Reviewed Aug 25, 2026חוויה מאכזבת מאוד, ובעיקר תחושה של חוסר שקיפות וחוסר מקצועיות. לא הייתי מזמינה את המקום אילו המצב האמיתי היה מוצג מראש.
הזמנו את הצימר דרך Booking ללילה אחד במצפה רמון, מתוך ציפייה לשקט, שלווה ואווירת מדבר — בדיוק כפי שתואר בהמלצות שקראנו. לצערנו, בפועל קיבלנו חוויה הפוכה לחלוטין.
ביום ראשון, כבר בשעה 7:00 בבוקר, החלו ממש מול הצימר עבודות תשתית עם פטישונים וכלים כבדים. מהרגע הזה לא היה שום סיכוי להמשיך לישון או ליהנות מהשקט שלשמו הגענו. לאחר בירור התברר שבסמוך לצימר מוקמות שתי שכונות חדשות של וילות, ובאזור מתבצעות עבודות נרחבות להכנת תשתיות חשמל ומים.
הבעיה החמורה ביותר מבחינתנו היא שלא היה כל אזכור לכך בעמוד ההזמנה. זהו מידע מהותי שהיה משפיע באופן ישיר על ההחלטה שלנו אם להזמין את המקום בכלל.
כאשר פנינו לאיש הקשר של המקום, במקום לקבל מענה ושירות, הרגשנו שהוא מנסה להתנער מהבעיה ופשוט הפנה אותנו לבעל הצימר. בסופו של דבר שוחחנו עם הבעלים, אשר בעצמו הסכים שקיים רעש משמעותי, הודה שהיה צריך לציין את עבודות הבנייה באתר ההזמנות, והבטיח לנו זיכוי של 20% כפיצוי על החופשה שנהרסה.
מאז עברו כמעט שבועיים. למרות מספר תזכורות, הזיכוי שהובטח עדיין לא התקבל.
לצערנו, גם רמת התחזוקה והניקיון לא תאמה את המחיר: הג'קוזי לא היה נקי והמקלחת לא פעלה כראוי.
בעיניי, אין הצדקה לגבות מחיר ברמה הזו כאשר האורחים מגיעים לאתר בנייה, אינם מקבלים מידע מראש על רעש קיצוני, נתקלים בבעיות ניקיון ותחזוקה, ולאחר מכן גם צריכים לרדוף אחרי פיצוי שכבר הובטח להם.

Nice kitchen
Nice and comfy bed
Great location, beautiful lodge apartment with balcony with an amazing view. The owner was also very friendly and answered all our questions quickly
No complaints!
The room was clean and the kitchen was stacked with everything we needed
(Coffee, water, milk, silverware…)
The stuff were nice and welcoming
We stayed for 3 days we in those 3 days we saw 2 cockroaches
Also the jets of the jacuzzi weren’t clean and ejected small pieces of slime

חייפשתי מקום של שקט ומצאתי פנינה אמיתית בקצה מצפה רמון. הצימר ממוקם בנקודה מושלמת – ממש על קו המדבר, כך שהנוף שנשקף מהחלונות פשוט מהפנט ומשרה רוגע מיידי.
החלל עצמו מרווח מאוד ומאובזר ברמה גבוהה עד הפרטים הקטנים ביותר. אי אפשר שלא לציין את המטבח – עיצוב רטרו מהמם שמוסיף המון אופי וסטייל לשהות. השילוב בין האבזור המוקפד, המרחב והשקט המוחלט שבחוץ יצר חופשה של שלווה צרופה. מומלץ בחום לכל מי שרוצה להתנתק בסטייל!
The room is specious and homey. Everything is quiet and the view was great. Nice to sit outside on the terrace. The room is well equipped.
The air-conditioning is insufficient and general maintenance could be better

לא היה חסר כלום. תשומת לב לדברים הקטנים.
המטבח מאובזר למופת. כולל שמן זית, תבלינים, מגבות מטבח... אפילו פלטה חשמלית לשומרי שבת.
ג'קוזי באמבטיה, עם שמפו, סבונים, מגבות, ניר טואלט, סטנד למברשות שיניים... בקיצור, הכל!!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025המקום הוא מעין יחידת דיור מרווחת מאוד, מעל מה שנראה כמו בית מגורים (למרות שלא הורגש בסופו של דבר). היה לנו שקט מוחלט ובדידות, שזה בגדול מה שלשמו הגענו. התמונות מתארות את המקום בצורה טובה, והוא מעוצב יפה וממוקם במקום נהדר בשכונה הכי מעניינת במצפה.
לצערנו מאוד התאכזבנו מרמת התחזוקה- חור באמבטיה אינו אטום שממנו נכנסו כמה ג'וקים, מוצרים משומשים במקרר, זגוגיות מרפסת מאובקות שמסתירות את הנוף וכדומה. בקצרה רמת תחזוקה שאינה הולמת רמת מחירים זו.

נסעתי לבד לנקות את הראש , בדרך כלל אני אוהבת מלונות יוקרה אבל כאן זה לוקח מה שאין במלון פרטיות במרפסת ונוף כזה מהחדר

Reviewed Mar 24, 2024The host is very nice, and the view from balcoy is crazy.
Feels like they didn't put an attention to the suit, the dishes and the food table wasn't clean.
Directions were easy to follow, location great, the host left the keys in the door (we didn't even meet them : ) The balcony, extra mattresses, and lots of space inside were perfect for our girls getaway (3 of us). The privacy was amazing, as was the ability to see the stars. Didn't get the hot water to work in the outside tub BUT thats probably bc we gave up too fast and chose to use the indoor jacuzzi instead :) Was really a perfect getaway that was sorely needed. Would absolutely come back.
the only thing was that I can think of is that the floor could have been swept better (but we only noticed bc one of us sat on the floor.) People should know that you need to climb stairs to get there which was fine for us but would not be for disabled or physically challenged.

Loved the bathtub under the stars!
The room was very nice and quite clean, but unfortunelty the surranding of the room (home in general) was not so clean. Even the tarrace with bath was full of dust, we had to was it before we use it.
But the vew from property was very nice, we enjoyd the bath on the tarrace. Neighbourhood was really calm and quet so we had a good night.
The getting to the property. I didnt have internet so I couldnt rich the owner, so when we arrived we coudnt get inside (the owners were at home listening lout music so they didnt hear us nocking - and there was no door bell). We were screaming in the momnet when music was quet to get their attention.
And when we rich them they just told us, "the room is open, keys are inside , go upstairs", not so welcoming and they didnt show us anything. Then when we asked for inetrent password the answer was " we sent you everything alerady" - however they did not.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2022The room is on a second floor (roof top) which makes it a bit more private. It is fairly large, and can accommodate a couple with or without kids pretty easily. The balcony is also large with great view to west!
Very quit place to chill and enjoy the birds chirping
the Jacuzzi and the coffee machine wasn't in their best shape but it didn't effect us much :-)
