We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis was kraaknet, smaakvol ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. In de keuken was werkelijk alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ook de badkamer was uitstekend uitgerust, met meer dan voldoende handdoeken én allerlei verzorgingsproducten zoals shampoo, zeep, scheerschuim, zonnecrème, tandenborstels en tandpasta. Dat zijn de kleine extra's die echt het verschil maken. Wij verbleven hier tijdens een hittegolf, maar dankzij de uitstekend werkende airco in alle slaapkamers konden we elke nacht heerlijk koel en comfortabel slapen. De gezellige tuin was een fijne plek om te ontspannen. Bij aankomst werden we aangenaam verrast met een attentie: pralines, een fles wijn en chips. Dat zorgde meteen voor een warm welkom. De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep heel vlot en bijzonder vriendelijk. Ook de ligging is ideaal: midden in een prachtige, natuurrijke omgeving met tal van leuke activiteiten in de buurt, zoals het huren van fietsen of kajaks. Wij verbleven met zes volwassenen en hadden meer dan voldoende ruimte. Kortom, dit is een verblijf waar werkelijk aan alles gedacht is. Een absolute aanrader!

The property is sited in a beautiful location on a quiet street. Plenty of parking, the owners served to have thought of everything we could need from a range of toiletries, fantastic sets of cutlery and crockery, everything we needed for cooking and washing up afterwards, all of the linen was high quality and the sofas clean and comfy. A lovely welcome basket of goodies were left in the fridge but best of all was the air conditioning in the bedrooms which was invaluable as the temperature was around 40C

Het is een mooi groot huis, met alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn opgemaakt, er zijn genoeg handdoeken aanwezig. Zelfs aan toiletpapier was gedacht. Het is schoon. De gastvrouw is super aardig. Er is airco, dus ook op warme dagen is het fijn verblijven.

Maison rénovée avec goût, très bien équipée dela cuisine à la salle de bains. La proximité de la Meuse et la rue en cul-de-sac apporte beauocup de charme et de sérénité.

die Treppe zu den Zimmern war zu steil und die Trittstufen zu schmal.

De goede faciliteiten en overal aan gedacht van wc papier, tandenborstels tm vaatwastabletten. Goed uitgerust!

Alles was goed

Het ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is binnen handbereik! Maastricht ligt op een kwartier fietsafstand. In het huis is alles aanwezig. Bedden zijn netjes schoon en opgemaakt. Ruime moderne keuken en badkamer. Wij verbleven met zijn 6e en dit was heel goed te doen.

The property was very spacious, light, airy and clean. Sophie, the owner, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The property was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning etc. The little basket of toiletries in the bathroom was a lovely added touch. We had actually forgotten our toothpaste at the property before this stay and were happy to see two tubes. This shows the owner is very thoughtful and understands that people do forget things. We have never stayed anywhere where this is provided to help yourself to if needed.

We loved everything and will definitely stay again if we visit Lanaken or Maastricht.

Can’t fault this property. We stayed for Christmas for the past couple of years. The house is cozy and in a great location.

Vlotte communicatie met verhuurder. Ze woont in het huis ernaast, dus dat is heel praktisch.

Le lieu. La facilité d'accès. La facilité de parking. Et surtout la propreté de l'établissement.

Super flink vært, der sikrede at alt gik godt. Rent, pænt, hjemligt og med massere af alt det basic til et godt ophold (håndklæder, klude, vaskemiddel, mm.) og en lille kasse med ekstra badeværelses sager. Super ophold!

Hoe compleet het huisjes was, alles zat er op en aan.

Ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Direct uitzicht op de Maasvallei met grazende wilde paarden en badende koeien.

Alles ok. Trap naar boven is wat steil. Voor ons was dat geen probleem.

mooi gerenoveerd huis met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt ! Rustig gelegen maar toch niet ver van restaurants of winkels. Op wandelafstand van Maastricht. Ruime parkeergelegenheid, leuke tuin.

alles prima in orde, misschien een kleine tip voor de wintermaanden of frisse zomeravonden, enkele fleecedekentjes in de leefruimte ;-) (maar misschien waren deze aanwezig en hebben wij ze niet gevonden, ook mogelijk)

Heel mooi huis met alles aanwezig: bed, bad en keukenlinnen. Verzorgd omheind tuintje met tafel en ligbed. Ruime parking voor het huis. 3 verzorgde slaapkamers met airco en een verzorgde badkamer met mandje met miniverpakkingen verzorgingsproducten. Leuke attentie bij ontvangst en zelfs verse kruiden en koffie en thee in de goed uitgeruste keuken. Bovenop een mooie omgeving en slechts 15 minuten van Maastricht. Voor ons een geslaagde vakantie, we komen zeker terug.

The property was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. There were lots of nice touches like a water bowl and treats for our dog as well as wine and chocolates for us.

Location was great, house and garden were all very neat and tidy with great facilities

Exceptionally beautiful house with wonderful view to the river and to the national park and with all delicate details design. Perfect place for vacation and relaxing, highly recommended. Sophie is super helpful host and we shall return, according to our usually very critical teenagers , this is the best place we have ever been ;)

Sophie met us as arranged with the key, fully explaining everything we needed. What a wonderful property, from the excellent riverside location, the quality furnishings, the garden covered terrace where we had breakfast each day. Everything was there we expected and more besides, lots of little touches to show Sophie cares for guests. Excellent property we’d highly recommend as would certainly look to go back if staying around Maastricht. Location was ideal for the André Rieu concert we drove over for.

The only downside was the stairs were a bit steep, however my 81 year old Mum managed them ok, even with replacement knee and bad hands to hold on with.

The property was located overlooking the Maas, and within a 10 minute drive of Maastricht city. The views were beautiful, and everything in the property was set up for a weekend away. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was excellent and the bathroom well stocked for forgotten essentials.
