No disponia de agua caliente, la cama sonaba demasiado por cualquier movimiento, no habia servilletas en la cocina y la cortina no cubría bien la ventana y entraba demasiada luz en la mañana.

Encontré problemas de higiene en todo el apartamento , dejaron un café que tenía hasta moho (hongos), el baño de la habitación tenía un olor feo a podrido, problemas con el wifi, me bloquearon la entrada al apartamento antes de hacer mi check out con mis maletas en el apartamento y fuera de eso 2 personas diferentes entraron aún cuando yo estaba en mi reservación. Entiendo que para cobrar el costo tiene deberían estar más atención al detalle.

I had to move into a second unit after the gas leak in the first unit that they kept me in from 4-5 was very bad. The hot water was not working, dirty, and it had a gas leak that was dangerous. They rushed us out the house because the leak was so bad that I had to keep all the window and door open. I had to continue to ask for another room.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2024It’s nice room and all. The bathroom drain vent check valve not work so master bed room smell like a sewer.
So use the booking app for room. They not advise you before you commit to the room , which is non refundable , that the check in time is 5 pm. So I arrive at 2 pm. They say I have to pay $25 for early check in. So my wife is sick and uncomfortable. I gladly pay the extra $25. Then they say I have to wait because they don’t have the key. Finally after 3 30 pm we got the room.
