Lake Suite Family

We had a great time despite some challenges with the weather. The house is easily accessible and the beds were very comfy. The sauna and lake were great and German was always available if we needed anything. Very lovely hosts

We stayed here with our family and also came for a fishing trip. Everything was excellent - the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making our stay completely hassle-free. The location is perfect, especially for fishing enthusiasts. One of the biggest advantages is the private dock where you can keep your own boat, making it very convenient to head out on the lake every day. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Все чудово. Велика територія де було все не обхідне. Сауна, місце для гриля, батут для дітей, багато місця для відпочинку на дворі і вихід до озера. Можна було користуватися човном. В будинку було все не обхідне. Чудові і привітні господарі.

Sijainti erittäin hyvä, rauhallinen oli juuri hyvä meille kahdelle. Odotan että pääsisimme kokemaan vaikka toisen viikonlopun kesällä näin talvella aluetta katsottuna uskon että kesällä viellä hienompi.

Hieno rantasauna

Ensimmäisen päivän talo sisältä kylmä.

Talon korkeat huoneet loivat avaruutta ja olivat muutenkin hienot. Keittiö oli tilava ja toimiva. Pihasauna oli mukava lisä sekä autokatos, jossa pistoke auton lämmittämistä varten. Peitot olivat todella muhkeita ja sängyt erittäin hyviä.

Rakennus oli kovalla pakkasella aika viileä, vaikka lisäsimme lattialämmitystä ja laitoimme ilmalämpöpumpun täysille. Sisällä oli vain yksi wc, jossa pieni suihkukomero. Tämä loi haasteita lapsiperheelle, jossa teinityttöjä. Pihasauna kaipaa kivien vaihtamista mutta oli kyllä muuten erittäin kiva. Kivien vaihdon myötä saunan lämmittäminen nopeutuu merkittävästi. Lisäksi puut olivat hieman märkiä, joka loi myös haastetta saunan lämmitykseen. Liesituuletin vuoti kolo ajan kondensaatio vettä ruokaakin laittaessa, joka oli epämiellyttävää.

We love almost everything about it. The location, the facilities, the ambience, the decor. We slept comfortably too, bed and pillows are comfy and ample spare blankets, pillows etc if needed. Very well equipped. Kitchen has everything and we can feel the hosts equipped them with customers in mind (they think about what we need. Wonderful job!) Hosts switched on heater before we came and allowed us early check in which is plus point for customer service. They were also easily reacheable (eventho they were out of country). We enjoyed the sauna and the private pier is just amazing. Kids went fishing but eventho no fish, they had fun. We all agree to come again on different season, perhaps summer for swimming in the private beach.

Unfortunately we came late november during the time when daylight is short. By 4pm it's getting darker outside and it's such a waste that the outdoor lights were not working. Due to that it's completely dark outside so early, that the kids and us had to be indoors after 4pm. Otherwise we were looking forward to enjoy the outdoors grill, sauna, swing, gazebo outdoors as a family in the evening atmosphere (which was one of the aim for our trip). But due to this, we werent able to do so. Thats was the only drawback we experienced.

Die Lage am See ist einmalig schön. Die Räume sind groß, die Decken hoch, die Aussicht aus Wohnzimmer und Küche sowie Essplatz fantastisch. Man fühlt sich da einfach wohl. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles was man zum Kochen braucht (außer einer Knoblauchpresse 😏). Die urige finnische Sauna ist schnell aufgeheizt und nur wenige Schritte vom See entfernt. Die Gartenpagode ist auch ein Highlight, wenn man sich traut darin zu schlafen! Hollywood Schaukel mit Aussicht auf den See! Herbstlichen Temperaturen hat das „air conditioning“, das auch warm bläst, effektiv entgegen gewirkt. Die Gastgeber waren nicht da aber per WhatsApp oder Telefon schnell erreichbar und haben sofort auf Fragen/kleine Probleme reagiert.

Der Garten war nicht gut gepflegt. Aber ok, das ist nicht Jedermanns Sache. Vielleicht den Federballplatz und das Trampolin mal herrichten?

This is an amazing property and we would stay there anytime we are in this area of Finland. The hosts were so helpful and communicated very well. The property itself is spacious and in a perfect location right on the lake. We used the sauna which was great. The property is very quiet so sleeping was excellent. We hiked both days and it was a short distance to the hiking areas and the city of Lahti. We have stayed in similar properties all over Europe and this is one of the very best.

This holiday house is much better than I expected.

The lake view and the facilities are beyond words to describe.

We liked everything about it! The owner kindly arranged us an urgent check in one day before the arrival date because of our previous hotel failed to accommodate us due to their own mistakes. They prepared everything possible beforehand so that we didn't need anything extra during our stay, and the location was just perfect, water was clear and shallow, perfect for swimming and all other water activities. Suitable for all season use with floor heating and air-conditioner. The owner also brought us a gas heater just to make sure the house warms up faster!

The lake view from the living room and from the garden is like a dream. Usually one gets nice photos and the reality is then worse, here it is the other way around as no photo can actually capture the vibe in full, you have to experience it. In the house itself there is a fully equipped kitchen, 5 comfortable beds and at least as much comfortable sofa. The house is top clean and in a very quite location but still easily reachable. But by far the most I appreciate the owners - who despite the fact they were far away on holiday - they were very responsive, managed to welcome us warmly, and with help of their friends quickly trouble-shoot small issue we got on-site with the central heating. I always say that the quality of a service only shows up the moment when something goes wrong and here I clearly give 5 stars out of 5. Many thanks for a great holiday!

The location was beautiful and secluded yet also close enough to amenities. The hosts were very responsive to all questions and very helpful. We were able to row, fish, swim, and sauna. The accommodations were very comfortable and there was a lot of space for our family of two adults and two teen aged children.
