Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Uudenveroinen huoneisto, kaikki perusoleiluun tarvittava välineistö.

Nitpicking but maybe a rug after the front door to collect sand and dirt from outside?

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024Jutta was an exceptionally helpful and responsive host during our stay at Villa Primus. The location was exactly how it was described, with Ruka ski resort just being a 2 minute drive away from the villa. The villa was clean, fireplace and sauna was easy to use, and the villa's interior was lovely. When we faced a technical difficulty with our rental car on the day of our departure, Jutta assisted us remotely. He helped us contact Kuusamo Airport and Hertz to facilitate us with our issue and even ordered a taxi for us so that we could make it in time for our flight!

Bedrooms a bit smaller than suggested in photos and one lacked storage facilities. Could also do with more cutlery than provided.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2023The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The glass windows allowed amazing views and we were not far from the ski resort. Wood fireplace was cosy and the drier for ski clothes and washing machine was really useful
