windy but that’s not the property’s fault.

They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The (free) breakfast is one of the Best we’ve had in Patagonia, and the restaurant has very good dinners as well. If you are looking for a superior alternative to Cerro Castillo lodging, this is your place. I highly recommend you reserve the large “honeymoon suite”!

This property is run by a sweet family who is warm, service-oriented, and continually makes sure you are comfortable. The cabins have amazing views and the food is amazing. The El BIFE DEL ABUELO (lamb steak with gravy and eggs) is a must!!

The location and surroundings are so peaceful and were really nice to relax after several days hiking. They have llamas, horses, chickens, and a sweet dog. The cabin itself had two separate rooms which was great.
The cabin could have been a bit more clean. The bathroom especially. It had been cleaned but not thoroughly. The rooms had dust on the countertops, etc.

Lovely modern cabanas with very friendly proprietors (and dogs and cats and alpacas 😊). The included breakfasts were very good and we also had two very nice dinners in the restaurant on site both our nights there.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2023we arrived very late and left very early next day. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. The staff were excellent. Our plan was to arrive around 7:00 and we reserved dinner and a birthday cake for our group, 10 people. However we arrived very late, around 9 pm. The owner, Dona and Leo still provided an excellent full-course dinner for us, including the birthday cake. We needed to depart at 6 a.m. next day to catch the flight at 9a.m. Leo and Dona prepared a full breakfast at 5:00 a.m for us! In addition to the nice rooms, we enjoyed delicious meals and excellent services. The property is a convenient place to stay before catching flights in Balmaceda Airport. If time allows, stay at least one full day there to enjoy the environment, the service and the food.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2023This was an amazing location to stay. This area is extremely underrated. The cabins are very comfortable and have everything you need for a nice stay. Even though it is a short walk to the town, you feel like you are out alone with an amazing view of Pyramid Mountain from your front porch. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The food at their restaurant is excellent, with great food and excellent service. The location is only 30 min drive away from Cerro Castillo National Park, but the local area is beautiful too, with a nice view of the lake.

It took about an hour to fill the bathtub with some comfortable temperature. The water temperature was really unstable. I hope they solve it, so this whole place can be perfect.

No Wi-Fi but there was phone reception and the TV even had some English channels. Owners were lovely and the on site restaurant was really good with home cooked food. They even made me really tasty homemade gluten free bread to go with dinner and I had the best gluten free breakfast Ive have had anywhere!

The owners are a really nice couple and very warm and genuine. They even kept a small snack for us as we reached late in the evening and missed our dinner. you cannot miss their breakfast and marmalades. the property is very tranquil and peaceful.
