The maintenance and condition of some of the items was poor. The appartment was clean and tidy but we had 11 issues with various bits, dishawsher, toilet seats, shower leaking tap. All raised with Connemara Lettings and hopefully all addressed so that other people don't have the same issues that we did.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Very clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Really kind landlady delivered an Easter hamper to us, a lovely surprise.
Booked for 9 people, the apartment was advertised for 9 people, but in fact only had beds for 8. There were also only 6 chairs - there need to be enough chairs for the number of people staying. Otherwise couldn't fault our stay.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2024The beding was clean and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. Microwave rust on not for safe use
The kitchen presses peeling. Musty smell. Sizeable leak in sitting room wet the couch. Glass table washed with dirty cloth before we arrived. Sewage smell in bathroom and doors swelled no shutting. No hot water or heating and no instructions as how to get it on. Kieran tried with no success. Ove rall the apt needs care. We left a day early. The three couples were all gone by 13.30 on Sunday. We paid and planned to satay till Monday. Would not book again.

Was visiting family and the village is gorgeous and traditional. Would definitely recommend the apartment and location and will be visiting again very soon

Reviewed Feb 16, 2024Maura is very friendly and helpful. Location is close to the ocean, exceptionally beautiful nature (5 minutes drive). The apartment has two floors, well equipped, close to the bus stop and the main road, but stays aside from the road, so the place is clean and quiet.

It would help if instructions were left on how to operate the hob and heating system. Both were mot mentioned in general guidelines and while the heating system is underfloor heating and comes on automatically the hob is an induction hob and took ages to figure out.
