Watersedge Redcastle

It was a lovely modern house fully equipped with everything we needed. It was located in a beautiful place, facing out on the sea - a peaceful and quiet location.

The outside of the property could do with being cleaned up, with paint peeling on the walls. It was also a bit dark and slippy when we were going to the hotel at night time. We felt the area could have been lit up a bit more.

The location was beautiful, really exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was also lovely and with plenty of room. We had everything there we needed. We never met the host in person but they communicated promptly and gave all the needed information. We were very happy with our stay.

Amazing place, right on the water. Accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Three really good size double bedrooms, one ground floor with ensuite. A lovely welcome pack with sweets , crisps etc. Beds were really comfortable. Couldn't fault it.

Ideal whilst attending a wedding in the hotel. Beautiful sea views and plenty of room. Would love to return with my children.

I'd love to have stayed longer!

The location was amazing - it's called Watersedge and you really were at the waters edge. The view was amazing and changed depending on the weather.

Die Unterkunft hat eine ruhige Lage obwohl nebenan ein Hotel mit einem 9Loch Golfplatz ist, dass sich auf Familienfeste und Hochzeiten spezialisiert hat. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fanden zwei große Feiern statt und in unserem Cottage haben wir davon nichts mitbekommen. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind in einer Vielzahl vorhanden.

Für den Preis sollten die Fugen in den Duschen erneuert werden und einige kleinere Instandhaltungen erfolgen

This was a fantastic little apartment! The location was absolutely stunning, and its proximity to the Red Castle Hotel was such a bonus. It was the ideal spot for a weekend getaway with kids. The apartment was cozy, well-maintained, and met all our needs perfectly. There’s genuinely nothing negative to report—everything exceeded our expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient retreat.

The location was superb, it literally is right on the waters edge. Perfectly placed, two restaurants on the doorstep and for sightseeing on the Inishowen Peninsula. We loved using the Green castle car ferry across Loch Foyle.

The beds could have been comfier but fine for a couple of nights

The property was absolutely perfect for our family stay. We had a great time! It had everything we needed (and more!) and it’s location was incredible with stunning views!

Beautiful views and so convient beside the hotel to use their facilities. Carmel the hostess kept in great contact and had the heat set to come on for arrival and mornings and night. Highly recommend.

That we had to leave

Everything was lovely, the view, location, inside the property. It had a great living room with sofa, table, kitchen, tv. Glasses, cups, fridge, dishwasher etc. All accessible for enjoying our stay. Bedrooms and Bathrooms both great as well, all spotless and warm, comfortable. Also included heating system. The whole family really loved it and great for the kids. Thanks!

Unique location right on the sea but beside a hotel

Fantastic stay. Great house with great location. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely be back.
