Comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. Nice touch for breakfast items available as we could take our time before having to find a shop.

The abundance of breakfast food was impressive. Astonishing generosity reflected in the quality and of food. The comfort and quality of the bedding, towels, and toiletries was impressive as was the well-equiped kitchen. Overall the furnishings and decor was tasteful and soothing. I would not hesitate to recommend this air B & B to family and friends.In all honesty there was I did not like about this experience I came away refreshed and renewed.

The house is very close to town and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was spotless and with everything we needed for our weekend. We found some goodies for breakfast that was a really nice touch. We will definitely come back.

Owner paid gear attention to small things to make sure that guests can stay comfortably. Close to city center and information booklet was great.

We enjoyed our stay there, it felt like home. You have literally everything prepared for you: seasonings, oil, butter, jam, bread, milk, detergent , plates etc… Nice neighborhood ( lake, supermarkets just in the walking distance) there is also a backyard, where you can enjoy your lunch

The hosts were accommodating from the moment of booking. The property was well stocked and like a home away from home. Great location and an easy walk down the river into town. Super clean and great amenities! Would definitely recommend!

We liked everything.

This duplex apartment served us very well. The queen bed was very comfortable, as was the living room. It was good to have separate areas upstairs and downstairs so we could engage in different activities without disturbing the other. We ate almost all of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's an Aldi's and a big food store in the back of Dunne's very close by and it was a pleasant, easy walk to downtown. Chris was a great host, very responsive to our questions and any needs we had. We'd happily stay there again.

There are no clothes closets, but there's a bureau in the master and smaller ones in the small bedrooms and there are plastic bins under the beds for storing things.

Location to city was 10min walk. All mod cons. We stayed over Christmas and they had put up a tree which was a nice touch. 5 minutes walk to Doorley park - which is host to the Sligo Parkrun on Saturday mornings.

Well equipped kitchen with basics such as oils, spices, tea, coffee all provided. Welcome pack of bread, butter, milk and preserves greatly welcomed. Great location within easy walking access to town. Very clean.

Great yet quiet location, very comfortable accommodation! The weather wasn’t cooperating during our stay so we really appreciated this comfortable 2 bedroom. The self check in & information booklet were also very helpful.

Initially the immediate area didn’t look that great, but it was fine and surprisingly quiet.

I really enjoyed my 2 day stay at this property it was so clean and cosy and such a quiet area. Will deffo be back again.

A beautiful house located in a scenic area of Sligo, the river walk is literally at the end of the road! Spotlessly clean and the hosts left some really nice touches such as leaving cereal, fresh bread and milk for us upon arrival, also ample towels etc are available. I would say this is the best place I have stayed at on Booking.com!

I would suggest having a hand rail/banister at the top of the staircase for people with mobility issues/children - my elderly Mother was extremely nervous going up and down the stairs! Also the tap in the upstairs bathroom has a very very slow flow of water, but that’s just a minor thing.

This place is amazing: clean, comfortable, has everything you need and more and very conveniently located. My second visit and I loved it as much this time as I did the first.

The house is clean and cosy. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice touches with milk, butter, bread, cereals, etc. Dishwasher and laundry area are available under the stairs. Great quality high chair and travel cot available. They also provide a mattress and sheets for the travel cot which are both in perfect condition.

Very sharp tacks/nails are sticking up through the carpets at the thresholds of the bedrooms and along the window in the double bedroom so mind your feet. I got stabbed several times. We had a toddler so lay thick towels down for when he was running and crawling about but he still got little stabs in his knees. I cannot recommend staying in a property that you cannot lock from the inside. I read this afternoon in another review that a key was available on request. This should absolutely be available as a given, especially when you have booked with children, and failing that it should most definitely be mentioned at booking. To facilitate cleaning, check-out time is 10am!! I didn't realise this at booking. I travel a lot and have never seen this before. It ended up putting such a dampener on the weekend and sadly it cut in to our Saturday evening when we were supposed to be enjoying our weekend away. I left a wedding reception early to get ahead on packing to give us a chance of getting out the door with a grandparent and a toddler for 10am on a Sunday. It also meant we were unable to all have breakfast together in the house the next morning. For this reason, I do not believe the property is value for money or a good choice for a weekend away. Bedrooms very very humid - 85%

The house was really lovely with lots of little extras such as items for breakfast. The cot was set up ready to go which made life easier. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived.

Keyless entry via remote access pad, very easy and flexible as I arrived early as I travelled from the UK and flight times are limited, Hosts were very accommodating for my check in and out times, Excellent property, very clean and modernised, Communication was brilliant and response was almost immediate, Chris and Colette really put a lot of thought into the accommodation, we had a comfortable stay and all essentials were available to get you started, A big thanks for the breakfast pack provided. it really was a home from home, I look forward to my next stay, highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Sligo! thanks Again,

This is a charming house well located not far from the center of Sligo - very modern and compact with nice artistic touches. Three bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, and nicely provisioned with breakfast supplies and other staples.

We Liked the electric fire and the location next to a megalithic stone circle

Garavogue Villa is ideally situated to access Sligo and surrounding areas. The house is nicely decorated Very very clean with excellent amenities.

Exceptionally clean and the location is so quiet,very central and the passage tomb in front of the house was a real treat. Lovely walk into town by the river. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were just a phone call away if required. Lovely touch of bread, milk etc on arrival. Beds extremely comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is great, we had a fantastic stay. There is everything available in the kitchen (breakfast basics, toaster, oven, a lot of different kitchen gadgets etc.) as well as in the bathrooms (towels, shampoo, conditioner). And there is also a washing machine incl. dryer available. Very cozy place to stay. It is about a 10-15 minutes walk away from the center but that's no problem. Supermarkets are nearby and in general the area very silent and nice. Would recommend it to everyone!

Both property and privacy were amazing with the town 5-7 minute walk away. The Visitor's book giving details of everything for you to do and see in Sligo was very helpful. I felt at home with access to Netflix, and cosy fire place was exceptional. Our hosts were extremely friendly and checked in by message while we stayed to see if we needed anything and also had anything we needed before we arrived, which really was helpful. I would definitely stay again!

There is a code for the front door you can not access without the code, but I would have felt a little more comfortable being able to lock the front door from the inside when going to sleep.

This property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast items were a nice addition and it was very helpful to have the washer/dryer combination. I will definitely stay here again.

If you are scent sensitive you'll want to ask them to remove the scents from the kitchen and lounge and to not leave the toilet bowl cleaner in the bowl. The place had far too much scent upon first entering.
