It's important that guests need to know that this house is or was part of a hotel. There's are fire doors on both the ground floor and upper level of the building. Which is not consistent with a family house. The kitchen needs new equipment as some of the pans are missing handles.
This was the best property we stayed in during our travels through Scotland and Ireland. It was clean, organized with lots of space in each bedroom. The showers were great, water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. I only wish we had more time there.
A wonderful house near the ocean. Very well-equipped, comfortable rooms. Everything was perfect!
Great house, good facilities

What an exceptional property! When we first viewed it from the road I said “Wow! How beautiful. Is that someone’s home?” Then we turned into the driveway, and I was so impressed. We had an entire unit with 4 bedrooms—all with en suites. The house was spotless and well appointed. There’s a lovely view all around. I can’t say enough about the comfort and cleanliness. The host also provided snacks, coffee and tea.
Only one thing. We were dropped there by our tour driver and we didn’t have transportation into Dingle. It isn’t that far (.7 mile), but it was so windy and rainy, we didn’t want to walk.
Spacious and comfortable.
house was very cold the entire stay
The house is located on the shore with a beautiful view.
Accomodation was clean and well appointed.
We loved the location and the view. Both were wonderful. The bedrooms were large and each had its own bathroom. There were plenty of places to put our belongings in the bedrooms. The owners had left some cookies and crackers which our kids loved! We appreciated the power strips in each bedroom.
We arrived very late the first night (after 11). Our young kids were exhausted so they crawled into their beds and fell asleep. We were anxious to go to bed but found that the duvet on our bed was very wet - like it had just come out of the washing machine. It had made the sheets wet too. We traded it with the last remaining unused bed which had a slightly drier duvet. It made sleeping that night very uncomfortable. The towels were also all very damp. We notified the owners in the morning. They apologized for the duvet (they said they’d take it up with the cleaning company) and offered to bring us a dry one but by then, the one we’d used was mostly dry. They did bring more towels but they were still fairly damp. Families should know that the layout is interesting. It’s a two story house and there are heavy fire doors outside each level. It makes it impossible to communicate between floors. Our kids didn’t feel comfortable being upstairs if we stayed downstairs and couldn’t hear them. We didn’t like it either so we all slept upstairs. It would be better suited for a few couples or older teens who want space. A few things were in need of repair. The cutlery drawer handle kept coming off, and my 13 year old son locked his bathroom door and was stuck inside for almost 20 minutes. We could tell by looking at the lock from the outside that others had tried to pry it open. Some little extra touches would be nice - ice cube trays, coffee, cooking oil, etc.
Lovely location looking out over the ocean, plenty of room for our family group each bedroom with en suite that was amazing.
Nothing !
Beautiful property and plenty of room. It was also close to town.
Great location and view of islands. Facilities and parking on site. Was great for a family wedding in. Local hotel. Would stay here again. Great communication with owner also when questions asked
Shower not very powerful.. Very small thing but only thing I can think of that was not high standard
Walking distance to town
The view was awesome when it wasn't too cloudy
We would have loved to have had a dryer to dry our clothes--we used the washer but the clothing took forever to dry!
The view and the size of the house. It was just perfect for us as a group.
The only thing is there could be at least two more chairs in the sitting room.
The view was amazing
To lock the door from the inside was different. It took a bit to figure it out
Beautiful spacious home with amazing views and walking distance to shops and pubs of Doolin.
For a house that caters for 8 people ( which we were) we were disappointed to only have enough seating in the lounge area for 4 people.
The house was spotless , lots of space. 4 Bedrooms all ensuite. Beautiful views from all windows. A well stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking. Rosana was a great host, very obliging.
Nothing.
the views!
nothing
It's a great location for Doolin if you have no mobility issues. It's about a twenty minute walk to the nearest pub/restaurant, but taxi numbers are left for people who don't want to/ can't walk.
unbelievable view and amazing property. new bathrooms and kitchen. very comfortable

Very friendly helpful hosts. Spacious house easily able to cope with a family of 8
Nothing. Very happy
